Sometimes in life, we wonder if we are on the right path, going in the correct direction. One way to get a handle on that is to ask God-Higher Power-Universe for a sign. Show me the way, I ask, for I do so wish to be going in the right direction. I find it amazing how quickly signs come, when you ask and pay attention. Being centered helps to keep us going in that direction, so that we may learn all that we're meant to and reach our goals at the right time. Yay Keen technicians, for fixing our issues so quickly! It's Monday morning and everything seems to be working properly. Almost tax day, hope everyone's got that taken care of! I know this morning we all had to deal with no Keen for a while, and I've sent out free minutes to all of my customers because of it. It was maintenance and will hopefully help to improve things here. I also understand that there are some visual problems that have occurred because of this maintenance, and I ask for patience from my customers as they work on repair. Due to the nature of the problem, we are unable to fix our own pages and are waiting for Keen to return things to their original state. Growing pains are normal as changes are made, and Keen is attempting to make positive changes on the site...for all of us. Here it comes again, another Valentine's Day! And so many of us are wondering what will happen, will there be acknowledgement and gifts? Commitment? New love? And the answer is yes, to all of those things....in their own time.
We can look at Valentine's Day as a moment to say 'I love you' to those special people who are in our hearts. Sharing love is a good thing, whether it is romantic love or family or friendship. We want to let that feeling out and share it with the folks we care about. If it is returned, great! So much the better. If not, you are opening your energy for the universe to bring in someone special for you.
Open energy is an important part of finding the right relationship, one that will last. Having faith and an open heart is a strong part of the love equation. We are offered so many opportunities for love, in our lives, yet finding the right one that will last is not always easy. Sometimes, people are brought to us for only a short time, that we may learn the lessons that relationship has to offer. Other times, we grab at the wrong relationship and try to make it into more than it can be. Trying to control the situation, rather than being open to what is offered, can bring us more pain than is necessary. Flowing with what is offered, rather than trying to force the wrong situation, will bring us happiness in the moment. And life is full of many moments, just try to enjoy the ride.

I know that we've all been experiencing issues with Keen, of late, but it is because they are working hard to make improvements. I apologize for any problems in connecting with me, and have been sending out additional free minutes to all of my regular callers because of that. Most recently, Keen has added PayPal to their options for payments. New callers will simply be offered that option, while existing clients need to take a slightly different tack. To add PayPal to your existing KEEN account, simply follow these steps: Exhaust the available funds in your account. Initiate a new call or chat with an advisor by clicking on their Call Now button. You will be prompted to add funds to your account before you can start the conversation, and at that time you can choose the Add a New Payment Method option. Choose PayPal, and follow the steps to authorize payments using your PayPal account. Well, I know it's hard going back to work after having a nice long wknd. I personally worked all wknd, as usual, and enjoyed beautiful weather. I am glad that Keen offered a special for the entire wknd, though I'm not sure how many people took advantage of it. I tested it and it worked just fine for me, but I hear that many folks had problems with it and were cut off or didn't get their money. Maybe Keen will figure out what went wrong and try it again? It's a great idea and we can all use a little help these days. Have patience (I know, that's a lesson we all have to deal with on a regular basis.) as they are working on things. Sigh....negative feedback is always painful to see. This is my only way to respond to it, so I will try to do that here. When asking about a current situation, you will get a snapshot of how things look at the time and what the path out from that current situation looks like. If changes are there at that time, we can tell you then. But, and I think most people understand how this works, everyone has free will and that can change things. The future is not a solid thing, it is a moving target and we can only tell you what we see at the time. That is why timing is so hard to predict, when one little domino shifts it can alter so much. I am always sad to hear that someone is unhappy with my reading, I always give my best and genuinely wish to help. I feel blessed that 99% of my customers are happy with my readings. As for blocking, it is the
only action we, as Keen readers, can take. I can't imagine you'd want to call back again, anyway, so I'm not sure why blocking after negative feedback should matter. And it is true that not every reader is as good for every person, take your time to select the right one for you. To allow ourselves to flow with what the Universe has in store for us, that is a challenge that most of us face. It is a lesson to be learned during our lifetime. The longer we fight it, the more difficult we make our lives. And I don't mean to go along with an abusive situation, that (of course) should be walked away from. What I mean is that we don't always see what's best for ourselves, and the Universe/Spirit has a much larger view of things and what we need to learn. Holding onto to someone or something because we feel it's the right thing for us, well, we're not necessarily doing ourselves a favor. Spirit can see things that we can't, yet, and that's why we should stay open and pay attention to the signs we're given along the way. When you find yourself wondering why things are going so wrong, look back and see if there were signs that you missed. You can always change your path, it's never too late. It's easy to get caught up in someone else's stuff and let their energy affect yours. Especially when it's someone you love and are around on a regular basis. But it's not necessarily healthy to do so, for either of you. The person experiencing the actual situation has a need to deal with it and you have no need to deal with their issues. Trying to remove yourself from the energy can be difficult, but is very healthy for all involved. There are lots of ways to do this, like meditation or reading a good book, taking a hot bath or watching a great movie. It always feels better when you can rejuvinate your own energy and then have more to give back to the people in your life, when they need you to be there. Energy goes round and round, keeping it positive helps to deal with life's challenges. Loving and being loved is what it's all about. Be sure to love yourself, as well as those around you. Finally, we are on a forward roll! With Venus and Jupiter both having just gone direct, things are beginning to happen again....in a positive way. Earlier this week, someone said to me they didn't understand why everything started going right, all of a sudden! The retrograde energy of these two strong planets has finally ceased and we are feeling an easing of things, positive outcomes and forward movement again. We are better able to get things done again and our relationships, which may have felt stalled or uncertain, are bringing us hope and happiness once again. It's amazing what a difference is felt by all when planets are doing what they should be. And just in time for the holidays! It is the beginning of the holiday season, when belief becomes all important. Wouldn't it be lovely if we could all keep that level of faith and hope year round? Why don't we all give it a try? Let's begin with Thanksgiving and keep on going through the new year. Our thoughts, words and actions do have an effect on people and situations around us. What does my future look like? Sometimes, asking someone else that question seems easier than providing your own answer....but if you look within and ask yourself, really open up to what you want, you may be able to answer it for yourself. While I'm happy to give readings, I also like to help my clients understand how to help themselves. Close your eyes, what do you see? Who do you see around you? What are you doing? What's the feeling you get from your surroundings? This can provide you with insight that comes from your soul, from deep within yourself. It may not be logical, you may not understand how you can get from where you are now...to where you see yourself being, but this represents your inner needs. Our brains bring us logical steps, clear-cut options....while our soul brings our needs and wants at a much deeper level. As in why we're here on this earthly plane of existence, or what it is we really need to work on at this time in our lives. Both of these levels need to exist within us, at any given time...but the soul's voice can get drowned out by day-to-day needs. Take the time to focus in, be willing to see other possibilities. What to do when things don't go your way? Relax, breathe deeply and allow the universe to bring to you what it is you really need. Fighting and controlling are ways of limiting yourself and making life more difficult than it needs to be. When you are patient and open, really open, the right job-relationship-house or whatever it is you're looking for may suddenly appear, almost as if dropping in out of the sky. Stay aware, be open to possibilities you haven't yet considered, and you can be happily surprised and rewarded. Just what you didn't know you always wanted can come to you, along with hope and promise for the future. Believe. And appreciate where you are right now, be thankful for what is yet to come.

Well, here we are in a Mercury retrograde again! :P And it is pointedly about communication, as it is in the sign of Gemini. So, just a thought caused by some feedback. Sometimes, the Universe/Spirit/God/Goddess will give us only enough information to point us in the right direction. And we are supposed to do the work of figuring out the rest of the answer, by ourselves. This is how we learn. We are all here, in this life, to learn and grow and love along the way. Life lessons must be learned on our own, the answer cannot be given to us...or we wouldn't understand the message. A new day dawns, with President-Elect Obama! He is being called the first Global President, as he represents hope and potential for so many different people around the world.
