The best advise I offer you regarding making choices is this;
Think it through, write out pros & cons
Ask yourself, what do I really feel at my core, in my center?
Being honest with your self, this is key!!!
If after you have done all of this, you still feel indecisive, like you just don't know, WAIT!!!!!!
Hurrying through choices only brings us more troubles then we started with!
Often when you can not get a clear & obvious view of the best choice, it is then best that you allow more time to pass. In time, you will have a much more clear view of which choice is truly best.
Don't hurry & make ruch decisions, they often lead to regrets & additional troubles.
Good choices & decisions will bring empowering situations & people into your life. It will seem as though things may even fall into your lap. You will notice you feel more each day that you are in the right place at the right time.
Luck???? Maybe a bit, but really it is about the decisions & choices you make. You are co-creating your destiny, you do have a say & power in regards to what you will experience in your life and whom you attract into your life.
Don't try to force or rush what you desire, but rather practice knowing when to do nothing, when to move forward, or when to hold on tight, don't stop believing :)

People call their advisors for various reasons ranging from contacting loved ones who have crossed over to locating a missing object.
Many call regarding their love interest or lost lovers, wanting to know if it will work out and they will be together.
Career choices and job offers are a top subject too for callers.
As an advisor, I share spirit messages with my clients to answer their questions and concerns. I share the messages, guidance and wisdom I receive openly & honestly. Quite often the reading will shift the focus onto the client themselves.
As a Spiritual Psychologist, I see the importance of this wisdom and why spirit wants to get the message to the client. So often, clients are questioning about everything around them, lovers, jobs, money etc....they do not realize how important they are in creating their own happiness. All of these outside factors are important, don't get me wrong here, but what is even more important is the thoughts and emotions going on WITHIN SELF!
We have heard money doesn't buy happiness, and that relationships don't make us happy unless we are happy WITHIN already, relationships compliment and help complete our INNER HAPPINESS, they do not create it.
When a reading turns from how does he feel about me to how do you feel about yourself....know there is a divine purpose to that message.
We attract situations into our lives (LAW OF ATTRACTION) by our thoughts, feelings and actions. So if you have been wondering why do I keep attracting these types of relationships or lack thereof ....the answers are WITHIN YOU!
This is why my readings often turn in that direction for my clients. Once we have answered the questions about the outside influences, spirit takes the opportunity to immediately turn the clients thoughts and focus inward, to see how they are actually participating in attracting this into their lives.
Quite often the client doen't even realize how they have indeed contributed and actually invited these situations into their life, sometimes over & over again.

Yesterday, I received an email from one of my clients, and the first words I read were "I'm so happy, I did it!"
I knew I just had to share this with you, as this is a true, real life story!
I want to share this with because I want you to see how empowering a psychic reading can be for you & your life.
This client came to me intially about her relationship, as they were having issues and had broken up. She wanted to know what he was thinking & feeling since they had broken up.
The breakup started causing negative effects in every aspect of her life. Her life was disrupted and starting to spin out of control. Losing sleep effected her job, her school work, her moods, and her happiness over all.
Things were not going well, and heading for a crash & burn very quickly.
When we lose someone we love, we often lose our own way too!
After focusing in on him, and discovering that he was on his own journey, and dealing with his own life lessons, and figuring out what he really wanted. He was in a self discovery time, and their relationship was not really the issue. His own journey required him to go within himself. Their relationship was only a piece of his life lesson. He is out there figuring himself out. He is trying to figure out what he wants, what will make him happy. This was not just about her making him happy, this is about him creating his happiness. In order to do that, he must find within what he wants, then he will be back.
The waiting time for her was becoming too much, too destructive, simply put, it became unacceptable to her anymore. She realized, this wasn't working for her. What she was doing had become so unhealthy and imbalanced that everything around her was falling apart too. The domino affect ;)
She saw she needed to make changes & corrections & adjustments....but how?
what's a girl to do in this mess...everything is out of control ??????????
We turned the focus on what she could control in her life. She accepted she could not hurry time, or alter his lessons. She began to put her thoughts, time and energy into herself, instead of worrying & wondering about what he was doing.
I tell clients when these lessons are happening for him, there are lessons for you too!
I call that empowering yourself with knowledge & focus!
The first step in this process is realizing & finding the lessons this situation and time are presenting to you! Remember, FREE WILL? When you hear that, know you too are using your free will simultaneously!
Don't ever think only one person has lessons & free will choices to make in a relationship, you both do!
This is key to finding your way to the life you dream of living!
Once this client started on her path of rediscovering herself, and her lessons she was to face during this time, everything changed around her.
She was able to sleep & eat, and this allowed her to recharge physically and mentally. She was able to focus in school & work.
She was able to now physically & mentally keep up with her life!
Her life was challenging in most aspects, relationships, education, job, finances, etc...all had been effected by the emotions she was feeling. Snowall effect!?!?
She arose to the challenges before her on all fronts, and dug deep within!
There she discovered the strength of believing in her goals & dreams!
There she discovered she had the ability to create them!
There she discovered the courage to face each challenge head on!
There she discovered the TRUE STRENGTH of HER SPIRIT!
I am pleased to share her success in it all! Yesterday morning I opened an email from her telling me she had received her final grades for this semester and then we spoke on the phone :)

** This is a blog originally written on 7/17/08, I am reposting it today because there is a need for the message contained within this blog. I have received many emails from clients regarding how they feel lost without "him/her" this past week or so. The message is simple....Within each of us is everything we need to create the life we dream of. We co create our destiny, it is not up to some unseen force....that would make us victims...and we are not victims we are masters of our own journey, our own life. We may not be able to control all that happens around us, BUT we can & must control how we react to what is happening. That is where our power is...within our center! **

There is quite a difference between these two circumstances, although quite often one leads us to the other.

When you call an advisor with a question, PLEASE be sure you are ready to not only HEAR the truth but LISTEN to the truth! There are clients that call looking for the answer to the question, "Is he/she coming back?", or "will we get back together, I really miss her/him."
The advisor has only one option once you have asked this question, and that is to answer you honestly with their "knowing, sensing".
Please, be prepared for the answer NO, as sometimes that is the case.
Believe me, as an advisor, it is a difficult task that requires a lot of tact and compassion. I am not telling you NO because I want to burst your bubble of hope & longing for a past lover to come back. I am telling you NO because, that is the answer I get. I know it is hard to have your hopes set high, only to hear NO it is not going to happen, he/she has moved on. I have no intention of telling you what you want to hear, just to keep the peace so to speak. Please, remember, I am human! I feel your pain and heart breaks and tears, as I am an empath. I always try to break the news as gently as I can, as I know there is no way to deliver the news easily. I use compassion as my guide, for I too have had a broken heart, I too have loved & lost. I know that I am going to tell you exactly what you DON'T want to hear, so I ask you this please, do not ask the question unless you are trully prepared for the truth. I also want you to remember an old saying, "Don't shoot the messenger!"
Once I have delievered the answer of NO, he/she is not coming back to you, I always go on to the focus which is YOU. What are you to do now that your bubbles are bursting, and your heart is aching even more. Remember, there is a purpose & lesson in every situation in your life. I focus in on that lesson right away, as your focus needs to shift from worry & wonder about THE OTHER PERSON, back onto YOURSELF. I specialize in this area, and I feel that is why Spirit leads clients to me that have this lesson on their path. I will guide you along gently, as I know firsthand, exactly how you feel. I want to tell you right here and right now, You can get through this, and yes you will have love again in your life! So please, if you want to know if you will be reunited with a past lover, please please please, be ready for the truth, and the possibility that the answer will be NO.
As a counselor, I know there are going to be stages of grief & loss that you will go through, so I never take your anger or doubt personally. I know better then to do that!!
As I said, I will guide you through the next steps on your path which will include anger, denial and doubt of self ever having love again. These are normal human emotions that come with being hurt and broken hearted. Know I am here for you every step of the way!
You will not always ache so deeply, you will learn to trust again, you will learn to open your heart to someone new. This all takes time, but it can and must be done. This is your part, your responsibility to yourself and only you can choose to do this! I am here to guide you through it, but ultimately you must decide you want to! Letting go of someone you have loved and longed for is a challenge and there is nobody on this earth that will escape this challenge and lesson.
Remember, self love is the key to having others come into your life to add romantic love to your life. Nobody will fill your heart & soul with the love you need to feel for yourself.
So, if you are at this point on your path, know that I am here to guide you through this bumpy bit on the path!
Remember, you must be prepared for the answer to the questions you ask, and all that will follow the truthful answer.

Appointments & Callbacks
So often, clients call asking "where am I and How did I get here?" Then of course the infamous "WHY??"
Each of us is on our own individual path. Twists and turns and even dead ends are common for all of us to encounter. It is said that the journey is the mission not the destination. To me that means, each & every obstacle or joy we meet has it's purpose in our life. Trials & tribulations give us the oppportunity to strengthen our beliefs. They do not occur as punishment nor are they there to break us down and create unhappiness for us. When we meet with a circumstance/situation that brings us to our knees, tears are flowing and the heart feels as though it has been shattered like glass into a million shards, we often feel so lost and so alone.
When we lose our way, we can very easily stray from our true desires and our true self/higher self. We can feel as though we are destined to be miserable. Even worse, some of us give up on our dreams and desires, thinking we just don't deserve them, or they are just dreams, completely unobtainable.
STOP RIGHT THERE!!!
If this is the way you are feeling I want to help you realize that your thinking is exactly what is keeping you from obtaining & reaching your goals and dreams. I know first hand just how hard this life can be, pain is pain & hurt is hurt. Yes, you are entitiled to feel loss, and broken hearted for a time, as processing and healing take time. There is no proper time allowed so to speak with regards to how fast you should get over it or get on with it. In fact, I always say it is NOT a process of you getting over it but rather a process of you getting thru it, working thru what has occured and how you feel. As you work thru your experience, you will begin the process of healing. Too many people swallow or bury their hurt and say they are over it....I wonder if that is why addiction runs rampant in our world.
Each painful loss offers us the opportunity to strengthen our self, to gain a clearer focus of what it is we really want. Allowing yourself to mourne your loss is healthy. Allowing your loss to control your thinking and your outlook on your future is not!
The Path is not easy for any of us to walk. We have support systems such as freinds & advisors, but ultimately, we each choose our direction and our path.We choose by our thinking, our outlook and our actions. Dreams of love and acceptance can be kept alive even after heartbreak and despair. Broken hearts must pick up the pieces that remain and put them back together as best they can. If you don't, and you stop believing in yourself as a lovable person or a person worthy of love from another, you will never find what your true self/higher self desires. The relationship that broke your heart can not be allowed to destroy your dreams~only you can destroy your dreams by not believing in them, by giving up.
When life gets hard as it often does, reach out to someone and release your hurt, release your emotions of despair. Once you do that, you will begin to be able to believe again. Do not expect to keep your dreams alive inside you if you allow the hurt to grow and fester within you. Release it and clear the space to allow your dream to grow. It is only up to each of us which direction we choose on our path. Choose to follow & believe in your dreams :)

Hello Keen!
I am so happy to be back to blogging and taking calls on Keen!
I have been busy opening "The Reiki Room", an Integrative Wellness room within a new salon & spa here in Tempe Arizona.
The Reiki Room has been years in the making. I knew one day I would open a Mind Body Spirit Wellness space and the opportunity presented itself this April.
The industry of spiritual wellness has become mainstream. I have been blessed with clients from every walk of life. Judges, police officers, mothers, grandmothers, teachers, accountants etc etc....seems everyone is looking for balance in their life & lifestyle. It is truly Universal Timing. We, as humans are ready, willing and now able to accept concepts of Energy Healing and the simple concept of Metaphysics...."Everything is energy".
Expanding has it's discomforts, as all growth does. Starting from scratch takes so much energy in the beginning stages. Now, six weeks later.....I feel balanced again. The concept has become a reality! The dream has become a physical reality! When I tell clients, dream big....I mean it. I personally believe in shooting for the moon, you will land amongst the stars :)
Now that all is in a flowing state of being, I can return to my clients here on Keen. I have missed you all! I look forward to reconnecting and getting back to being on Keen regularly. I look forward to completing my Keen site. That too has been on hold since January. The fantastic web designer here on Keen has been so patient and I can't wait to see the finished product! Happy Spring!
For many of us signs of spring are popping up all around us. After a long winter, new growth is happening. What appeared to be lifeless in the dead of winter is alive again, growing with the universal energy that creates our seasons. Spring is a great time to get into our garden and clean up all the debris that is left over from last years harvest. Well, cleaning debris does not just apply to our flower and vegetable gardens, it applies to everything in our life!
What would you like to grow and develop this year? What changes and new opportunties would you like to see occur in your life? You co create your destiny, it is not just up to fate. YOU HAVE THE POWER!
If you are like me, you have a list of "to-do's" a page long. Try to break these down and put these "to-do's" in order of importance in your life. Then, take your list and address one item at a time. Do not look at the whole page or you will feel so overwhelmed, you may not have the energy & motivation to tackle anything on the list. Instead, take first things first. Tackle your top tasks and upon completion, you will feel energized and motivated to move down the list. The next thing you will know....your list is half done!
Now if you want to plant new things in your spiritual garden...you must clear out your debris. Let go of your past, clear out old "should haves" and "would haves" and start fresh. Remove those thoughts, people and objects that are only cluttering your sacred space, your spirit. This simply means....letting that which no longer serves you and your greatest good and your dreams and visions for your life. This does not lessen the time spent or the meaning they once had...it simply means...the time has come and gone. SO let go!
There can be little room for growth if everything from your past is still in your present! Carry with you today only those things you cherish and let the rest go.
What will you plant in your spiritual garden this spring?
I am currently working night & day on opening an additonal sacred space for my clients. The grand opening is set for April 15th and I am operating at full speed to be ready for the grand opening. I love the energy of creating a new space, a new garden so to speak. As you know, creating a garden from a barren & lifeless space takes a lot of sweat and hard work. Tilling the soil, removing the weeds or grass and adding vitamins and nutrients is necessary before you can plant that which you desire to grow. Luckily, this phase is complete. The paint is on and the decor & detail are complete...now comes the seed planting time. Advertising, brochures and business cards are in the final stages. I am enjoying the energy of this project as new ventures require a clear vision, and the courage to follow your path despite what ever set backs and hard work that path may have in store for you. I look forward to all that this spa venture will bring into my life. The new clients that will cross my path and add so much to my life...now that is worth every hour of scrubbing, painting and getting to all those little details. Nothing comes easy and whatever we put our energy into will be returned to us by Universal Law.
The dream of a spritual spa combined with a salon and typical spa has come true! This spa concept has been within me for over a decade...patience and timing are my allies.
My work on Keen and my clients here are very important and special to me! I am not leaving Keen! Life is a journey. Often we stumble upon times where we feel so lost & alone. We may have been hurt by another person or we may have let ourself down.
Mother Theresa said it best.... "THIS TOO SHALL PASS"
When you find yourself in times that are hard, remember this is not forever.
There is Light at the end of the tunnel. This experience you are having is purposeful, it is meant to take you to the place you are meant to be. Each time we lose our way offers us the chance to slow down and take a look at what we are doing, where we are going, and how in the world did we get here!
In my own life, I have expereinced these times. Looking back, I can see how each time I fell, I not only got up again, but when I did I was stronger and found inner strength and inner wisdom I never realized I had. This is what hard times offer us on a Soul level. A time to dig deep within us and find what we need to get back up and take one more step forward. Failure really only occurs when we cease to get up & try again!
Whatever situation you may find yourself in today that is making you feel lost and confused and ready to give up, know that it is here to help you realize how strong and confident you really are. Deep within you lies a vast energy that can be tapped into to help you get up, brush off the mud and move forward. Do not despair for you are never alone, your angels walk beside you every step of the way.
Your hard times are an opportunity to strengthen your connection with your Higher Self, your Soul. Your Soul will never lead you in the wrong direction. Quite often, when we make a choice that does not honor our true HIgher Self, we feel regret, we feel anger towards self, we feel like we have failed. Well we haven't failed.....we have not honored our Higher Self. Forgiving yourself for times when you didn't make the best choice is key!
I have a prayer I feel is very powerful in times of darkness. I want to share it with you in hopes that you too will find the Light at the end of your tunnel. The Light is always present, within you and at the end of the tunnel. You can make it to the Light, you must try with all you have deep within you, you must use your inner Light, your Soul, to guide you towards the Light waiting for you at the end of your dark tunnel. It is there, always shining brightly, always burning, to guide you on your journey. Your Soul knows the way to the Light, because it is made of the same Energy, from the same Source. Your Soul is Light!

I am someone who is against making resolutions...the failure rate of resolutions is way too high!
I strongly suggest creating affirmations for yourself that affirm the goals & dreams you have set for yourself.
Encouraging yourself vs placing demands on yourself???
