I love when Spirit uses me as a vessel to talk about a topic. Feelings......how do we cope?
The most important thing you can do with a feeling is to allow it, embrace it, and let it go!
A feeling of emotion: Love, happiness, sadness, anger, betrayal, mistrust, stress, we can go on and on naming every emotion. Pick yours.
Feelings can be based on Spirit or Ego, you decide how you react and express emotion.
When you allow yourself to cry, laugh, feel joy, and even fear try to process the emotion and then let it go..... You know the saying "Let go, let God." This is so true, just surrender.
We want to be in control and dominate and also be reactionary, which can hurt you and someone else. Take time to feel what your feeling and allow Spirit to bring you back to the essence of who you truly are........LOVE.
