Hi Everyone - The faucet of Divine Guidance and Love is always present. If we don't turn it on by opening ourselves to Presence in meditation it is unable to flow through us. Love yourself enough to take those precious moments each day to clear the debris and be OPEN. With Love & Gratitude, iriana (Please read the quote below.)

"Do not assume that divine guidance flows only when you are in need of help. Guidance continues to flow whether or not you have problems.
It transcends problems, heartbreaks, and traumas,
flowing through dreams and illuminations.
Whether guidance comes during times of tranquility or trauma, however, it is up to you to have the courage to acknowledge it" ~ Caroline Myss

No words, No Thoughts.....what a concept....how do I embrace it? That would be the conflict of every Spiritual Initiate.
There are sectors of Monks, Priests and Nuns, who do not speak.....who spend their days in total silence. Can you imagine doing that? If I am not speaking and am in a peaceful frame of mind, that works quite well. It is when my mind is running amuck with a constant barrage of fear based thinking, that the temptation to talk is really high.
I have been in training for about 15 or more years to keep silent and not give those thoughts verbal or mental energy. Sometimes I just have to and will speak them in as a brief way as possible just to relieve the tension. Does that work? Temporarily maybe. It does depend on who i speak to, that can be the tricky part.
Finding someone who can really listen and doesn't judge is a gift. Family members can be a challenging choice. They have a vested interest in our welfare and it is hard for most of them to be impartial and detached. I do know that the best choice is to speak with someone who is on a similar path and speaks a similar "spiritual language,"
As I was writing this today a beloved client called and the first words out of her mouth were, "I am getting sick of myself lately." Because I know her well I knew what she was referring to and didn't have to ask why.....i told her i feel that way many times too. i could tell that surprised her. Because I talk about staying clear of not giving power to "the mind" people think that I don't succumb to the internal struggle. Wish that was the case. I have to work at it diligently one moment at a time.
Our minds are so full of static and jumbled information it is wearing phsycially, mentally and emotionally. Whenever I get on overload I need someone to remind me that I have a choice....I can listen to Channel "A" or Channel "B." Channel A is the peace, love and words that God, our Angels & Guides and/or our Higheer Selves whisper in our ear. Channel B is the constant chatter, the repetitive questions and the absolute lack of peace.
I know that I say the same thing repeatedly, and also know we cannot hear this message often enough. Meditation is the most Universal tool to support us in letting go of getting caught up in the incessant chatter and fear based thinking.
Often I am asked "what kind of meditation should i do, how do i meditate? Consistently i say that it is an individual choice and there are a number of styles and methods of meditation. Active meditation works for many, running, walking, yoga, chanting are good examples of that. Then there is contemplative meditation. That is when you contemplate a phrase or a passage until you begin to let go of thought.
No matter what type of meditation you choose, the result is it will become a natural part of your life. It does take a bit of time to practice and experiment until finding the right fit that will work for you.

Once again simplicity directs the truth right to the heart. Our brains love to complicate love, relationships fall short of your expectations and we suffer. The words that follow break through the mist and clarify for us "What Love Really Is."
Thank you as always for your calls and the opportunity to be of service.
“Loving in order to be loved is bartering, not loving. Real love is condition-free and makes no demands on anyone or anything.” ~ B Able

"Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we have learned here. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts." Marianne Williamson
Hi Everyone, Once again we are given the wisdom and insight as to why we are really here....Paying attention and focusing on the "Truth" rather than the appearances or symptoms of "human challenges" can and will align us with the Christ within us all. Easy!!! .....not at all......but when we look at the alternative....swimming around in our fears and insecurities and trying to "fix" ourselves and the "problems" keep us going around in circles. Take a look at our planet and the state it is in. What else do we need to show us that we have been off track for eons.
Now we can wake up and begin anew!

So we celebrate All....Easter...Passover, et al
In the celebration of Oneness we are aligning with God's Creation and our Rebirth.
Truly a time of Joy!!!

♥ ReBirth ♥
All of karmic life is being replaced by a new vibration of love and light. To join the new, release all, forgive all, love all.
Cling only to the Divine truth of your own wholeness,
... not to the outer things you once thought you needed. ♥
"Even in the midst of fear and suffering, keep your heart open; this will invoke a miracle. The symbolic "three days" between the crucifixion and the resurrection represents the time it takes for a situation to transform from fear to love. Have patience and faith during the "tomb time" in between the two. Things might still appear dark, but the light is coming."

The One Reading This.....Yes You!!!!
Hi Everyone,
Yes You Are Special! We each have the seed of Godhood planted within at the onset of Creation. Can you Imagine what it would feel like if we focused on that several times daily for a minimum of 21 consecutive days? Individually the potential for transformation on all levels would increase and surpass our expectations. Collectively we would become the Loving Beings living in God's Grace as the beloved Son's and Daughter's we were intended to be. Yes You Are Special!!! It Is Now Time To Awaken and Remember!
With Grace, Love & Blessings, iriana

No matter what you are looking at, you can find something wrong with it,
something imperfect, something that is not okay with you.
There is also something 'right' with everything.
No matter what you are looking at, you can find something right with it,
... something perfect.
There remains, then, only one question:
What are you going to look at? What are you choosing to notice?
What is your perspective?
~ Eckhart Tolle
Even within the seemingly most unacceptable and painful situations is concealed a deeper good, and within every disaster is contained a seed of grace.
Throughout history, there have been women and men who, in the face of great loss, illness, imprisonment, or impending death, accepted the seemingly unacceptable and thus found "the peace that passeth all understanding."
Acceptance of the unaccepted is the greatest source of grace in this world.

I have this situation at home that at one time was very, very difficult for me. I have two sons that have muscular dystrophy. They both have it. They're both in wheelchairs. They were diagnosed with this disease. They told us they were lucky if they lived to be sixteen years old. And there is no cure.
There is no medicine. There is nothing, no treatment. And these boys will die at a very young age. And at that point it was very difficult for me to handle this. For a long time it was hard for me to really have anything to be grateful for. But as I began to really see what was happening in my life, I see that now I have so much to be grateful for... -- these two little boys are a blessing in my life. Especially the older son, he is such a spiritual little guy. He is my teacher; he has helped me deal with a lot of things that I haven't been able to deal with. More than anybody else.
In fact, one time, one time we were sitting by the Sacramento River and it was early in the morning. We were going to do some fishing, and were sitting there, and we were having some hot cocoa just as the sun was coming up in the morning. And he turned to me -- he was twelve years old at this time, just before he went into his wheelchair -- he says, "You know, Papa, I know that this situation with my brother Eric and I is something very difficult for you to deal with, very difficult to deal with." He said, "I wish you wouldn't worry, because I am not afraid. I'm not afraid." He said, "In fact there is nothing wrong, I am just as perfect right now as I was in my creation."
I couldn't understand what he was saying, this little kid. And then he told me something that blew my mind. He said, "I can't say that about my earth suit. It's got problems right now. Whether they ever get fixed or not, it's beside the point. There is nothing wrong with me." And I realized that this little boy was safe. This little boy was safe because he knew whom he really was. He knew that he was not this body, that this is not his home. He knows that there is nothing that can happen in this world that is going to really affect who he is. But he has been like my teacher, a blessing in my life.

Have you thought about that recently? Once you do you will find that the perceptions and beliefs you have held on to for the majority of your life can change drastically. By observing your "story" as if you were telling it to an audience, it will reveal to you who you are and why you incarnated in this lifetime.
You will begin to let go of the grievances, feelings of persecution, insecurities and self-judgement, including fears and limitations that have stopped you in your tracks. You will be free to Create, Express, Forgive the past and BE totally in the Present. If you combine doing this with a spiritual God-Centered focus there will be nothing in the way of your empowerment and healing.
This may sound simplistic if your life appears to present numerous obstacles; financial, health and or work issues, and intense emotional situations. That is the challenge. The human mind is addicted to complicated thinking and will keep whirling the thoughts around at warp speed. It feels like it is doing its job when it creates scenarios that are dramatic, intense, and life-threatening. It wants everything "right now." If the solutions don't appear quickly the fear level increases, takes over, and helplessness sets in creating confusion and immobilization.
Once we begin to realize and observe the "lower mind" (another word for that is ego) and see its hidden agenda we can then choose to focus on the "light and truth." Writing our story or recording it,then reading or listening to it, makes it real. This gives us the opportunity to view it without personalizing it. We then become our own teacher and take the most important next steps towards Freedom and Enlightenment.

God, Spirit and your Higher Self are only in this moment. So accuracy is only in the moment. The next moment changes and the pictures and appearances change. Only God is steadfast and absolute. That is why readings can be accurate in the moment and 2 seconds, minutes, hours or days later it can look like the reading was off kilter.
In my experience as a Professional Psychic for over 35 years I have probably shared and had more readings both in person and on the phone than I can possibly keep count of. Some of the readers were phenomenal personalities and well known in their field. They would make future predictions and definitely they were correct for that time frame.
Then things would shift within me as I progressed on my Path. What we keep forgetting is that the "Soul" is the definer of the experiences we need for our growth.
When I got disappointed because something I was told would work out and it didn't, that caused a retraction of my energy. That became a barrier to attracting the very thing I was focusing on and wanted to manifest. Then I got in my own way and became sad and would temporarily give up.
Here are some Psychc Readings Do's and Don'ts (of course there are exceptions to every rule) that I put together. If you have others to add to the list please send them to me. I will post this on my blog in about a week.
Do's
When you need a listening and objective ear
When you want to be motivated and uplifted
When you want a different perspective
When you are seeking more understanding of yourself emotionally Spiritually
When you want to know more about your gifts and talents
When you are presented with Life Changes
When you are having trouble making a decision
When there is a fork in the road and different possibilities and choices
(just hearing yourself talk is often enough to help you to hear your inner voice)
When you are trying to understand your interaction with others and the part you are playing in the scenario
Dont's
When you feel needy and are looking for validation (best to meditate and make your inner connection first)
When you need timeframes (that definitely means you need to go within)
When you are angry with someone and don't look within to see what is being triggered
When you have a need for "answers" and call one reader after another
When you are spending money you don't have
When you really need to see a Counselor instead
Whenever you are looking outside yourself for grounding and support
When you are making others wrong so you can feel right
When you are not healing phsically and need medical attention
When you want to know what the future will bring because your present moment is so uncomfortable

Do You Believe in Fairy Tales?
I definitely did....Mine went something like this -
There once was a little girl who thought that everything was magical....she played with her dolls, pretended she was cooking and made up stories. She taught all the other kids how to pretend and be magical too. When she did all that she was very happy and thought she would live forever in her bubble with her fairy friends.
No one else saw what she saw....the other kids wanted to play ball, skate and ride their bikes...As the little girl grew and got more grown-up she felt like the odd girl out. She couldn't keep up with those games and she started to feel ugly and stupid.
When she went to school she knew she was different than everyone there too. She was smart and had lots of questions. She read all the books she could, and learned what she needed to learn so she could still live in her magical world. It was getting harder and harder. Each time she saw that she was different than the other kids it made her realize that even though being magical was fun and wonderful, maybe it was not real.
Her mother had been telling her that it was wrong and got really angry with her a lot. Her daddy thought she was sweet, but he didn't pay any attention to her feelings. Things got more and more confusing and the little girl started to feel really badly and got sadder and sadder.
After she was about 12 years old it was no longer possible to believe that everything was magical....what was in front of her eyes was confusion, saddness, anger and a big mixed up world. She retreated and began to hide in many different ways.
Nothing changed until the girl was a grown lady....she had to find a way to make sense of everything and put herself back together....She started to when she was about 32 years old. It was a slow process but she kept going and learning.
Then one day when she was in her 50's she found a teacher who spoke "Truth" to her soul and she knew why it all happened. She had been asleep..It was amazing! Things started to make sense and slowly she started to wake up and see things clearly.
Now that girl is going to be 72 and she is so grateful to the God within her. The God who is always there no matter what. The God who protects her, cherishes her and shows her that magic is still alive and well in her heart.
And the journey continues.....

For whatever the reason I get the sense that the collective challenge is accelerating and the mental chatter is screaming even louder these days.
Finances, Career, Relationships, Health, Family, one or more of these seem to be pulling us back into that place of Fear and Confusion.
The mental chatter is telling many of us that we are not going to have what we need no matter what we do. That starts to trigger discouragement, disillusionment and possibly leads to a depressed state of mind. Then it becomes really difficult to see the forest because there are so many trees in the picture and we get lost in the maze of their density.
What to do?
Step 1 - Do not believe the mental chatter. It is not the Truth. How you can discern that is to know that TRUTH never creates fear. It will bring either Peace, Insight, Joy, and most of all feelings of Upliftment and/or FREEDOM. This will be followed by a release and a discernible feeling of lightness that is accompanied by Truth. Heaviness disappears. Even if the Truth is not what we want to hear, that feeling of release is unmistakable.
Once we establish that the "mind chatter" is subconscious programming our journey here on Earth becomes easier and uncomplicated. That takes us into step two.
Step 2 - Find a tool that will support you in reprogramming the mind's belief systems. I am including a list of names here, and there are many more, of teachers who do a great job of giving us simple and workable ways to do this. They all have their books or bodies of work on CD's or Audio books.
Step 3 - Listen to the chosen teaching until it has become a part of your deepest understanding. Then when your "mind chatter" gets kicked in the "TRUTHS" of this teaching will be right behind it. It should, through listening and absorbing what you have heard, become instinctual and not require you to think or focus for more than a minute or two.
Step 4 - Once that happens for a few months you will know that this "Teaching" has become a part of your everyday life and can be relied upon to bring you through any challenges presented to you.
Step 5 - Always be open to messages that may tell you it is time to study again and gain a deeper understanding possibly with another Teaching or Teacher. Do not hold onto a teaching or teacher if you begin to feel an urging from within to move on.
Here are some recommended teachers that cover a broad spectrum of spiritual and religious focus.

Hi Everyone,
Just when i was feeling like throwing in the towel...(it does happen to us all on occasion) I saw this post on FB. Gave me the boost i needed and wanted to share it with you.
Blessings & Love, iriana

The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him. Every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming.
Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect himself from the elements, and to store his few possessions. One day, after scavenging for food,... he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, with smoke rolling up to the sky. He felt the worst had happened, and everything was lost. He was stunned with disbelief, grief, and anger. He cried out, 'God! How could you do this to me?'
Early the next day, he was awakened by the sound of a ship approaching the island! It had come to rescue him! 'How did you know I was here?' asked the weary man of his rescuers. 'We saw your smoke signal,' they replied.
The Moral of This Story:It's easy to get discouraged when things are going bad, but we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of our pain and suffering.
Remember that the next time your little hut seems to be burning to the ground. It just may be a smoke signal that summons the Grace of God.
