STOP,DROP everything & REMEMBER to breathe...
In our day to day life we are constantly running for our children, spouses, partners, employers, clients, friends & families. We give soo much of ourselves to what we are doing that we lose track of time. At some point all of us have experienced the feeling of not having enough hours in our day. Life becomes harder in times of crisis or sorrow even having conflict with a loved one can weigh heavy on our mind & hearts. Our worries consume us & once again we find ourselves losing track of time and sometimes losing ourselves in the process. So to anyone out there who is running, worrying or stressed take the time to
Stop, Drop everything & Remember to breathe....
Close your eyes & take a few slow deep breaths to help bring your energy back into balance. Closing your eyes is so important because it takes you away from what you are dealing with at that moment. All you need is just a few seconds to center yourself, it will make a huge difference in how you feel at the end of your day... Now if I could just figure out how to do laundry by twitching my nose ;0)
