At the bottom of the chat trunk is always hope...the hope for a good, connected chat session...the hope for positive karmic feedback...and most of all, the desperate hope that time won't run out in two minutes!
TWO minutes? 2 little minutes to focus, connect, read & deliver a typed message of hope from within Pandora's confounded box...blackhole...the void of chaos!
Well, okay! I said to myself, thinking I was ready for something new...(WRONG)... adding chat to my listings and taking the plunge. I happily entering my first chat session yesterday.
I typed a cheery Hello! adding a friendly greeting (WRONG!).
I focused on the chat client and laid out the cards...hey, I needed a flashlight in the void! (WRONG!)
I looked, I interpreted & then typed the oracle response in a gentle voice. The next thing I knew the clock had run out! Naturally, I sent the rest of the session via email with 5 free minutes.
Sadly, I received a very negative review.
I sent another five minutes today and this message of sincere thanks. This is what it said:
Good morning,
I sent the rest of your reading after the session ended. Did you receive it yet?
You're right, I am slow. I apologise for the slow response time.
It was my first chat.
The fast answer should have been: He's very busy. Hasn't talked with anyone much lately. Things will stay the same through the first day of fall unless you change this cycle & contact him directly.
What I unfortunately wrote in session & sent this to your email before logging off was:

The point of this blog is: There is always a choice between bitterness and love. Your opportunity to choose words of love/compassion may present itself in a moment of anger when things are spinning fast out of control. Your choice of actions may present themselves in a flash of humilation. Or looking at the long term, one's choice of word & actions may lie under the surface of your thoughts as you (& me too, sister!) choose to nurture & feed resentments over a period of years & act out accordingly over a wrong long past. The choice is always there somewhere and is always within our control.
How we respond to life... the good, the bad and the coyote ugly is always within our power of karmic choice. I believe the loving, peaceful discipline learned from ordinary frustrations is the biggest blessing of all...(worth my weight in gold!)
I recognize yesterday's small bit of 2-star feedback is a result of my own past actions and happily accept the truth within the very public, very karmic feedback message.

Ever find a twenty dollar bill on the street on a day when you could really use it? Nevermind that it was wet & dirty...tattered as an old umbrella! Well, my point is: blessings come in many shapes & sizes.
If you choose to complain about the condition of the bill, more of that mess will manifest!
If you choose to reflect on the blessing of the much needed bill, wash it off & get on with your day...consider giving a food donation to a homeless person from a small portion of the money...watch blessings of pure abundance appear today, tomorrow or ten years from now (when you need it most) !
If you want to open the door for larger blessings to get through, just take the twenty & forget about the muck that came with it! Yes, it really is that simple.
What we say outloud, mumble, grumble or complain about in personal commercial messages running amuck in our minds will indeed manifest.
Grumbling about blessings will come back to bite you! They come as bassawkwards blessings or just plain dumb luck. It's a lot easier to get a straight forward blessing.
In other words, good old fashioned grumbling will throw your peaceful & prosperous manifestations a curve ball.
It's simple. Alright? Count blessings everyday. No ifs ands or buts.
Count the large & small things that happen to you loudly & proudly. Consider your refined respect for The Creator's sublime sense of humor a blessing. For we receive exactly what we say out loud (& believe in our Grinchy little hearts).

Step up to little committments kept: Dates at eight...dining, dancing and weekend plans respected...not rejected (or worse, unofficial plans totally blown off!).
Step up to laughter, respect and face time that keeps you laughing!

Small blessings happen everyday, though they may be disguised as delays, career aggrivations or relationship frustrations. I've seen the kind of blessings a bit of "bad luck" can do to my path when I'm headed in the wrong direction.
I once had the misfortune to work with a most annoying, but good hearted woman named "Beth". The year I spent serving food with her seemed like dog years, but in the end I learned better self-discipline, patience, and the art of the greeting. Beth was simply amazing with customers, and greeted all who sat in her section of the restaurant warmly and with genuine connection (the rest of us...not so much).
I believe in silver linings, in thoughtless acts of kindness and in the power of backwards blessings. In 2004, I was fired from a stressful corporate job. At first it was devistating. Then it became somewhat of a relief, for my heart really wasn't in the work anymore. Within a month or two, I began working full time as a psychic. Indeed the firing was the best thing that happened to me, as my heart has been happier than I could have ever imagined.
I encourage everyone to view delay, frustration and yes, even getting fired as a blessing in disguise.
Our true path will always shine through, even in the middle of he darkest times. We create our destinies through faith in our higher power, honesty, positive words/actions, and selfless acts of kindness toward ourselves and others.

~ Happy Tuesday Blessed beings of Keen & beyond ~ I have client-friends who must carry burdens of responsibility through thick and thin. This post is dedicated to them. Ms. M, a successful sales rep, lost a long-time position with a high end company about a year ago. She felt betrayed, lost and angry! However, Ms. M did not give up on herself or her career goals. She did not give in to negative thoughts.
She was recently re-hired by a former employer on a contractual basis with the option to go full time in 6 months. She's still looking for a better position elsewhere.
Ms. M and other favorite client-friends have the positive can-do spirit that shines brightest when times are bad. All have several traits in common, though they live in different parts of the USA.
First, they choose what real-time burdens must be carried, and which burdens are just negative thoughts--imagination or phantom fears.
Second, they examine stress-related fears and negative thinking. They consciously choose to let go of these kinds useless burdens. They opt to fill that time with positive affirmations and thoughts of abundance instead.
Third, they keep their goals in sight everyday. They stick with a regular schedule and communicate with perspective employers during business hours. They don't give up on themselves or their list of priorities.

Today,
she stands before her mirror a complete woman. Sister is not empty but
full of wonderful feelings of love toward herself and her bright future.
She knows the romance that once nourished her mind, body and soul still
exists with or without his permission to love her self.
Through
the process of letting go of him and letting God comfort her, Sister now
looks forward with a vision and strength that's truly miraculous! She's
focused on her self care, love of family, career fulfillment and
community membership with new faith in her future happiness.
Sure,
she misses the way the relationship was in the beginning when he was
respectful and present in the moment with her. When he became moody,
distant and began neglecting to show up for dates she knew it was his
problem with connection. She learned she was more than good enough for
him. She was too much woman for him to handle on that intimately
connected, spiritual level.
Sister is deep. She still loves him for the lessons learned and remembers the good times. Hate is not one of her family values.
Sister knows she's come too far to go back now, and his best just isn't good enough anymore! I dedicate the song: Respect by Aretha Franklin, to Sister C and all of the butterflies like her who count small blessings everyday.

~ I live close to Native American tribal communities where folks
have totem poles for lawn ornaments. When we drive through, I always
enjoy the spirit-animals on the tall ceremonial totems because the
tribal counsel takes great care keeping the paint fresh. Some cedar wood totems
have heavenly eagle carvings at the top and ferocious bears standing at
the base of the pole for protection. Others have wolves carved at the
"heart" or center of the totem to protect and unify the family like a
pack. I've seen salmon, beaver and elk that attract prosperity to the
tribe or family that owns the totem.

It's a question of destiny versus free will today and everyday during readings. I believe in both, and read with this pair of aces close to my vest. The trappings of destiny is a double-edged sword on a coat of arms (your family roots), while free will is a trusty steed to be mastered and ridden on life's path like the ace of wands.
It's our destiny (and karma) that often guides our life paths. Our core personality, eye color and place of birth are beyond our control and shape our future.
With free will, we choose to change ourselves, we boost our karma and brighten the path ahead. A person uses free will to change addictive tendencies, bad habits or a quick temper. First we must be conscious of the golden law of the universe --for every action (good or bad) there's a reaction. When we understand what comes around goes around, we can change our path for good.
