The Root Chakra
Today's blog is on the Root Chakra:
The first Chakra I read is the Root Chakra. The Root Chakra represents a person’s groundedness, their connection to the womb, to the earth and also their passions and drives. The Root Chakra is located at the perineum, or the base of the torso between the hips.
When I read it I look for a red wheel spinning freely. Sometimes that is what I see, but most of the time I find other colors, or derivations of true red. I ask about the meaning of the colors I see as well as the feel of the energy and generally get an image or an idea in the form of a "knowing". The possibility of variations of color is as vast as is the populace I read for.
When I understand how you ground and how that is serving you we have begun building the story of your journey.
I also look at your passion from this foundational place in your energy/spiritual body. I will see energy acting in very physical ways, it may be aggressively climbing, growing or even erupting; it may be passively biding it's time, exhausted, or doggedly working it's way toward something.
The information I receive about your groundedness and about your passion begin our "gestalting" process.
Tomorrow we visit the Sacral Chakra…
