The power of vulnerability
We can cover many areas of our lives when it comes to vulnerability. The power of vulnerability can help us really learn more about life then you can ever imagine. There are many challenges to face when life itself can complicate how we feel at the time we are vulnerable to certain experiences in life with the people that are in our lives. Challenges that come from the heart can teach us about our own awareness and ability to show us how we should feel when life strikes us really hard. We can grow from these experiences with friends, lovers, or even family members when we are challenged to look at something that creates such emotional pain and hurt in our lives with them at that present moment.
Vulnerability can teach any individual the opportunity to learn more about themselves as well as the experience creates the person to really look at what happened at the time the event has occurred in their lives. Sometimes we may need step back from the situation to really see what has just happened to us at the present moment, and then we begin to internalize from our hearts how much “havoc" the lesson has given us to begin with. As each life experience happens with vulnerability, we finally realize the biggest lesson of all, we as human beings, feel a power of strength, courage, and love which helps us to grow and be the most powerful individual we are today.
Love can be the most powerful gift of all when it comes to feeling so vulnerable at times that we learn to find more compassion inside our hearts as well as to other human beings in our lives. The power of vulnerability can lead us to grow in many levels of our mental and emotional state as well as spiritual growth. This can lead us to grow within our hearts a relationship with God and experience what it is to be loved by God. The power of inner strength helps us to grow and understand which direction we should go in life to gain more power and insight to our own spiritual gifts. The power of vulnerability at first may be hard to take when the lesson hits us through the person that we love so dearly, but this creates us to really look at who we are and how we can change our own lives in an instant. The power of vulnerability can help us learn to create our dreams and desires as we change the outlook of our own behavior patterns as well as how God creates the miracles in our own lives. The positive effect of vulnerability makes us understand that no matter what the outcome is in life, we learn to choose how the experience can create the most powerful effect from the lesson itself.
