Protection/severing Magick

The easiest way to protect yourself is to construct an aura shield. First you have to cleanse all the ties no connected into your aura. When I first did this, no joke...I was screaming for my guide to get these things off me because all these slimey, grey green tentacles were all over me. He finally got me to settle down and cut the ties. Now I do this every couple of days because in my work I interact with a lot of people and every interaction you have can establish a tie.

Now if you don't know your guide's name, you can always invoke arch angel Michael. He loves to take that big sword and cut things. Be very clear and ask him to cut all ties, both positive and negative that are not in your best intersts. Go front, back, left, right, feet and then head. Do each side separately.

Then imagine clear clean water pouring over your aura. Your aura in egg shaped and totally encloses you. When it look and feels sparkling clean, then imagine it completely sealed with steel, bricks, whatever you are comfortable with. I like that new hurricane proof clear shutter material myself. Thank the spiritual beings that helped and continue on your way.

Don't forget to bathe first. Take some rock salt which is nothing more than course salt and throw a hand full in your bath water. You have to submerge your head in the water. If you only have a shower, like me, take the salt and rub it all over your body, gently, including your scalp. Rinse and imagine all the negativity going down the drain. You will be surprised how good you feel.

Blessed Be!

Janice
