Overcoming the Holiday Blues.
During this time of year it is natural for some of us to be depressed. To believe the Holiday is not all that it is cracked up to be. Whether we are away from family and friends, a new living environment (town) or newly single. It can be a difficult time for all of us in some way or another.
So how do we overcome this little problem? Get going, get out, don't set alone in the house waiting for the phone to ring. Be around people of like mind. Whatever you are interested in doing, go out there and be a part of things. I know, easier said than done. Yet if you would just put one foot in front of the other, you might find that there are lots of others that are in the same spot that you are and want to have a distraction from the every day.
So you say you can't afford to do anything. Yep during this time of year we are out doing for others, buying for those that you think you need to purchase things for.
There are lot's of things that you can do without spending anything. A church concert, viewing lights, taking walks, volunteering at local groups or charities, windowing shopping.
So what do you think?
Now if I was going to give advise about how to get going on the spiritual side I would say that you should get grounded. Get out of "self" and let the spirit come through you. After all depression is your body being unbalanced is some way or another. So run your chakra system, get that part of yourself up and running. Ask for your guides and Masters, and Angels to be with you.
