The Fairies Strike Again
Well folks, last night the Fairies pulled one over on me big time. I had gotten out my ball of specialty yarn, you know, the expensive stuff. It has white eyelashes and little blobs of different color along the strand. I know I cast on the perfect number of stitches to make my mojo bag. An hour or more later, the thought hit me that I was watching a really good movie, but I should have finished the mojo bag a long time ago. I looked down at what I was knitting and almost screamed when I heard that characteristic high pitched giggling. I have been keeping my fairy oracle cards in their original box and it’s a really nice box. Seems they had another idea and my mojo bag mysteriously had expanded to the size of the oracle deck. Now, they want a white satin lining. I guess I just have to give in and get the sewing machine out and line it. After all, no one wants the cards peeking through the knitting and getting banged up
