WHY DO WE CHARGE A FEE FOR OUR SERVICES?

I was recently asked why I charge for my service if it is a gift from God?

There are many factors that go into my rate and why I charge for my services.

First and foremost we as advisors are charged a fee from our service provider which in this case is Keen. I will not go into the details of that and will keep it to the fact that they provide each of us a service which we do pay for.

I also feel that I am more then generous when it come to giving out free minutes which we are not paid for. They really are FREE!

Above that this is not a hobby this is my occupation.

Honestly if you really think about it is not every occupation a gift from God? With that in mind do we not deserve to be compensated for our occupations?

If you really think about it no matter a doctor, teacher, secretary, truck driver, or garbage collector, they are all gifts from God. Without Him giving each of us special talents/gifts we would not survive.

Just Thinking Out Loud

I am one that likes to look around and see what others are doing to increase traffic to their listing. I have to hand it to some for what they come up with for title headings. And when I look at mine I seem to be a little boring with them.

But being who I am I am sometimes thrown off by those that say they are 99.9% right or 100%. Do you question them also? I know some have said I have been 100% with them but I know of other that it seems things unfold rather slowly for. But then again if you read my listing I am not and never have been one that is 100% or even 99.9% when it comes to time lines. To many things change, and afterall we are only human. Some like to take control and force the issue which does change the time line. And usually if I am telling you to slow down and you speed up things are delayed.

One thing that most of you that I have read for know about me. If I get nothing in regards to an issue I will tell you so. I do not like to mislead or give false tales to anyone to keep them on the phone. Rarely will you hear me say call me back in a few days and we can look at it again. I just do not think things change that quickly and I would rather you keep your money.

I also want to touch on FREE MINUTES. I am fairly generous with free minutes. I send out a few on a regular basis and do understand that we all go through tough times and just need someone to talk to. But please understand as much as I would like to it is not possible for me to give you a reading in just 1 or 2 minutes.

Anyway, please forgive me for rattling on here as this is my first attemp at a blog. This is something that I am going to try to do on a regular basis.
