Cat swats Science
Xp, the cat, dealt science a blow last night.
It has long been held that a cat’s visual system cannot see a static two dimensional object. They can see movement as they are predators. However, last night XP proved science wrong when he tried to remove the painted dragonfly from the cover of my one stroke painting binder for a good 10 minutes. He tried to hit it, lift it off the cover and finally he licked it. The latter act convinced him it tasted yechey and wasn’t anything he really wanted anyway. In typical cat fashion, he stalked off and had some kibble.
Take that Science!
