red flag relationships

1) ‘intense’ and ‘deep’ quickly? Is he/she trying to be around 24/7? And when you ask for "me Time" they get very upset, angry. This is one of the biggest red flags. Not every one who dose this is a abuser, all abuser do this.

2)   multiple failed relationships. Don't ignore the fact your new lover has had 2 or 3 bad relationships in the past 12 mo this is a sign of a few things. 1 being they can't stand being alone, and 2 a commitment issues.  Either way it's bad news.

3)criminal history, don't ignore a criminal history of abuse or violent behaviors. Sure it's ok to give them a chance if you feel ok with that. But the 1st sign they did not just have a bad day and beat up someone.  get out.

4)Chronic womanizing, unrelenting unemployment, long histories of addictions, Don't think you can chance a person! If they aren't good as is for you think twice. Addict commit to there addictions, bums stay bums. Sure they need love also but do you want to be that to them?

5) A history of emotionally unhealthy women/men. Having one nut/stoker ex  can happen to anyone, but if he has his own support group for his ex's you might want to pass on him Or her.

The main thing here is take a new relationship slow, get to know them before jumping right in.  The past can give you clue as to what you are dealing with and no one is perfect so don't judge to fast or hard either.

Check yourself. Are you really ready to move on from your past? Are you looking for the wrong type of guy because inside your not ready?

updates on me and my family

It's been awhile since I have posted on myself so I thought I would bring everyone up to speed.
My health has been so so, Mainly tried and achy. But no more blood issues or much swelling going on. My rashs have been normal for this year.

I have been dating someone and it's going very well. Having lots of fun and feeling better conected to my higher power.

My oldest son has been accepted to school. Man it's going to cost. He starts in OCT 2009. His dream school by the way so that was cool.

My younger son, is in his case for another 4 weeks. He broke his wrist (wost bone to brake) But it is healing so no surgery.

My little girl is doing great right now.

My bother had a little girl yesterday. 7lb 4 oz and 19 in.

Yule, and how to make spice tea mix

As most of you know I'm wiccan. As a wiccan are winter holiday is call Yule. The tree is put up to remember what the earth has given up for us to life thought the winter so that we can then again come out of hiding in the spring.

we give gifts made by hand, Soap and food is a normal gift for yule.

we remember St john who gave up his life as many plants and animail do in the winter so that the off spring can have a healther life in the spring.

My kids and I make spice tea and candies for yule, which we have a party for family and friends on DEC 21st.

My kids then have christmas with there father on DEC 25th.

I can't really give all of you the gifts I normal send to friends I thought I could share with you how to make the spice tea

2 Cups Tang, 2 Cups Instant Tea with Lemon,1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Cloves( you can leave this out or use whole cloves). Mix well and package in jars you can add stickers . Add two tea sp to 8oz hot water. I like a little more tea so I add it to hot tea. This can also be made with sugarless tang and tea, sometimes hard to find with lemonade so a pack of koolaid can be used fro the lemon flavor.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. By the way great for cold and flu. My kids love it when they ae sick.

what is soul pack

a soul pack is like a pack of dogs. LOL No really it is a group of souls that pack or run together in there life times. Just as with any other kind of soul or past life connection a soul pack can be any relationship to you in each life time. The tent to link together, those. Lets say your mother, bother and lover are all your soul pack they are linked together by you. Soul pack are rare however and I haven't seen them much. That not saying that you can't have past life people that are aslo past life people. But a soul pack is a little more connected to each other by links.

does a person have to be dead to send you someone like them

I have been reading alot about soulmates lately and came across an article and in the article it said, that a soulmate can send someone to you that is exactly like him or her. and here is what is interesting...  I have that problem.  I am in love with Marcel and seem to be having problems with him and here comes Mark who is exactly like him in EVERY way, it is kinda strange. I feel I am with Marcel even though it is Mark in front of me.  He talks, walks, looks like, and has the same personality as Marcel.   My question about this is: does a person have to be dead to send you someone like them or can they still be alive??  This may sound weird, but the situation is soooo real!!  And why would Marcel risk sending me someone else like himself if we were meant to be together. Marcel lives out of state and Mark lives in the same state as me.  I hope you have an idea because no one else can answer, not even the person whose blog I saw it on. In short no they don't have to pass before they can do this. But they don't know they are doing it either. remember soulmate dosen't mean your ment to be together romaicly!

medical issuess and update.

I haven't had any e mail blog questions in the last week or so, but a long time customer asked me how I was doing so I thought I would share with you all how things are going.

About 3 weeks ago my back went out again after about 2 months of feeling better. So I desided to have the shots so about a week latter they did the 1st set of shots. Three days into that I got very sick. I was caughing a bit had a fever(going all the way up to 103.9) So I call I PCP and seen her on Thur(7days after the shots) She did blood work that showed a very low white cell count. She ordered more test to find no answer as to why my blood cells where so low. So I'm now in a waiting game for another doctor to see if a blood specialist to look at my blood test and more then likely order more.

At this time now one week and two days after the 1st blood test, feel fine but still a little tried but thats it. Scare as to what will come of this.

Your thought are needed here. and any thoughts or comments are welcome.

I have a very strong connection with the person I have been seeing that I cannot explain...how do I know if this is a relationship worth pursuing?

Answer_ Only you , yourself and decided to pursue a realtionship. But some good clues are.
1) the relationship at this time makes me feel
    a-good and happy
    b- safe
 2) he/she is
     a-respectful
     b-never mean or hateful
     c-never abusvie
3) I feel
    a-excited to see him
    b-like I'm starting to fall for him
when to run.......
1) he is abusive
2)you get very angry at him for no reason and the angre is be on normal for you.
3) you feel you have to track him down if you don't know where he is or who is with.
4) you aren't feeling the butterfries in your tummy after 3 or 4 dates will it ain't going to.
5) if you see anything you don't like/feel is wried or not normal.

This is just a short list of things you can use. But the truth is that if your dating a guy/girl and you are in more pain then you are having fun, then it's time to go. When a relationship of just 2 or 3 months start to be stressful time to go. Now we are not talking so much about long tram relationships here. those are a little diffrenct. Still if is more painful then good even the long trem relationships may need to end.

This also is true if you have come so nuts for the guy your chacing him down at his mom house bcause he didn't tell you where is was going. This is a sign you are becomeing to far into a relationship and you need to remember to take care of you 1st, be happy with you. and no man/woman is worth forgetting who you are and what you want out of life. If that happens to you run and center yourself.

Is it possible that the connection between 2 people from a former life could be so strong that you could actually fall in love with a person all over again my problem is there is a person I felt like i have know a long time ago and my soul has been searching for this person if it is true how will you know ? My feeling in this matter are quite real and it hard to deal with it because im a marryed person im not straying from my wife I love her but the connection between me and this person i have never felt before with anyone including my wife how should this be dealt with ?

Answer_ Yes you can have a connection with a person that is so storng you feel in love. But it's good to remember that the feeling you are haveing are from your past life and not this one. and yes the souls do already love each other and this is hard to over come.

You have free will on what you do with these feeling you are having. as hard as it maybe to not take the relationship to another level. It can and has been done. Admit to yourself the feeling are real, but again you can't be together, the way you may feel right now. But after some time and some work you can over come the "in Love" stuff without lousing the love it self.

As I have said to others in post about soulmate, you won't stop loving them, it's not a love that is just from your heart (this life time) But love isn't always enough and in your case, you can't hurt your wife whom you love. So take the steps you need to understand (mind and heart) that the love is real but not from this lifetime.

For some this is done by no conntact with the person. I have found this to work less aften then work. I would say take the relationship behind the box (internet, IM, E mail) You can keep the contact you'll crave without and chance of going to another level. Stay away from talk about sex, love, romanic, and stick with daily things like what you did that day, or what plans you have coming up. You can talk about your life other then your sex life. This has worked for most people trying to deal with soulmates they can't be with.....

E mail question: still in love with my ex husband and i feel we are soulmates

Once you have falling in love with a past life connection (soulmate) you will always love them. The only thing you can do is to understand that you can't be together and change your relationship so that you can deal with that fact. It's also helpful if you stay away from knowing what the other person is doing in there relationships because this keeps the wound open so to speck.
it's also good to know I can't say this enough a soulmate/past life relationship is about learning and growing on a spirtal level and not about being together romanicly. The more you look at this way the easy it is to see the truth. That is no matter what you do, no matter how you think, there are two people and two free wills and you may never have the relationship you want with these people.

The higher power dosen't care who you are with romanicly. That is your free will.

e mail question how to get her/his attention

Well I got a good questions in e mail today. I was asked how to get a guys/girl attention when out. Well there are a few tips that I can share with you on this one.
If your a bit shy girls these are for you.
1) give looks, sometime guys will notice if you give them a look. the thing is that when they see you looking don't trun your head for a few sec. the eye contact will bring him running over to you if he is interested.
2) sing the song that is playing and look his way. this will give him the feeling your intested just as the look will without feeling like your a stoker.
3) check your body language. Rememeber that if you sitting there with your arm crossed this give people the idea that you are closed off. So sit with arm down to your side or with your arm open not closed.

Now if your a bit more bold.
1)    If he is sitting at the bar, go up and order your drinks next to him. You can ask him what he is drinking? Or coment about the band, DJ playing. I work at a Bar on the weekends as a DJ are place gets hot, so saying it sure is hot in here as helped me talk to many people not just hot guys...
2) Go up and ask him whats his favorite song, say thinks and go play it.
3) Don't take your friends. Guys and girl alike find it hard to talk to a person for the first time if there are alot of there friends around. so make sure you have a lot of time away from friends when your looking for somoen to talk with you.

For the guys.
1) when you see a girl you want to talk to on the dance floor with her friends, take you butt out there and just dance with them all. this will get her attention in a heart beat. Remember to thank them after even those you didn't ask. Don't try to talk with her just thank her. If you talks with you right after the dance you know that she was already checking you out.

2) Don't just send a drink over to a girl. I don't care what other advice you have gotten. Most woman don't like that. Go up and ask them if you can buy them a drink.

3) slow dance comes on go ask her to dance.

4) want to have her guessing. Don't ask her for her number, just ask her if she will be here next week or the next night and SHOW UP.

5) you can use the song from up above this works great for guys also.

I hope these tips work for you all. I have seen them work for many people in the bars, and I use them every week to keep people both men and woman into are show.

E mail question: how to get your soulmate back?

Sorry I didn't get time to answer this e mail question of the day. yesterday.

I was asked about this a few time and until now I have decided not to answer it here but now I feel I should.
A soulmate "by most people belief " is the person you should be with. the higher power wants you to be with. But this is a mith, to say the least. the higher power has no reason to want you with someone in a "relationship" Your not here on earth to get romanic with anyone. Think about it for a min. Do you really believe that the higher power's only reason for having you here is to be with someone? No! everyone has a reason for being and it's not for someone else.

Soulmate/pastlife people are those you are connected  from a past life. yes you are meant to meet and work out issues and learn for each other but the romanic stuff is up to you.

Spells to get them back will back fire, because 1) your taken away free will and 2) your missing the point of the relationship on witch the higher powers don't like.

If you really want them back, sit down and write a list of things you wanted to do in your life that you have not yet done. Then starting from the one on your list you can do 1st and do it. then the next. this will help you find out what you are meant to do.

Once you have put your life in order, things will come together. The higher power will take care of you. You will get what you need.

Don't fall for all the bull about soulmates. Don't fool yourself into believing that you can change what has to happen. Or that evil has taken away what should be yours. This is very unhealthy and neg thinking will only keep you down and keep you depened on things that aren't helping you. Trust yourself, believe in you, you can do what you need to do and get what you want by taken care of you.

Even if you don't believe what I have said about "meant to be together" If this is true then how can anyone or anything  stop the higher power from getting what they want?

Todays email. Internet dateing

today I got and email asking me when is a good time to agree to met someone from and internet dating site or IM?

Well there isn't a fast rule of thumb here. But I always say when in dought wait!.
But let say you have fears that make you think it's never good or ok with you, or your not sure if it's those fear or your gut. Well 3 months if all you are doing is talking in email or chat. This give you enough time to know them for what they say they are. Also this is enough time for them to miss up if they did lie. It also tells you that if they are talking to you for that long they really are interested in meeting you.
Fast rules.
1) WAIT THE THREE MONTHS (if your talking on the phone also you can cut this down abit but wait even them for 6 weeks)
2) ALWAYS MET IN A PUPLIC PLACE. Safety frist.
3) DON'T BE PUSHED INTO THE MEETING.    if your being pushed let it go.

I got an e mail today from a friend who asked me a simple question? How do I stop myself from being atacted to white trash?
Answer:
1st you have to understan why you are attacted to someone who is not good for you. In the case of my friend, he is talking about woman who are poor and somewhat likeing the fact that they can't do anything for them self, or at least they think this way. They don't feel traped they feel like this kind of life is good enough.

If we look into that empathicly you will find that his need to help other, and "save" them is what he is missing in his life and there for why he is trying to meet  that need in his love life and not in his work /job life. Remember a realtionship should be apart of your life but not your life. I feel if you are finding your self attacted to someone who is not good for you. then find the reason why. then look at your job and see where you can fill that need there and not in the relationship area. Once the need is meet in a place that is more healthy this will open you up to find what you really need and want in your love life.
