Breaking Through

Being a psychic, often I tend to give more importance to the spiritual plane, as many psychics do. After a session of meditation I re-realized that we have all been sent to earth for a reason. As humans living on Earth, we are responsible for our individual bodies and earthly lives. I'm paraphrasing, but as the Bible says, we are to honor our spirit and honor our bodies. Your body enables your spirit and soul's earthly existence, so it is important to take responsibility for the successful management of our practical earthly matters. We must maintain control over our earthly lives in order to be clearer and available to give our full attention to interactions with other souls and soul mates.

If there are areas of your life that are not working, start healing your life by making a list of 5 things in your life right now that are not working and why and a separate list of what is working and why. It's not necessary to get into reasons and judgment. Keep it short, helpful and factual.

Think of yourself as a good person who needs a helping hand, the way you would think of someone else.

Deal with 1 issue at a time with a clear intention about how you ideally want the situation to look and feel. Now DO something about it and pay attention to how you feel afterward and ask yourself if you are ready to do the next thing on your list, and if not - what is stopping you. For example, I want to lose 30 pounds, but I know that I will need to buy all new clothes and that occurs to me as a pain to deal with. How will I handle acquiring a whole new wardrobe if I lose the 30 lbs.? Think it through.. i.e. my shirts should still fit, my pants won't, so I will buy 2 fabulous pair of jeans. After facing the issue and addressing it, I am much more genuinely motivated to achieve the results I want.

You can do the same thing with any issue. The trick is paying attention to the persistent negative thought or feeling that comes right after you think about something you want, but never really act on. If you are not achieving your goals, there is a reason, so find it and think it through until you resolve it or decide you are okay with how things already are and give up the ideal you never seem to meet. You will be happier and more confident.

The Practice of Focus

I've recently taken up tennis and I've realized how sports teach focus, manifestation, and the power of intent. To be successful you must watch the ball from the moment of the serve to the moment it bounces off your racket. You must intend and visualize where you want the ball to go. You must have proper form in the execution of your intention. You must be willing to do all of these things over and over again at a fast pace until it comes to you naturally. And finally you must play to win, which is your motivation.

Winning in life requires the same skills, so, intend to always play your A game. You deserve it.
