Everything around you is a reflection of you... today is a great day to look at how you are representing yourself to the world through thoughts, feelings, words, your environment, friends, relationships of all kinds, your work, etc. In what way can you improve the reflection of you?
A first step you can take is simple: start listening to your thoughts and feelings.... your internal critic can have a powerful impact on your world and how people see you. Today when your internal critic speaks, quickly replace it's negative words with positives you believe about yourself. For example, internal critic says "I'm having a bad hair day" and you replace it with "I am beautiful".
The more you can silence the internal critic and give back to yourself with positive statements and love, the better your life will become and the more positive people and experiences you will attract.

Which level is most important for you? What kind of
relationship do you want to have in your life? How do you live your
life? Body, heart, spirit or head first?
Many people are physical attraction first
- and if that connection is really strong, it can make us forget that to
be truly happy in a relationship, we need more. Chemistry is important
but, eventually you'll need to talk to the person, too - right?! :)
Have you ever seen someone and felt that
you really wanted to know them? That they were supposed to be in your
life? That's a more spiritual/karmic relationship. Now, you
can also have connection on a mental, emotional or physical level at the
same time but, the overwelming sense of wanting to know the person makes
it a spiritual choice. Sometimes this is the most confusing one.
A mental connection can present itself in
good conversations, having things in common and being able to laugh
together because you understand eacother. Usually, in my experience,
mental and physical connections are the easiest to understand and fun!
Finding an emotional connection to
someone is good but, we tend to find out about the emotional connection
after we already have one of the other levels going on. Most often it
will start as a physical attraction and move into an emotional one.
Think about yourself for a moment - which
level do you live your life at? Which are you attracting? We can find
out alot about ourselves by looking at who we choose to have as friends.
Take a moment to look at the levels above
and see what fits best for you - and then work on playing up your best
features so you attract the partner of your dreams! For example, if you
want to attract a partner who is spiritual and loving then it is time
for you to make sure you are living a spiritually fulfilling life, from
your heart - following your dreams.

have fun with, joke with and is passionate then make sure you are talking
to everyone and making time in your day to laugh and be positive!
