Interpreting Feedback and Leaving Feedback for your advisor:

I have a wonderful client who she told me she leaves everyone one star feedback.This startled me because this sweet woman was wrecking havoc on some poor advisors income and I realized it was not intentional.
After questioning her and realized how little she understood the feedback system and she thought everyone should just automatically get a one star.
When you leave feedback remember that your advisor is here because they really want to help people, they care and try their best to make your experience the best it can be.
But a reading has two side. Where you clear about what you wanted from the reading?

When you read feedback good or bad, you don't have any idea how long this caller was on the line with the advisor. One fast question and hang up or an hour of in depth reading delving into the issues.
One minute Hit and Run reading are rampant. No good reading happens that fast.
A few callers take advantage of the system and just want their money refunded regardless of the loss of future income for the advisor, and a loss to that families income. Yes, many advisors are supporting their family.
So when you see a one star or low star rating do not assume it was an in depth reading, or, maybe, the advisor is honest and just told them something they didn't want to hear. Or worse, another jealous advisor trying to ruin their business. Unfortunately it happens.
Perhaps it was a bad reading, but remember a reading has two sides. Were you clear about what you wanted to know from your reading?
If the reading is good please Tell it in the feedback, when the prediction happens--Say so.
I know I get a lot of information and I sift through to try to get what is wanted and not tons of information that is secondary. So please be specific.
The feedback system is NOT set up to hear the advisor's reason for the good or poor rating.
It could be a technical issue like I can't hear the caller, or five questions fired at me at once or a one minute and hang up.
I recently had a phone issue where I couldn't take the call-I got a one star and I did not hang up on nor did I speak with the caller. ----------------------------I couldn't take the call it wouldn't go through! I feel badly but the one stars stays.
Some one star ratings are from one minute callers and do not give the advisor time to get into their problem or they don't know what they need or want.
Since a psychic reading is undefined, there can be confusion about just what is the product? Know what you want and ask a direct question and leave enough time for the advisor to answer. What are you expecting?

Apply the Golden Rule, remember this is someones income perhaps a single parent or family and the record is permanent. Many advisors are supporting children and this is their only income, so please consider carefully before saying anything negative.
Good feedback as well stays and helps and the bad damages the advisor.
Last, but not least, you are liable for your comments or damage to someone's business.
If possible, if you cannot say anything nice, take a day before saying something negative, consider not saying anything.
Remember the advisor is there because they are caring people who want to do the best for you.
