With the increase in frequency vibrations and humanity opening up to receive more and higher light quotients ... all that no longer serves one's highest interest must fall away.
There will be disagreements, fears and unresolve issues that will arise as we go fourth. You shall experience this on a personal level and see it on national and global levels.
As we expand in consciousness, we are transforming all of who we believe we are .... those who feel unworthy and even those who believe they stand in unconditional love.
We are undergoing upgrades and recalibrations to all of our bodies - physical, mental , emotional and spiritual. Each soul will have a different experience and their truths will shift in accordance to their awareness and transitional process.
There will be no right or wrong, for free will still exists even after this current shift. You can change your reality as quickly as you change your thoughts and emotions.
Through these transitions, it will be vitial to understand that everyone of us are going through the same transition.
There needs to be love, understanding, compassion and encouragement.
There will be many different views, thoughts, beliefs and perceptions ..... we need to remember to be tolerant of eachother as we go through this process. Please send fourth love, healing and understanding. Agree to disagree - for we are all one sharing a different expression of the same experience.
If you get caught up in the drama, debates or conflicts (personally, spiritually, politicially) remember to ask yourself the following question, to see if you are in alignment with your higher truths:
Do you have a need to be Right or A need to be Happy?
If you choose the need to be right - you're aligning with the ego and not coming fourth from a place of love. Love is all encompassing and allows for all expression.
If you choose to be Happy - then your in alignment with your higher truths and can let go and allow the highest good of all to be done.
If more and more people took a deep breath and stepped back from "situations" allowing themselves to realign with their higher truths and followed a path of happiness: many wars and political upheavels would be resolved. More and more people will follow their bliss and peace will begin to break the ego and illusions .... allowing our ascension process to accelerate, unity with all life and higher truths to be revealed. Embrace all that is with love, peace and joy.

One of the most important lessons I have learned in my spiritual journey:
Is to stop trying to do the work for others. Hurt, Pain, Insecurities and fears all come from misperceptions and misaligned energies. Through choices, actions, reactions and giving away personal power - people manifest their own experiences. It is through the challenges, pain and suffering that forces people to look within themselves and only by looking within themselves can they acknowledge their own misalignments and make choices to change themselves. This is when profound shifts and miracles occur when one truly accepts the responsibility for their own life and choices. Many people never get to this point and end up repeating the same lessons over and over. Many times the soul will allow pain, suffering and misery to prevail simply to be an acceleration to change. If the misery over comes ones fear - then the individual will have the motivation to change and strive for a new or higher potential (I can't do this anymore or if I don't do something this is going to destroy me). Pain and suffering have valid reasons in ones life - to point out misaligned energies.
An example:
If you twist your ankle and it doesn't hurt ... you ignore it and continue to utilize it. But, if your ankle swells up and is causing a great deal of pain - do you ignore it and continue? No, most people seek healing and a solution to the pain. But, over and over we ignore pain in our emotions, mental and spiritual bodies that eventually impact our physical lives and the how we experience life. Pain and suffering is an indication that "something" is out of balance. It can be a thought, belief, idea, feeling or habit .... But most ignore it or consciously choose not to look at it. Then the misaligned energy begins to snowball as chaos within our lives. This is how the universe continuously attempts to get our attention. But, humanity can be very thick headed and stubborn. It's not just you or I - but everyone to some degree does it.
These are the lessons we are here to acknowledge, embrace and overcome. The second point is:
if someone is not acknowledging their own misaligned energies - how can you "take that away"? You can not! You can plant seeds and give guidance, but they have free will to cultivate that seed or take the guidance/advice. We can share our experiences hoping they will learn from our challenges, but again that is their choice.
The angels have always told me:
"Learn the Lesson & you do not have to go through the experience."
Other words, if you acknowledge the misaligned energy in whatever form, make choices to realign it and put fourth the time and effort needed - then the challenge of the lesson will fall away. If we ignore it, like that of the twisted ankle - the pain and suffering will become more intense until we can no longer ignore it or sweep it under the carpet.
One of the biggest disservices we can do for another, is interfere with their lessons. Many times when we (from our limited perception) try to lessen the pain, challenge or suffering of another - we may very well be enabling the misaligned energies.
This is not always the case, that's why it's important to understand the difference between unconditional love (enabling) verses selfless love (empowering).
Unconditional Love many times equates to giving away your personal power, imbalance of energies and often the feeling of being used or being taken advantage of will surface.
Selfless Love - is being in the present moment aligned with an open heart and the highest good or intention of all. This may mean to cuddle someone and lift their burden or it could mean to literally kick them in the bottom. It depends upon their lessons and what the soul is attempting to show the consciousness.
An example:
If you see a homeless person on the side of the street asking for money:
Do you reach into your pocket and give generously? Do you walk pass them ignoring them? Do you yell at them to get a job?
Most of the above are knee jerk reactions or projections of reactions we have learned from others.
The other option is to listen to your heart for the divine nudging and ask what is in the highest interest of all? It maybe for you to be generous and have an opportunity to give of yourself -money, time or simply compassion in a kind word and a smile. It maybe to guide the person to seek help or it may be to kick them in the bottom to increase their suffering so they go further into themselves or awaken them to a new perspective.
This is why all masters and Jesus himself said "You can not judge another"- simply because we do not understand the bigger picture and what the soul is trying to teach the individual.
Healers have a hard time with this concept:
We give of ourselves, always seeking to help, assist and sometimes take on other’s
Burdens.
We can plant seeds, give guidance, even reduce the pain and symptoms and realign the energies - but this is only temporary until the individual acknowledges, embraces and chooses to realign their misalignment. We can be catalysts for healing and change, but it's the individual that eventually heals themselves.
Disease and illness always presents a lesson and gift.
One of the challenges of a healer is the need to "fix" or heal everyone.
This urge to heal and fix everything many times is a misaligned energy itself. Not all, but many healers use the healing of others to avoid having to deal with their own misalignments. It can also be a way for those who are not honoring and loving themselves, to seek outside validation for their own self worth. Again, ignoring the need and call to go within oneself. There is no right or wrong, it's what we choice to experience and whether we are ready and prepared to drop the illusions. It's all personal choice and preference.
To accelerate ones understanding of the bigger picture:
Let go of control and the need to be right
Be kind to yourself and understand it is not your sole responsibility to fix anyone other then yourself.
Each heart & soul is responsible for their own creation and manifestations.
Align yourself with selfless love and the highest good of all
Seek all your validation and answers within yourself - you may be surprised what you find.
Release any projections, beliefs, thoughts and ideas that are not yours. Try each one on for size and see if it fits and if it feels good. If it doesn’t it's not yours.
And most importantly
Love, honor and embrace all that you are.

As the Divine surrounds the inauguration of Obama w/ new hopes & higher potentials of Peace, Healing & Unity for All - will Humanity choose to live in Love & Light?
The time has come for each of us to choose to embrace the changes bringing fourth new and higher potentials for humanity. The new hopes that Obama represents are not simply hopes for a single nation, but for all people in all nations.
Obama can not do this by himself. He carries high hopes and inspirations, but he will run into resistance and disappointments within his path. Will he stand within his higher truth? Will the people support and encourage him in times of challenge?
For the first time, we have a leader who understands and has proclaimed that change is possible, but not without effort and sacrifice from each individual. His words hold truth and a higher vibration then presented in the past.
This is choice for not only Americans, but for Humanity itself to come together and embrace change.
Choose to see beyond the illusions, to a new reality. It is a time for humanity to step up and take on personal and collective responsibility for the world we live in and the reality we create.
There is no longer the opportunity to give our power away to another. We need to begin to think and feel for ourselves. It is a time to peel away the projections of others and find our personal truths within our own hearts.
This change must begin within each and every one of us on a personal level. We must be willing to see differently and change our reactions and programmed behaviors. Then we must stand within our truth within love and an open heart for all to see. It is through this shift and leading by example
that will give your family, neighbors and friends the strength to find it within their hearts to change.
The ripple effect has taken place upon a worldwide scale; Obama represents the momentum for change. We are ready for change. We are ready to look outside of our limited reality to see new possibilities, new hopes and new ways of seeing ourselves. Now it comes down to a personal choice.
Old energies, old paradigms, beliefs and institutions that no longer work or serve the highest good of all need to be reinvented, resurrected and healed. The lies and illusions of ole need to be brought fourth into new awareness and light.
Humanity needs to heal from old fears and to move into new awareness and higher potentials.
It is through embracing love, light and oneness, through loving ourselves, loving one another, helping those around us and encouraging each other to be something more then we currently are.
We have been blessed and given an opportunity to heal and divert the path of humanity. The blessings of divine love and light are upon humanity and planet at this time. But, each of us has a personal choice to move beyond our comfort zones and embrace a new path for all.
There will be challenges, for old structures, beliefs and limited though patterns will need to give way to new ideas, new ways of thinking, new awareness and expanded beliefs.
There will be transitions and with new challenges and ways of moving forward, there shall be disappointments and even failures. But these are energies moving forward and as we support, encourage and embrace the changes new solutions shall come fourth.
WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER.
It will not be a single man, group or avenue that achieves success. It shall be the diverse energies of all races, all religions, all forms of life and creation working together, joining forces, embracing, honoring, accepting and respecting the uniqueness that each brings to the resolution in accordance for the highest good of all.
The hope has poured fourth, the opportunities presented, the blessings granted – we simply have to choose to acknowledge these gifts, put fourth the efforts to manifest the greater dream.

The time has come, the year of empowerment. Last year, I watched and witnessed many women begin to awaken and realize the goddess and divine sacred femininity within themselves. They began processes of healing their hearts and their inner child. For the
First time they began to focus upon themselves to balance their much depleted energies
While serving family, friends, jobs and humanity. Many where asked to pull their energies back from established relationships and re-establish those relationships in a more balanced way. No longer enabling co-dependent, self sabotaging and imbalanced relationships and situations.
The last months of 2008 and the beginning of 2009 will be all about clearing away, People, situations, feelings, beliefs and limitations that no longer serve your higher truth. There is a wave of change coming fourth moving you into new alignments with your divine purposes. 2009 may present some challenges for those who fear change and are resistant to the new energies. If you learn the lesson and let go, your challenges will
Lessen. Many are moving quickly into new and higher frequencies and spiritual vibrations. All that is no longer at a compatible vibration will fall away.
But, as you acclimate to the new vibrations there will be a flood of new people, situations, opportunities and awareness that flow fourth bringing strength, peace, balance and unity.
It is a time of growing, expanding and learning to Love, Honor, Accept, Respect and forgive yourself. A time to be kind and gentle to yourself. A time to rediscover your Worthiness and beauty, to feel and acknowledge that validation from deep within you.
Those who are seeking soul mates and twin flames – you must acclimate to the higher frequencies and allow the past and all that no longer serves your highest interest to fall away. Let go! The longer you hold onto the past and incompatible vibrations the more delays you shall experience.
As for the many men, this will be a profound year of changes, healing and self discovery.

It will be a year of challenges but also a year of new awareness and great blessings. Your heart is the place that all insights and truths are revealed.
The average person has learned to close off their heart and emotions in an act of self –protection. This protection has become ones self imposed prison.
We feel the intuitiveness and the gentle nudge from the divine, but we disregard it pushing these feelings to the brain and mental body to process. There, the feelings and inner truths do not fit into any “pre-ordained mental box” and we simply go into a state of confusion, indecisiveness and procrastination. We literally talk ourselves out of

Get off any anti-depressants, pain killers and any mind altering drugs (legal or illegal).
These drugs hide the truth, they disconnect us from our emotional body and prevent

We need to be connected to our emotional body and body consciousness. When the body
Feels light, you can feel life/energy/ breath run through it or when the stomach feels open
Or like you have butterflies – this is your body telling you to proceed – your answer is a yes or to move forward. When the body feels heavy, constricted and your stomach feels
Like there’s a brick in it, then the answer is no or proceed with extreme caution (something is not in alignment with your best interest).
Utilize your heart and your feelings to guide you through any situation. Stop for a moment and see what the body feels like. What is it trying to tell you? You may be surprised.
Trust within your heart and the inner voice …. As children we were told this was our
Imagination and it wasn’t real. Wrong … our inner voice and our hearts know and re-

Learn to trust yourself once again.
We must learn to love and accept ourselves without judgment, guilt or shame. When we

Relationships can be viewed from many perceptions.
Relationships generally give us the opportunity to grow, learn more of ourselves and a chance to balance or release past karma.
Many times our partners who appear opposite of ourselves offer a reflection of attributes and characteristics we are seeking within ourselves.
The illusion of this misperception is that we already have anything and everything we seek in another already within ourselves. Those we perceive as opposites are only reminding us simply through the art of reflection. They are helping us to rediscover ourselves.
How many times have you been attracted to the opposite, only to find out over time -
You are more alike then you ever imagined.
Other spiritual intentions of relations are to release karma, break past or negative patterns of manifestations and to give us opportunities to realize who we truly are and understand our own truth.
In a spiritually based romantic relationship - both parties have already discovered all their needs are found within. That another cannot bring us happiness or peace - nor is it their responsibility. We are accountable for our own happiness and peace.
A true relationship is about accepting another unconditionally regardless of their assets and liabilities, accepting each other and allowing the other to be true to themselves. To be respectful of them, be supportive of their dreams & goals but not do the work for them.
A true relationship is about loving each other as a reflection of the god's love manifested. Having a companion to share this wonderful earth/spiritual journey, to learn, grow and share one another's experiences. Be supportive and help elevate the other to follow their hearts and dreams, to reach there highest potential and realize their divine truth.
It is also important to note, even soul mates and twin flames may not be on the same path for a lifetime. They may come in to walk with you for a while on your path and journey. But, if their purpose and work takes them on another path: it does not mean it wasn't meant to be – just that the gift they offered was rendered and spiritually it was time to move on;
For there are no accidents, no coincidences.
Everything is manifested through our thoughts, beliefs and with soul purpose. Something, we may not truly comprehend from a human perceptive.
But, realize every relationship bears a gift, one we can accept or reject.
From past experiences look back at your relationships … and realize many of them brought to you, a new level of understanding and prepared you for a higher romantic potential either now or for the future.

foreclosure, or a job loss. When the person begins questioning more
deeply than before, and realizes how shaky the traditional means of
support are, an opening is created to change course.
To be sure, such a person receiving this "wake up call" must act
on the "call" in order to shift their circumstances. As part of
that, they must choose a different path than the one they have been
traveling.
The New Path of Heart
This new path involves looking within for answers and responding to the
world with a heart-centered focus. It means giving up, bit by bit, the
habitual ego-based patterns learned in the conventional world. Giving
these up is not a simple thing to do, for there is much resistance and
ignorance about the truth of one's real condition. That is a normal
part of being human.
This awakening person will need to approach the new path with
dedication, persistence, self-love, compassion, and patience. The last
quality of patience is particularly important, for success in navigating
the new heart-centered path will require ongoing actions and choices.
The person must be willing to continue choosing the higher path, and
taking actions that reflect that choice, regardless of what appears to
be happening. Sometimes it may appear as though nothing at all is
happening. Other times, the progress may simply seem to be too slow. No
matter what adversity is experienced, discouragement must not be allowed
to block the person's resolve. The shifting into an entire new way
of being requires tenacity and an ability to continually remember the
big picture.
For Experienced Travelers
For those already on the path of conscious awakening, this coming cycle
will precipitate an even deeper level of questioning than before. Light
will continue to shine on disparities and dysfunctional old paradigm
approaches. As that happens, many secrets and much hidden knowledge will
be exposed. Truth will come out into the open. Some of this uncovering
will involve personal issues that will present themselves in a new way,
perhaps escalating into even more of a crisis. When these things occur,
if approached intuitively and sanely, doorways will open to allow for
resolution. A skilled person who desires to rid themselves of a
longstanding concern, therefore, may find that this next cycle gives
them just the spiritual fuel needed to finally complete the healing.
The Shift on a Global Scale
Each person on the planet will be impacted in some way by the
accelerated transformational shifting in 2008. It may be conscious or
unconscious, but the impact will be there. The challenge will be in
connecting the dots and making sense of the oppositional forces.
Fear-based agendas and actions can be subtle, disguised as something
benevolent. Again, remembering the larger view and making sure to
regularly question within are keys to each person's individual
progress.
If you feel that your ability for inner inquiry needs to be
strengthened, there has never been a more important time to further
develop this skill. Having this talent in these pivotal times is not a
luxury, but a necessity. This ability is developed by first opening to
it, and then through lots of ongoing practice. Opening to your natural
ability to question will take a very strong desire, and a willingness to
learn new ways of approaching your reality. It will also require an
inner strength that does not waver when you feel challenged by others,
the status quo, or unflattering information you receive about yourself.
You must be willing to see the truth behind the falseness in everything,
including your own human-formed identity. That, too, must be allowed to
fall away so that you can discover your true Divine self hidden
underneath.
Inner inquiry is also an essential part of developing your intuitive
knowing or psychic abilities. Those who have developed their skill of
using intuitively guided reason will be in high demand in the times to
come. They may call themselves intuitives, or they may use other
language to describe their gifts.
Those gifted with intuitive ability will be needed everywhere – from
corporations, government bodies, households, health care facilities, to
the intuitive arts. They will surface to help others not yet skilled in
inner inquiry. They will also be able to help other skilled intuitive
people, who from time to time desire additional input from someone
outside the conventional paradigm. Sometimes it will be in sharing the
results of one's own inner questioning with such a person that
hidden truths of one's dilemma will surface.
Need for Restoration of Atrophied Talents
For most people, questioning and listening are rather atrophied talents.
Everyone can learn to do these things, but the conventional world puts
little value on them. In fact, from an early age, most people are told
what to do, how to think, and what is true.
Education, even at the higher levels, does not teach people to question,
to listen, or to really think for themselves. People learn that to
succeed in the outer world, they must be first, best, fit in with what
society dictates, and be the loudest voice in the crowd in order to
stand out. There is tremendous pressure to do and be these things.
When people follow this conventional recipe for success, they are headed
for disappointment. The recipe may be all they know, and it may appear
that others use it for great achievements, yet it is based on a lie. At
the root of the lie is a tangled web of false notions of the conditional
world. They appear real because humanity has given them so much energy
and accepted them as a guidebook for living. Each person must dispel the
false notions for themselves, one at a time. To do this, a person must
restore their atrophied talents of inner questioning and listening.
When atrophied talents are restored and made relevant for these times, a
person has an intuitively guided rational means of responding to
uncertainty and chaos. Those who are drawn to focus on these
untraditional approaches know, at a deep cellular level, that this time
in history is unique.
The next few years will not be a carbon copy of any other time, even
though some dynamics are similar. The familiar themes—long part of
the human landscape—include war, greed, ego-based control and power
maneuvers, hatred and prejudice towards anything or anyone seeming to be
different, fear-based messages of doom and gloom which include
predictions of the "end of the world," and growing numbers of
people fed up with it all.
What's Different This Time
This time around, the world is being profoundly impacted by the
cumulative force of an awakening consciousness. Underway is the biggest
shift in consciousness humanity has seen in so short a time period. The
force of awakening has been building for many years across the planet,
with new levels of progress reached each year. Much of this forward
movement is difficult to discern, especially in times of hardship, and
when most people are so focused on what's wrong.
Humanity, right now, stands on the edge of the crucial jumping off point
that can allow for a dramatic leap into higher consciousness. This is
the leap you have come to Earth to make, and what you have been working
towards—knowingly or unknowingly—your whole life.
The brand new paradigm of enlightened consciousness really is more
within reach than ever, despite what you hear to the contrary. It is
important that you believe this, and that you focus your energies on
creating it—mainly within yourself but also in your actions taken in
the world.
The more consciously you work to create this new paradigm in the next
few years, the greater your opportunity to shift into a higher
vibrational state, and to positively impact the planet. As you do this
inner work, you will be assisting others around you and also helping to
create a more heart-centered world.
It is vital in these next few years to stay awake to the lies and
manipulation. You will be told that there's no hope for the planet,
no Earth for your great-grandchildren to inhabit, and that only certain
"good" people will "survive." You will be told that you
must give up your freedoms to be protected from the "enemy." You
will be told that it's too costly (or some other explanation) to fix
human dysfunctional systems involving health care, allocation of
resources, and destruction of the environment. None of this is true.
Setting Your Intention for Change
Set your intention right now to be one of the ones who seriously
questions what is happening, and to take conscious responsible action in
the world to be a positive force for change. Intend that you do this
continually, regardless of what seems to be happening. Remember that
your intentions and actions count.
The momentum of change is all around you. You can see evidence of it
regularly. Noticing the discontent in people and their desire for
something brand new can become inspirational reminders that people are
growing less accepting of conventional ways of being. When you view it
this way, rather than as a reminder of how much everyone is suffering,
you shift your vibration higher. This view may also inspire you to be of
more service to others.
In 2008, people in all corners of the world will have less tolerance of
lies, hidden agendas, broken promises, cover-ups, and deceit of all
kinds. These ways of being, and public outcry about them, will be more
out in the open than ever before.
Differing points of view about truth will continue to be a source of
conflict, on both a personal level and within groups of people. Most of
the wars fought between peoples have involved disagreements involving
truth. Some cultures teach the idea that there will be a final battle
between good and evil, and that only certain "good"
ones—classified by their idea of "good"—will survive and be
"saved." Other cultures have very different ideas of truth. The
truths at issue will always be relative truths, based on the
conventional reality.
Your truth may look quite different than another person's. Truth is
sometimes thought of as what you think is real. Consider that, without a
full awareness of reality, including the physical and nonphysical, it is
impossible to know truth except in relative terms.
Waking Up to Human Interconnectedness
Thanks in part to the power of the media, growing numbers of the
world's population are now realizing the interconnected stream of
energy that has always impacted the diverse forms of life on the planet.
A war or peacemaking event in one place impacts the whole.
Oppressed peoples in one country become a cause of global outrage. A
large-scale natural disaster in one place stirs compassion and aid
relief from strangers living half way around the world. A new discovery
in medicine in one country helps to resolve a health crisis for a
threatened impoverished culture.
The need for joining together and helping one another has never been
more urgent. In the next few years, humanity as a species will have the
opportunity to fully understand human interconnectedness and to utilize
this to help create a brand new world.
Checklist for Personal Transformation in 2008
The following are some guidelines for approaching your own personal
transformation in 2008. Become still and move your focus to your heart
as you read these words. Invite your intuitively guided reason to show
you which of these is a priority for right now. Then, as 2008 begins,
review this list again in the same way, noticing if the priority has
shifted and if you have new insights about your personal journey.
1. Observe your mind. Become more aware of what you are thinking, what
you focus on, and what you repeat over and over to yourself like a
broken record. This will give you clues about what belief systems you
hold within you at the DNA level.
2. Learn to focus your mind. You can do a number of things at one time,
yet your mind can only efficiently focus on one thing at a time. Notice
when you go out of focus, putting your attention on another topic.
Practice focusing your mind on something positive you wish to create or
experience.
3. Bring your intuitive right brain more into your everyday experience.
As an example, as you focus on something you desire to create, imagine
your creation in living color with details filled in. Allow your right
brain to come up with additional details you may not have included when
thinking of your creation through logic alone.
4. Question. Set your intent to question things you have never
questioned before. Then get into the habit of questioning what your
world presents. It could be a television show that glorifies meanness,
your doctor giving a dire prognosis, or your government officials voting
away your freedom of choice. It could be something personal, such as a
relationship challenge or your own doubts that you have made any
progress in recent years. Question these things and more.
5. Take action on your questioning. If you inquired within about your
doctor's prognosis and received very emphatic intuitive guidance
that your doctor doesn't have all the information—another more
positive outcome being possible—refuse to let the doctor's
prognosis decide the outcome. Be willing to take every step you can to
create a different outcome. Invite a Divine solution and ask to be shown
the way, a step at a time. Continue to trust what your heart tells you
is true for you.
6. Do not settle for an everyday approach to personal growth.
Conventional approaches do not allow you to progress spiritually. You
have not come here to be conventional. You are here to make a new mold.
Ask to be guided to new paradigm methods of healing and knowing the
Self. Find and apply new approaches in ways that suit the particular
approach. Have the courage to stick with it, even when your lifestyle
seems increasingly foreign when compared with that of the everyday
person. .Remember during times when your courage wavers that you did not
incarnate this lifetime to simply continue your cycle of ordinary
existence. You came to rediscover the Divine at the core of your being.
7. Become more compassionate. Without compassion for yourself and
others, you will not be able to realize your true Divine nature.
8. Drop all judgments. Set your intention that you will become more
awake to your judgments. Humans have a habitual tendency to judge
everyone and everything. This puts people and things into boxes labeled
right and wrong, good and bad. When you judge, you reinforce the
polarity of opposites. In the process, you limit yourself. Decide that
you will judge less and be more accepting of what is.
9. Reassess and update your relationship with yourself regularly. Get
into the habit of frequently asking yourself whether your life is
reflecting the new paradigm road you desire to travel. At home, for
example, you can reevaluate your environment, your lifestyle, and even
your clothes. Consider whether some modifications are in order. You may
have an extra bedroom filled with things you hardly ever use, and
you've been wondering where you would find a quiet space for your
meditation practice. Perhaps some reorganization could serve a number of
purposes. Another example could be your quiet time, and the realization
that you would like to devote more time to inner reflection and being
still. Consider what outside distractions and other factors you would
need to address. A third example involves looking at your use of time
and energy in the context of the path you want to travel. One week you
may have invitations to become involved in several diverse projects.
When you carefully evaluate each one—using your heart's wisdom
and keeping the big picture in mind—you may realize that at least
one of the projects may divert you from your goals. You may discover
that there are much better uses of your time and energy.
10. Trust that you will be guided to solutions. Regardless of how
hopeless a personal dilemma may seem, it is important that you trust
there is a Divine solution. Invite in this solution and then be open to
how and when it shows up. The solution that is perfect for you may not
be the solution that would work for others, yet it will be exactly what
you need. If your dilemma remains unresolved after a time, it is
important that you are willing to simply be with your condition. If you
can learn to trust what is and to know that there is always a higher
purpose to things, you can find peace.
11. Use your time wisely. Remember that each moment and each new day is
an opportunity to grow spiritually, to love, and to progress on your
path of light. Set your intention that you will make full use of your
gift of physical life. Treasure the moments during which you experience
love, openings, and awakening to the movement of spirit. Let go of the
rest.
12. Go gently with yourself. Treat yourself as you would a best friend.
When you know you need to rest, don't push yourself needlessly. When
you have suffered a major disappointment, be kind to yourself. When you
don't meet your own expectations, resist the temptation to criticize
yourself.
As you continue the journey of rediscovering your Divine nature, we

Remembering
Through the ages, truth has been hidden and deliberately kept from the masses of population for purposes of greed, control and fear.
What if the words and beliefs we hold dear, were based in truth but misguided and
manipulated through time for agendas that were not so pure.
Imagine if the stories we were told and the fears implanted within society were to come fourth and begin to reveal themselves.

In my readings here and in my private practice, I have been noticing a trend.
Many of the first timers who are being guided to me (generally through
word of mouth) are those who are beginning to awaken and reconnect to
Spirit.
This is extremely refreshing and exciting.
Many of the readings are those, who have come to a cross road within their
Life and spirit is asking them to make some very hard choices. Most are in
Challenging situations whether romantic relations, family situations, careers and/or illnesses. Where they must face their fears, learn to stand in their truth and open up on an emotional and spiritual levels and take responsibility for their choices on all levels.
Many have spiritual gifts that are opening up or being rediscovered. Most are looking for spiritual guidance, direction to how to develop their gifts and how to reconnect with Spirit. Subjects and topics that were once feared or forbidden are being brought up and asked about.
I’m seeing this more and more every day.
I have parents bringing in their children and teenagers for readings and to discuss spiritual subjects that they have a lack of guidance or knowledge on.
These children are amazed that they are not alone in their thoughts, feelings and experiences. That there are “adults” who do understand and know what they are talking about or experiencing personally. That the connection with the divine is real, it’s acceptable and they are finding the strength and courage to accept their own divinity and life purposes.
The world is awakening … it’s a struggle for most. The biggest obstacle is fear itself.
The more we as light workers stand in our truth, the more we share our experiences and the more courage we show the world; the more seeds of light are planted and more of humanity begin to awaken.
I’m seeing this on a small scale locally – but imagine if each light worker in the world is observing the same trend – then we are well on our way in our missions.
