Vision III or Please Vote For McCain
I’ve been meaning to write for a long time. So much has happened that I wanted to share. Every time something happened, something else would happen before I could share. So, I am way behind.
I’m now at a point where I have to stop and take the time necessary to share some thoughts and visions. As I wrote in earlier posts, my "sources" have told me that Obama will be the next president. I was planning on voting for him. Now I'm not so sure.
This is part of what is inspiring me to write itoday. This and the “bailout” Congress is contemplating.
First let me say that I have never watched so much whitewashed bull(you know). Watching the BBC news, which is available on satellite, I had an extracted LOL moment. Really, I couldn’t stop laughing.
What made me laugh? To begin with I watched our current President and several leaders from Congress tell us that we have to pass a bill because if we don’t it’s all going to collapse. Their solution is to spend money we don’t have, to, well, what exactly are they going to do with this money?
One of the things they are going to do is increase the amount of money federally insured when placed in an account. This sounds so important. It is going to save those who have two hundred and fifty thousand dollars to put in the bank, (count me out of this segment of citizenry), an hour or two in their lifetimes to open three bank accounts instead of one. In addition to this incredible time saving measure, this will also save us from Global Warming. It takes me at least a tenth of a gallon of gas to drive from one bank to the next. Of course, I drive a small car. People with two hundred and fifty thousand to put in savings, probably drive bigger cars and would need more gas.
They are also going to change accountancy rules. I guess, in the world of high finance, one plus one does not always equal two.
In it’s current incarnation, it will allow the Treasury Department, you know the department that has the IRS under their wing, the ability to buy troubled mortgages. I’m really glad I don’t have a mortgage. I would not be to happy if my home loan was being managed by those bloodsuckers.
Another current feature is that it will give a tax break to technology and research companies. You know, those guys just don’t make enough money.
Don’t get me wrong. I know it’s all more complicated than this. I probably don’t understand it all, nor do most Americans. I do understand Spiritual Law. Spiritual Law tells us that “As we believe, so it is.”
I also know that the current crisis is one of the events that the Mayan Calendar predicted. According to the Mayan Calendar, there are many more changes coming. We are in a period when we should expect major issues, specifically in the world of finance. The root issue we are working on, as presented by the Mayan Calendar, is Ethics. Then we will go into a period wherein great stuff will occur, similar to the late ‘90’s when the Internet boomed. After that, we can expect another downturn. The ultimate changes for the good will come in 2011. The ultimate downturns will come in 2012.
The downturns affect those who are hanging on to the past and fear. Those who refuse to grow will have the greatest perceived obstacles.
I realize that many Americans face the challenge of loosing their homes. My heart goes out to them. One of the greatest tragedies of this crisis is all of the Animals dumped in shelters and euthanized because their caretakers are loosing their homes. It’s hard not to see them as victims. Ultimately, I know that these Animals are fulfilling their karma, and will move on within the circle of life.
It’s not just the Animals that I feel for. I know that humans are suffering too. I’ve been homeless three times in my life. Eight years ago I faced being homelessness when I had over two hundred animals to care for. We made it through. It wasn’t pretty. We had to move into a real dump. However, after four months of living in what I called hell, we moved again. The second move was to a 160 acre parcel that we now own. No mortgage, low taxes. What started out as a total bummer, ended up as a Godsend. That’s the way life is. In Chinese, the word for crisis is the same as the word for opportunity. When we live life in alignment with Divine Spirit, there is always an evolution towards a greater good. Those most affected by the current financial reality are going to be those who are not open to change.
One of the reasons we are in this mess, is because people tried to move beyond their Acceptance Level. They accepted responsibility for loans for things they were not ready to accept in their heart of hearts.
The world-view is they are “sub-prime.” This means that they really didn’t qualify for the loans they were taking out. Thanks to de-regulation, or a lack of Federal oversight, banks were allowed to make these sub-prime loans. How did this happen? One of the main causes was legislation introduced by Phil “Americans are whiners” Gramm. In 2000 he slipped a 262-page measure called the Commodity Futures Modernization Act into another piece of legislation. This Act removed regulation, and/or Federal Oversight from banking laws. One would think that Phil Gramm is probably in a lot of trouble now. That’s not the case, in fact he’s doing well. He is highly paid lobbyist for a Swiss bank, and co-chairs Sen. John McCain's presidential campaign, advising the Republican candidate on economic matters. He's been mentioned as a possible Treasury secretary should McCain win.
While we muck through this, other stars have come to light. Henry Paulson, Director of the Treasury, is a psychic! Last Friday Congress asked him how we got into this mess. Who was to blame? His answer? All of us, current Administrations and Future Administrations. So next year, when Obama is president, our current financial problems will be his fault! This is amazing. It’s also a clue to all of us that if the Treasury Department holds our mortgage loan, watch out. Don’t even think about being late with a payment. They’re psychics over their and they will know, and probably charge a late fee before the fact. This is the first reason I am recommending a vote for McCain. Since the prophesy is that Obama will win, if we use our free will and change the destined future, the current problems will be less imposing.
The biggest reason I am suggesting a vote for McCain is because we are going to face a lot of change, and therefore crisis, over the next four years. The greatest tool to get through any hard times is laughter. If we follow destiny and elect Obama, we’re not going to have as much material for comics. We will rob ourselves of Tina Fey imitating Sarah Palin. Loosing Bush will mean loosing David Letterman’s, The Daily Show and the Colbert Report’s material. I just don’t see Obama stepping up to the plate. Giving the writers for these shows McCain may not be as good as Bush, but close enough.
In the meantime, if you believe that we are on the verge of economic collapse, that Congress must spend 700 billion to fix it, so will it be. Do remember that the U.S. is running on a deficit and we don’t have 700 billion. Well, we could do what the Federal Reserve did at the beginning of the current hoopla, which is to simply print more money. The fact that this lowers the value of the dollar is not something to worry about. We will probably raise some of the money through Treasury Bonds, which we will sell to China who already holds a substantial amount of our debt. China is getting closer and closer to owning our ass. So if the dollar isn’t worth much, so what? China will own us. It will be their problem.
Both McCain and Obama are calling for this bailout. I'm a little disappointed in Obama. That was to be expected though, he is a politician. Though I believe he will inspire the American people to be more proactive in determining our future, he will still be a member of the Democratic party and a politician.
In closing, if you believe that we are on the verge of economic disaster, that the sky is falling , because Bush and politicians are telling you so, I have a few WMD’s for sale.
Peace,
