Your Weekly Mood Forecast, Part One
I started this last week after reading some of the horror scopes in the blogs. The daily feeds which give a little tidbit for each sign are your typical forecasts. They have little consequence and are entertaining. If they hit some issue in your life, once in awhile, hooray! Any real Astrologer knows they aren’t of true Astrology.
There are other scopes which are just outright ridiculousness. I’m sorry, I know we aren’t suppose to dis other advisors. I also know that we are in enlightening times when truth becomes oh so important. Some of what I read was just nuts. One advisor mentioned that we could all expect great things because Jupiter was conjunct Pluto. Not only was this not true, (Jupiter was not conjunct Pluto), this is not the way an Astrologer would interpret this occurrance.
Even the forecasts I offer are a bit off. They are as close as I can come in a forum such as this. Let me explain.
Every sign has thirty degrees. They are broken up into three sections, each of ten degrees.
Someone born on the first day of the sign has their Sun at 0 degrees of the sign, in the first section of the sign. Someone born on the eleventh day of the sign is at 10 degrees of the sign, in the second, and so on. What I have done is broken the forecasts into those three sections. Because the Moon travels through each sign in about two and a half days, the occurrences that are listed about a Moon aspect, such as Moon Conjunct Sun, are fairly accurate. However, if the forecast mentions any other planet, they could be a few days off. This means if you see an aspect that involves planets other than the Moon, it could be in effect for the whole week.
Astrologers base Astrological reports and forecasts on the division of a chart into twelve sections, or Houses. The first House is determined by the date, time and place of birth. Obviously, a forecast for everyone born within a sign cannot consider the true starting point. What astrologers do is base the starting point on the sun. Below is an example of both.

As you can see, in the chart based on the time and place, the Sun, symbolized by a circle with a dot in its' center, is in the twelfth section. The second chart puts the Sun on the Beginning of the first section. When forecasts mention that such and such planet is in a specific house, it is simply not true.
The only way to get a real Astrology and detailed forecast is to get one based on your birth day, place and time. In the meantime, I am offering the closest thing I can. If you want to get the full scope, please visit Astrology Reports to learn about the different types of reports available and order your Personalized Report.

The weekly Mood Forecsat for this week will follow in the next post. Enjoy!
