Mona Vie

Oy Vey!  All I know is that I have lower left back and hip pain and I have had it for years. It is now chronic.  I just don't know what to do. I have tried EVERYTHING. The problem is that because of my IBS I cannot take IBProfin or anything similar to reduce the inflamation. If I stand for my than 15-20 minutes, I feel the pain and have to sit down. Now, if I could just reduce the inflamation..................

Yesterday, my doctor prescribed Tramadol HCL, which I will be trying tonight. It is easier on the stomach and is supposed to reduce inflamation. I tried Saba for months, but nothing happened. I went to a Mona Vie party last night and although I have known others who have sold Mona Vie , I have not purchased the product. I have tasted it though. I am so tired of trying this product and that products.... I tried 3-4 oz. of it last night and got an itchy throat. I still have the itchy throat. I know what it has done for people, but Mona Vie is expensive.

Any comments................. Linda

# From Linda - Mona Vie Day 2 @ Thursday, August 23, 2007 3:32 PM

I left the Mona Vie Party and that night I slept like a baby and the itchy throat disappeared. I have no idea what that was about. I have constant watery eyes that NEVER goes away. Sometimes it is in the left eye and sometimes the right eye. The next day my eyes weren't watering. That's interesting I thought. That night I DID NOT sleep a wink, but I did notice my eyes still weren't watering. Now, I was getting curious. I called the girl who was selling it and bought a bottle-if nothing else just to sleep. This morning I woke up with a full nights rest and my eyes STILL ARE NOT WATERING. Today I went shopping and my hip and back were not bothering me; however, maybe that is just a fluke and I am having a lucky back day. I will let you know tomorrow.........

# re: Mona Vie @ Monday, September 03, 2007 4:00 AM

Ok you guys, the last post I made regarding Mona Vie was on August 23, and it is now September 3. My watery eyes returned non stop a couple days after my last post, and my lower left back still hurts, but most days I wake up pain free in my body, and my body actually feels lighter.

I've been taking it for a couple weeks now, and I am on my second bottle, so I promised myself I would quit after 4 bottles (a case) if I didn't see significant results. I am, however, sleeping through the night. The watery eyes I have since learned are from some IBS medication I have been taking since January and before that I was on another medication (that dried my eyes and mouth). I've decided to go the natural way and quit the medication altogether 4 days ago. I have been using digestive enzymes and probiotics, and so far they are helping my stomach. I believe the water eyes will disappear in time.

I am at a loss about the spot on my lower left back that hurts so bad. The doctors say there is nothing they can do, unless I want drugs. Nosereeeeeeee I do not.

I would love your comments if you have been on Mona Vie.

# From Linda - my update on Mona Vie @ Wednesday, September 12, 2007 4:57 PM

Ok, you guys, here is my update. I think the mona vie is helping my stomach. I personally made a decision to stop my stomach medication about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have IBS. The stomach medication was wrecking havoc on my sleeping by keeping me awake at night and I had the worst dry eye imaginable. It never stopped. I am now taking digestive enzymes, which I thought for sure would not be enough (due to the intensity of my IBS), but it is enough. I think that has to do with the Mona Vie.
