Be in this World for now
enjoy it, but know
you are not of this world.
Your home is in the
heavens.
Say prayers
or give
blessings
 to all you
meet.

In this World
you will know joy
and abrogation.
The world is the
classroom
of the soul.
To live the best life,
live a life of excellence.

Now there are many places
to go, many places to see
the most important of all
is the love and respect
you give to those in
your life circle.

While there is a
special place
for you in
the world,
you live it
through the
choices
you make

Now you might
shed some tears,
have some fears -
you will overcome
by choosing to
walk in light
every day.

Over and over,
you get a new day,
a fresh start -let that be
the song of your heart.
Then learn to ground
and center yourself
shield with light,
and know your
creator.
Be grateful

If only you can be
your best friend;
forgive yourself,
forgive others,
let yourself
live free
you
will
know
joy.

Thank you BingoStar of www.fanart.com for the great artwork!

When you lose a loved one, you gain an Angel.
Your very own personal connection to the Universe.
Bonds form in heaven before conception, transcend
Death of the physical body and love never dies.

We do not always understand on earth the "Why?"
Loved ones live and then they die.
Miscarriages, stillbirths or illness of a tiny one
Sear a parent's heart - tears flow and run.

Memories are a gift, as through life we shift.
Love never dies, a bond that weathers any rift.
If only for a little while, love shared is the gift.
Soul to soul contact is a real heavenly lift.

Animal or human, every soul will leave it's body.
We remain spiritually connected to those we love
They become our personal Angel from above,
Shining light, cheering, guiding. That's not shoddy!

We do not always understand on earth the "Why?"
Loved ones and friends have to die.
Find comfort in knowing - love never ends.
Your own Angels hear you, just like best friends.

Memories can warm our hearts if we let them.
Sure we are sad, even through that - we can be glad
Celebrate the time shared, however long it was.
When you get to heaven you will meet again.

Love never ends.

An acrostic poem is a poem where the first letter of each line spells out a word

Seasons change as we do,
Precious chances to grow and renew.
Raise your eyes to the sky
It all will make perfect sense by and by.
New growth and new energy in the air.
Green grass and seedlings, do you care?

Are there those among you sad and blue?

There is a message here for you.
If you consciously fill with light
Most of the day will be bright.
E
ach Springtime is a call to light.
Open your heart to Spring's new growth
F
ind that spark of love in your heart
Renew your thinking and you will find
Excellent tools for you and all mankind
Now is the time the world needs more love.
Everyone can shine light from above.
When you consciously fill with light
A new state of being will take flight
Like Spring's new buds, renewal is right.
All of us have a responsibility to do our best.
Now and then life - will give a test.
Do live life with passion, purpose and zest.

New days are new beginnings
Each time you awake say "Thank You"
Will you allow yourself to love?

Grass turns green in the Spring
Rows of seedlings start to bud and sing:
Our job is to lift the hearts of humanity!
When you live in light you will see
The love you give yourself - sets you free.
H
onor the person you have come here to be.

Dear Ones:

We all live with stress of one sort or another.  I am offering these grounding techniques as a way to deal with various (or all) things that are stressful to you.

While these are trying times, I believe Dr. Robert Schuller when he says:  "When the going gets tough, the tough get going".  Grounding techniques will help you to achieve inner peace. It is a process that takes time, but it is worth the time and effort to learn inner tools that will help you every hour of the day, wherever you are.  Once you learn these tools, entire families and communities will also know peace.

Blessings of light,

Lite

GROUNDING:  It takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks of daily practice to "get" this technique once learned, you can ground anytime. Anywhere, in a matter of seconds. I also call this: awakening to the spiritual self. Prior to attempting to meditate, begin to practice the following:
To awaken to the spiritual self that we are, we begin first by realizing who we are; we are spiritual beings having a human experience. We begin to learn to greet each other with the Namaste greeting. A Sanskrit word it means:

I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells ...
I honor the place in you that is of truth ... of love ... And of light ...
When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me,
We are one, Namaste (na mas te)

We can practice on ourselves that greeting, extending to all in our life circle.
We can instantly ground ourselves no matter where we are or what we are doing with the following easy technique:
Please note: this is not meditation, nor should it be used as such. This is a simple technique to use, when you are in need of calming or to get a grip when stress threatens to throw you in a tizzy. Sitting in a straight back chair, this can also be done in an auto, on a plane, while walking (after some practice) or any other vehicle whereby our feet are in a downward position. So that takes care of bikes, motorcycles, etc.

If you already know about the chakra energy centers, this will be a bit easier for you to grasp. If you do not know of chakras, they are spiritual energy centers located throughout the body. There are major and minor chakras. For our purposes, however we need only to know that we have 2 minor chakras located at the bottom of each foot, right below the ball of the foot, in the very center.

These two chakras are pointed straight downwards from our foot  just like a tree whose roots are deep into mother earth; no matter how high we are actually above the earth we can ground our energy (We could be on the moon and still accomplish this technique).
Sitting in a straight backed chair close off the energy field — by putting our hands on our thighs; cupping them slightly, and  connect thumb and forefinger; our energy field is now closed; through the two foot chakras we release the pent up  energy, deep into mother earth.
With grounding, we feel calmer immediately. After becoming familiar with this technique, and with much practice and when in tune, you may begin to feel the sensitive energy areas, (chakras)  and that makes grounding even easier.

We have above our heads a vortex of light (similar to a halo) this is from our crown chakra — located about six inches above the head, in the area of a baby's soft spot. For our purposes, we will visualize two kinds of light rings. One is white — above that, golden.
We learn to breathe stress away  by  breathing in a calm and unhurried way. Begin by taking in a long, cool, breath — in through the nostrils to the count of 8; feel your lungs expanding — feel the coolness of this breath ... the healing coolness as it cools the fire's within you. Hold your breath to the count of 8 — do as many numbers as your untrained lungs will let you — Release your breath to the count of eight, slowly, out of your mouth, releasing all "hot, angry, tired, air," and toxins lurking there.

Repeat this exercise till you get it right, and calming your self becomes second nature to you. Now that we are calm, and peaceful, we know that the light energy we are infilling with thru the top of our head — the golden/white energy is now flowing downward — throughout our body. At the same time — all negativity is being pushed straight out of the bottom of our feet deep into mother earth, where she can best dispose of and transmute the energy for recycling.

We are also pushing out of ourselves, any *dis ease*, depression or stress that we are dealing with. We are now grounded; and we allow that light to surround us. It is our protection as we go about our daily life. We are serene, dignified and graceful in our thoughts and action. We only need to remember this light and that it is available to us at anytime to reground ourselves no matter what is going on. Today is the first day of the rest of our lives, we can begin now to practice this and reach a new level of serenity in our daily living.

We need to make this connection about once every 4 hours — more often during times of crises or stress. An excellent closing affirmations would be:I AM a radiant being of light or I AM pure spirit and spirit is love.

I wrote these grounding techniques 1/24/98, and have passed them on to many people, feel free to teach them to those you love. The younger we are when we learn to ground and center ourselves the better able we are to cope with everyday life.
