I know the topic of FREE Minutes has been discussed time and time again. I personally LOVE sending out FREE minutes to help divert peoples cost and to help them when they need help.

I have the pleasure of working in a community of genuine and loving souls, Ones who truly wish to be of assistance to people.

I was going to sit back and not say anything until today when my other half looked right at me and said "Since when to you keep quiet" THAT was a good question! That brings me here right now.

Most advisers send out free time to their paid callers, some to people who are new, everyone has a different set of guidelines since we are all INDEPENDENT advisers.

These are MY guidelines and RULES for Free Minutes :

#1) If you are going to send me an e-mail to ask for free minutes because you are having a difficult time INTRODUCE YOURSELF, That should look like something like this:

Dear Amanda,

My name is ________ I have never been read for by you and am having a difficult time, would you mind sending a few free minutes to help.

Sincerely,

_________

It should NEVER look like this:

SEND ME 5 FREE MINUTES SO I CAN TALK TO YOU

MY BOYFRIEND DUMPED ME GIVE ME MINUTES (even though I have no idea who they are)

I think you get the picture, I respect you, You respect me, We all get along. I make my decisions on free minutes to people who I have never spoken to based on the actual need of what I feel coming from my guides and my clairvoyance.

#2) Remember that the majority of us advisers DO JUST KNOW STUFF...Like When YOU may be LYING about just how bad your situation really is. I personally since the economy went south have given numerous free readings to help make sure people are happy, healthy and to also make sure they are taking the strategic steps needed to keep a JOB, HOUSE, CAR ect.... These ARE emergent situations that can have one feeling truly helpless and alone, YES Love questions are equally important, Again, We truly do know stuff. Each case IS different. We also know those who ARE FREEBIE FREQUENT FLIERS, You know those who do call 80 advisers never paying them for even the equivalent of a gallon of milk. This in my opinion is a very shameful thing, I know a lot of advisers trying to feed their children. I may be a higher priced advisor but what about the ones who are 1.99 per minute? Believe it or not they do know when you call someone else and PAY TOP DOLLAR. Remember Karma :) I also run many specials so NOONE is left "In the dark"

#3)If you do end up on our mailing list and receive free minutes DO NOT expect us to have your answers in one minute, WE ARE NOT Magic 8 Balls, Please don't call with your one free minute, spit a question out and expect great results. If you have never spoken to us DO NOT call spit out a question and NOT introduce yourself, You may not like the answer that gets bounced back at you. Most of us can connect in fully and be full of information within 3-5 minutes some take longer, write us and ask ahead of time!

I do welcome anyone to Keen mail me, Introduce yourself, Build a positive working relationship with me or any other advisor. Remember We are people too, We have feelings, thoughts and emotions, Please do not abuse me, I would never do that to YOU.

Please do also keep in mind, we all don't have Internet access, So we try to do the best we can with E-Mails, The way we connect and the way we ourselves manage our time.

I personally don't have a computer connection all the time as I travel, If I am teaching a retreat in the mountains connection might just be a bit difficult.

Remember that the more your advisor just knows you, The better results you will receive. IE, The more we "see" So we can help you take the right steps.

Also, Keep your trusted advisers down to a select few that you TRUST, I personally make recommendations for clients all the time based on an advisers reputation, Save yourself some money, allow time for manifestation, TRUST your gut, if you are meant to call an advisor, You will know it, if it feels off, it probably is.

Finally, Never say Never, I was taught this one even after some said NO WAY, ask the universe for the proper guide and you will get it :) Be it myself or anyone else, Just be OPEN!

I will follow up with another blog on choosing the right advisers, how much is too much and how long is too long. Now if I can only fight out the timing for the word "Soon" I will be all set :)

Anyone who has ever accomplished anything that is worthwhile has had moments where they were very tempted to give up. With self-doubt in place, they questioned their beliefs, their motives, their integrity, and their own capabilities. Those who have gone on to achieve their most personal goals were those who were able to push themselves past their darkest moments. They pushed on when all signs along the way indicated defeat.

If you struggle to proceed, persistence is a key word to remember. It means to hold firm to any endeavor you decide to undertake despite any perceived obstacles.

Persistence can and does pay, I only speak of what I have tried.

Remember that if you choose to let negativity and self-doubt stand between you and what your heart desires, you may never reach it.

However it is important to adopt a level of flexibility for those times when it is beyond your control, but remember in that time not to abandon your goal.

Every endeavor that is worthwhile is likely to have its darker moments, its challenges. Instead of allowing those darker moments to stop you, train your mind to uproot the seeds of doubt.

Know that though "darkness" can be painful and it may make it difficult to find your way, remember that the"dawn" or new beginnings and new inspiration is on its way.

Remember to be persistent. You could very well be closer to your goal than you realize.

Moments are what they are. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good, sometimes a real pain in the ass. Still, being present is all that we have really. Yesterday and tommorow do not exist. It is pointless to worry over what was or over what might be. So, in this very moment what I experience is love.

My breath enters my body and my breath leaves my body. I am still. My heart is warm. I love.

When we have love in every present moment what else is there?

No room for hate. No room for fear. No room for worry. Just a deep and abiding love.

I have faith in this universe and its processes. It is way larger than me. And yet there I am in it. Part of it, all of it, none of it.

There are those who would look around and see all the death and destruction, the hate and fear, and say, "what an awful, terrible world." There are others who look at the same things and see the human heart beating, overcoming great odds, and still loving. The will to life and love are powerful. They are the currents ofthe universe. And while we clash, we also embrace. While we kill, we also save. My sense is that the balances are always tipped in favor of life and love.

Spread the love, one being at a time.

At its most basic ‘psychic protection’ is about keeping healthy. People with a robust constitution are much less likely to pick up negativity. If the aura is kept strong and resilient any negativity will bounce off and it will be much harder to ‘get at you’. All the usual health advice- regular exercise, a healthy diet, enough rest and relaxation, no smoking or drugs and very moderate or no drinking will help to keep you well at every level.

Limit the time you spend in close proximity to electromagnetic fields. Sit further from the television and don’t leave electrical equipment on in the bedroom, even on ‘standby’- these energies are harmful and can weaken your energy field over time.

Keep your thinking positive- negative thinkers are less healthy generally and can’t repel challenges to their systems as effectively- whether it’s a cold bug or a negative thought form.

Get outside! Some places are particularly cleansing and recharging. A walk by the sea invigorates mind, body and spirit. Alternatively any other stretch of clean running water is cleansing. Hilltops are usually healthy places to go, aim for somewhere with clean air, where the breeze can blow through your aura and refresh you. Even in a City it is good to get away from the streets and into a park. Natural energies can really perk up your aura.

There are some simple aura cleansing and protecting routines which will help to keep your energy field in good shape. You won’t want to use all of these- you’d never get out of the door in the morning! Experiment to find a combination that suits you and your lifestyle.

 Visualise roots growing deep down into the Earth from the soles of your feet. Being ‘well grounded’ offers a great deal of protection. Practice your grounding visualisation every morning and whenever you feel ‘spacey’. Carry hematite or another grounding stone with you if necessary.

Visualise a bubble around yourself, protecting the outer edge of your aura.  Make sure that your bubble goes all around you- behind your back and under your feet too. Use your intention to ensure that the bubble repels all negativity, but will allow positive energies to flow through it. Put your bubble in place whenever you feel the need for protection.

Develop awareness of your own energy field. If you are in a crowd or on public transport pull your aura in close around you so that you aren’t wafting through other people’s energies and unwittingly offering something the chance to hop on you! Remember to let your aura expand out again afterwards otherwise you will begin to feel decidedly ‘uptight’!!

If you shower in the morning visualise the water flowing through your energy field carrying away any negativity down the plughole with it. If you prefer a bath you may add sea or rock salt to the water- about a cupful- dissolve it well. Salt has long been renowned for its cleansing properties.

Use crystals. Several of the crystals have strong protective qualities. Favourites are black tourmaline or tourmalinated quartz, but you may also like to try black obsidian or smoky quartz.

Use essential oils. Put a drop in the palm of your hand, then rub your hands together and pass them through your aura. Try Eucalyptus, Juniper or Frankincense. I prefer to use what stirs my soul or brings forth a feeling of home, Lavender, or Vanilla.

Experiment with essences. There are many brands on the market offering Psychic protection formulas, or you could dowse up and make your own crystal essence.

Carry a symbol of protection that is meaningful for you, such as a cross, a pentacle or a Star of David. A paper representation will do, but you may prefer a piece of jewellery.

If You Suspect You’ve Picked Something up...

Signs and Symptoms
-Feeling down or angry with no real cause- especially if this is out of character for you.
-Feeling really drained or tired for no reason
-Having odd thoughts that just don’t sound like you
-You have feelings of being out of control
-Bad dreams

Don’t panic! The vibration of fear is attractive to all sorts of nasties and won’t do you any good anyway. Keep calm and try one of the exercises below. If you still feel something is wrong contact an experienced healer.

Hold your hands under cool running water, especially the wrists. This is especially helpful if the feeling of something ‘not being right’ comes on after being around others.

Take a cleansing shower or salt bath as described before. It may just be some ‘psychic debris’ that needs to be dissolved away.

Visualise a shower of light running through you and dissolving any negativity.

Check out who you’ve been talking to! If you communicate with your guides or angels this can help your development as a healer, but if you invite communication with all and sundry you are putting yourself at some risk. Remember there are always bad guys balancing out the good guys. Don’t believe everything you hear on the psychic airways!

Smudge through your aura, see previous article on the benefits of smudging. 

Use a cleansing spray or gem or flower essence through your energy field.

Carry some black tourmaline with you.

If you feel someone ‘has it in for you’ visualise a mirror sending any thoughts they have about you straight back to them. This won’t hurt them if they are actually sending positive thoughts.

If you are picking up a lot of negative vibes (or worse) on a regular basis take a good look at your diet, lifestyle and way of working. It is likely that your aura needs to be strengthened.  If you are persistently troubled by psychic protection issues it would also be worth consulting an experienced healer.

As a psychic I have always been able to look beyond the surface and see ones full potential and the greatness within. While I may have been burned by this before. I have always had the mentality that, I can help you get where you may need to be. I have shared the hurts, the laughter and the tears of many. I have watched them grow and flourish.

My question to ponder is this...Do you truly see what one can be? or do you see the surface only? Do you look at the depth of feelings that one may have? Or do they get lost in the shuffle? How deep do you really connect? Are you a guiding light or the extinguisher of hope?

These are just some questions to ponder. How aware of our actions are we really?

I personally do not care what peoples current actions are, or where they came from. I do not care if one is rich, or poor. I care about connecting and helping one achieve their greatest potential.

To me there are really no obstacles. I see many with lack of incentive or motivation. I see many with lack of support and love.

I am here if you need me, as I am highly aware of peoples feelings, and I am respectful of them. I have a shoulder to lean of if you need it. I will also share the joys of your progress!

Even if you may feel discouraged, know I am here and I have seen many clients dreams come true. The bond formed between me and my clients is great, so great in fact that they also cheer me on and help me continue to dream when I myself want to give up. Yes, I am human ...your psychic with feelings.We have a bond :)

RED AURA COLOR: Relates to the physical body, heart or circulation. The densest color, it creates the most friction. Friction attracts or repels; money worries or obsessions; anger or unforgiving; anxiety or nervousness

Deep Red: Grounded, realistic, active, strong will-power, survival-oriented.

Muddied red: Anger (repelling)

Clear red: Powerful, energetic, competitive, sexual, passionate

Turquoise: Relates to the immune system. Sensitive, compassionate, healer, therapist.

BLUE AURA COLOR: Cool, calm, and collected. Caring, loving, love to help others, sensitive, intuitive.

Soft blue: Peacefulness, clarity and communication; truthful; intuitive

Bright royal blue: Clairvoyant; highly spiritual nature; generous; on the right path; new opportunities are coming

Dark or muddy blue: Fear of the future; fear of self-expression; fear of facing or speaking the truth

INDIGO AURA COLOR: Relates to the third eye, visual and pituitary gland. Intuitive, sensitive, deep feeling.

VIOLET AURA COLOR: Relates to crown, pineal gland and nervous system. The most sensitive and wisest of colors. This is the intuitive color in the aura, and reveals psychic power of attunement with self. Intuitive, visionary, futuristic, idealistic, artistic, magical.

LAVENDER AURA COLOR: Imagination, visionary, daydreamer, .

SILVER AURA : This is the color of abundance, both spiritual and physical. Lots of bright silver can reflect to plenty of money, and/or awakening of the cosmic mind.

Bright metallic silver: Receptive to new ideas; intuitive; nurturing

GOLD AURA COLOR: The color of enlightenment and divine protection. When seen within the aura, it says that the person is being guided by their highest good. It is divine guidance. Protection, wisdom, inner knowledge, spiritual mind, intuitive thinker.

BLACK AURA COLOR: Draws or pulls energy to it and in so doing, transforms it. It captures light and consumes it. Collected in a specific area of the body, which can indicate possible health problems; also, entities within a person's aura, chakras, or body; past life hurts.

WHITE AURA COLOR: Reflects other energy. A pure state of light. Often represents a new, not yet designated energy in the aura. Spiritual, etheric and non-physical qualities, transcendent, higher dimensions. Purity and truth.

White sparkles or flashes of white light: angels are nearby; can indicate that the person is pregnant or will be soon

EARTH AURA COLORS: Soil, wood, mineral, plant. These colors display a love of the Earth, of being grounded and is seen in those who live and work on the outdoors....construction, farming, etc. These colors are important and are a good sign.

PASTELS: A sensitive blend of light and color, more so than basic colors. Shows sensitivity and a need for serenity.

DIRTY BROWN OVERLAY: Holding on to energies. Insecurity.

DIRTY GRAY OVERLY: Blocking energies. Guardedness.

If you’re not familiar with it, smudging is the common name given to the Sacred Smoke Bowl Blessing, a powerful cleansing technique from the Native American tradition. Smudging calls on the spirits of sacred plants to drive away negative energies and put you back into a state of balance. It is the psychic equivalent of washing your hands and used as an essential preliminary to almost all Native American ceremonies.

I use smudging to cleanse myself particularly if I’ve had a yucky day or have had to deal with difficult or unpleasant people. I use it as a prelude to all kinds of spiritual and magical work it’s like a kind of psychic power shower. I use it to cleanse my home and office. I use it all over the place,as it is really a soulful tool.

Homes and bodies are not just made of purely physical matter; they also vibrate with subtle, invisible energy ...you might know it as chi, prana, etc... Cleansing a space and our bodies with techniques such as smudging clears away all the emotional and psychic "garbage" that may have gathered over years or even hundreds of years. It’s like spiritual house cleaning.

These ideas are not new nor are they part of the new age "movement." Native American tradition dates back centuries and most traditional cultures, have age old forms of cleansing and blessing ritual. Even the West retains relics of it, although we have long forgotten the true purpose behind many of our rituals and ceremonies. The incense wafting through a church or temple is cleansing the atmosphere just as surely as the medicine man’s bowl of sacred smoke, or smudge. The bells that ring out on Sunday morning were originally intended to purify the whole parish through sound and lead the community from everyday space into worship.... Just as the shaman’s drum can lead us on sacred journeys into the world of the spirits.

BASIC SMUDGING FOR SELF-CLEARING

There are many ways to use smudging. I suggest this as a simple way to get started. As you become more proficient, you may well find you want to use different words or actions. That’s fine – just be guided by your intuition. But always treat smudge with great respect.

1. Light the end of your smudge stick and let it burn for a few minutes until the tip starts to smoulder. You may need to fan the flames for a while to get the smudge really going. Then extinguish the flame so the smudge stick smokes.
2. Call on the spirits of the smudge to cleanse and protect you, saying: "Sacred Sage, drive away all negativity from my heart; take away everything unworthy and impure things that can tear my heart."
3. First waft the smoke towards your heart. Hold the smudge stick away from you and use the feather to waft the smoke towards you. Then take the smudge smoke over your head, down your arms and down the front of your body. Imagine the smoke lifting away all the negative thoughts, emotions and energies that have attached themselves to you.
4. Envision breathing in the smudge, visualizing the smoke purifying your body from the inside. (Note: be careful if you suffer from asthma or respiratory difficulties. Experiment cautiously).
5. Now bring the smoke down the back of your body towards the ground. Visualise the last of negativity being taken back into the earth, away into the air.
6. Repeat your smudging once again, this time as you smudge, imagine yourself being surrounded by gentle, loving energy. Breathe in positivity, courage and love.

You can also do this throughout your home taking special care to blow the smoke into each corner of each room for space clearing.

BLUE: Wisdom,patience, possibilities, the healing of spirit, idealism, truth and justice; associated with the moon, the element of Water, and the west.

ORANGE: Abundance, fertility,health, joy, attraction, luck; also makes the boundry between self and others; associated with the sun, projective energy.

YELLOW: Communication, the intellect, learning, concentration, travel and change, also movement; associated with Mercury, the element of Air, the east and projective energy.

RED: Blood, passion, the life essence, power, physical energy, brings forth change in difficult circumstances. Red is also associated with Mars, battle, the element of Fire, the south and protective energy.

PINK: Love, kindness, reconciliation, peace and harmony, compassion, gentle emotions, associated with family, children and friendship. Also brings forth receptive energy.

We have all suffered from a broken heart at one point, or another in our lifetime. Most of us will experience the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, or the diminishment of physical,or mental health. Even reaching out towards our goals that sometimes never materialize can cause a broken heart.

It is inevitable that everything changes, and it is often said that change is the one constant in our lives. If we don't know how to handle the changes it can be heart breaking. Relationships end, loved ones cross over, We grow old. Some of our most cherished goals will go unrealized. How are we expected to deal with the pain of loss that is bound to come to us all?

There is a gift in the midst of our losses.  The pain we feel is the shell of our understanding, our wisdom, maturity, and compassion. When our shell breaks it brings forth its gift, new life. Like a seed it breaks open and grows, a new flower beginning to unfold.

This enlightenment is not to dull or deny the pain but a way to open ourselves to the mystery of pain. To what it has to offer as well as what it takes away.

The next time you feel as if your "shell" is breaking, feel it in your heart, feel it fully. Do not "bottle" it up or dismiss it as that causes more damage, it will keep resurfacing till you can look it head on and fully release it.

Adversity can be a rich and educational gift ,as well as adversity can be a major milestone in your spiritual growth.
