I am available tonight for tarot readings between 6-10 PM, PST, and possibly later then 10PM.
Blessings.
Hello,
I've been MIA for a few crazy busy days. Sometimes I wonder why I bother making a schedule. It inevitably gets rearranged ten million times and nothing works out the way it was planned. Just goes to show that many of us can tell your futures with the greatest of ease, but we can't find our car keys to save our lives. LOL.
I will be available this eveing (Pacific Standard Time) for tarot card readings by phone until possibly midnight.
Blessed Be.

This definately falls under the category of "be careful what you wish for, you may well get it".
I once had the privedge of teaching a wiccan student many years back who against my better judgement and advice, was bent on casting a love spell. So one day getting no help from me in this endeavor, she trotted down to the bookstore and bought herself one of those cheesy witchcraft books called 1001 spells or something like that. At any rate on one of its nefarious pages she found the love spell of her choice. Her instructions were to take to salt and pepper shakers and tie a ribbon to both of them... and for 7 days she would twirl them so they were closer to each other until on the 7th day they were touching and true love would walk into the door.
Ok. It seemed simple enough. I watched with amusement. (Sometimes you just have to let people burn their own fingers on the stove.) She promptly took her salt and pepper shaker and found her ribbon and did the spell right there on her kitchen table... (among the piles of bills, and papework, and dirty dishes, and magazines.) Oh dear Goddess I thought to myself... not only is she doing something I wish she was not, but she has not even bothered to follow the basic wiccan teaching of preparing your ceremonial space and purifying it properly first. I was absolutely captivated at this point to see what would walk in the door after 7 days. I couldn't imagine what sort of true love you would wish to invoke among a pile of dirty dishes and bills. At the worst I thought for all I know she might get a slob who bled her dry of all of her money that she had to clean up after for the rest of his life, assuming the spell worked at all. I watched for seven days in dread and fascination.
Seven days later true love had not walked in the door. We were about to give entirely. It was pushing 8 PM.......... And then......... the phone rang..........
It was her daughter begging and pleading for her to let her bring home two starving kittens that had been abandoned. "Pleeeaaaseeee mom???" For a good fifteen minutes she argued and insisted no absolutly not... no kittens are to come home. I happened to glance at the table at the spell that had been baking for a week, and picked up the salt and pepper shakers and I walked over to where she was sitting on the phone and I waved them in front of her face. You should have seen the look she gave when she realized that her salt and pepper shakers were in the shape of two porcelein kittens. One pink and one blue. Needless to say the kittens moved in, one male and one female. The fleas and the vet bill, were a bonus and I assume that the unkempt kitchen table with the dirty piles and bills everywhere, may have had something to do with that. They were not only starving they were completely infested and required shampooing for about a week to rid us and them of the vampiric menace.
I explained to my over eager student that true love has many forms. Including four legs and fur. Love is usually never more true then the affection your pet bestows on you. Few humans can measure up in comparison if put to the contest. And unless your subconscious mind is really quite specific, you really should leave these types of things well enough alone, because you will get EXACTLY you ask for. One has to be very sure that what you want is the same as what you ask for. And one has to be very sure what you use to ask for it. In many situations the conscious mind and the subconscious mind are note entirely on the same page of the program which is why these spells are not recommended for my part. Until you are quite practiced and understand these things, your spells are not likely to be very safe. You not only have to be very clear about the materials you choose to use for your spell work, but you have to be ready to receive properly when your desire walks in the door. Its no use asking and then resenting what the universe gives you. It has been my experience that more often then not people bite off much more then they can chew.
After giving her a throughougly good "I told you so" about the scorcerers apprentice syndrome, I thanked her profusely for not using the rhinocerous salt and pepper shakers she had in the china cabinet. I explained that just for the record, I helped her flea dip cats for a week, but I wasn't going to halter break rhino's for her nor house train them, if they came crashing through the front door should she ever use them in the future. :)
I've been a practicing witch for 25 years. In that 25 years time I've seen some pretty incredible and far out things happen with regard to psychic phenomena.. For some reason regardless I'm always amazed when magic works. I have a skeptics mind by nature which is highly annoying sometimes because you'd think after all this time I'd cease to be amazed.
In my day job I'm a massage therapist. Yesterday I was informed that I would be seeing a new patient and that she had a mental condition she was taking medications for. So last night having nothing better to do, I threw some cards on the table because I was curious to know what the root cause of her mental condition was before I actually saw her. I studied the cards a moment and thought to myself.."If I didn't know any better I'd venture a guess her father died when she was very little and this would have impacted her reality a great deal."
You can imagine my amazement when the client told me in casual conversation this afternoon that her father had in fact died when she was 4 years old. I was very happy she was face down on the table and couldn't see me shaking my head and smiling to myself about how incredible it really is, we as tarot readers can come to these astoundingly accurate conclusions by looking at a bunch of random pictures on little peices of cardboard paper strewn about our card tables. If you really stop to think about it, it is fairly unreal even to me. And I'm the first one to tell anyone I make no claims to be any great psychic. Typically the only genuine psychic experiences I have in seeing the future are in my sleep during a dream state. But while waking I rely on mostly intuition and trust the wisdom of the cards. One of these days I will allow myself to fully accept at face value that the cards fall where they are meant to, and that there simply are no coincidences. :)
August 1st is the traditional holiday of the Celtic Sun God "Lugh" in the pagan tradition. It is also a harvest festival dedicated to the Goddess of the corn and grains and it is customary to bake bread and celebrate with fruit and nuts during this time of the year, or to make corn dollies with corn husks.
One way to have your own little celebration is to take some time and bake some bread or cookies. Make an offering to the earth mother by crumbling up your first peice and sprinkling it outside to feed to the birds. Get yourself a large yellow or gold candle and light it up to honor the sun this week. Enjoy it while it lasts because soon the tides will be turning at the Equinox and Persephone will be getting ready to be taken to the underworld again in preperation for winter.
Blessed Be.

When asking your question for a tarot reading it is important to know a few fundamental facts.
First off, tarot does not give cut and dry yes and no answers most of the time. Unless there is a truly psychic component to the reader that is available "on demand" it is best to avoid yes or no questions if possible. There is one good reason for this. I do not believe that the future is written in stone. We at all times have control of our own destiny. Too many people give their power away to others (psychics and fortune tellers alike) in order to make their decisions for them. My job as a card reader is not to make your decisions for you. My job is to give you an idea of the consequences of your choices. Some choices will serve you better then others. Some choices will serve you well if you change your behavior while participating in them, or if you don't make the necessary change that same choice could take you somewhere you don't necessarily want to be.
There is a difference between asking:
Is he the man of my dreams?
or asking:
What will be the results of this relationship if I enter into it? What are the obstacles and what are the good points?
This second case is an example of questions that the tarot cards can answer a great deal more readily the first example if you want to get the most out of your reading for your money. This is because true tarot card imagry is very complex just like human nature is. They are filled with many shades of grey on any given issue.
The first question is an act of desperation. In truth the man of your dreams simply doesn't exist. Everyone has flaws, so its a fairly mute question. We all know that the "man of your dreams" can only last about two or three months in any relationship before the human faults start coming out and the illusion is over with. Wouldn't a better question be: "Can I live with his human foibles?" Do I have what it takes? What changes do I have to make to accomplish this in order to create a lasting situation?
But we live in a world where fantasy and hollywood run rampant in order to counteract our depressions and miserys. It is a wish fullfillment syndrome and its not entirely healthy in my personal opinion. I am always astounded reading throught the profiles of psychics and the feedback lists how many hundreds of people are caught up in this wish fullfillment game and how much money is spent upon it in order to satiate the fears people carry.
The second example question is an act of genuine internal reflection and a consideration of what is required from you as a participant in the relationship. It also shows integrity and it gives your tarot reader an idea that this is somebody who is actually going to be a pleasure to work with and who can take some inward responsibility for his or her own life. This in fact is someone who might actually listen to the advice a reader works so hard to give to the client.
Readers are not gods and we are not infallible. Fact is, very few of them actually have the psychic abilities they claim to the public to have, at least that is accessible on call at all times. That is not to say there are not several gifted people out there. But it is important to use discrimination. It is my hope that I can help to dispell some of the misconceptions that exist in the collective mind of the general public about what we do.
Light In Extension!
