I am continuing with prior segments of “getting more from your readings”. Practical tidbits of information brought together to give you an optimal experience with your Spiritual practioner.

Get a deeper sense of what to discuss with your spiritual practioner by seeking wisdom from your inner self. Simply find a quiet spot where you wont be interrupted, close your eyes, and take 10 deep breaths, letting each breath relax your mind/body further. You may want to visualize what your inner self looks like. This experiment will vary depending upon the person, this internal visualization may look just like you, or it may be what you would consider your God/Goddess form, it may come to you as an Angel, or simply a etheric sense of consciousness. Ask yourself your question… a response may come in pictures or words that speak very clearly to you about your situation, the information may come through in a variety of senses, just be open to the data your getting from this valuable connection to source. At this point you may have your answer but need to delve further into it with your Spiritual practioner. To take inner wisdom seeking to a deeper level, have a professional be your guide on this amazing inner journey. ~~Deep breathing to evoke the Spirits of Calmness and Peace~~

Sure we all know that deep breathing is part of our routine meditation exercises, but did you know that this simple process actually activates ether energies? This oh sooo easy practice triggers the Spirits of Calmness and Peace.

Achieving a peaceful centeredness before a spiritual reading will allow you to listen better and take what is said to heart more easily. One of the ways to reach a state of calm and peace is through a focused breathing technique. To begin, sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and deliberately notice the natural rhythm of your breath, without changing it. Also notice if your breath is going up all the way to the top of your chest or down to the bottom of your abdomen. Let this go on for a minute or so, and then be more intentional with your breathing, using the following breath cycle: Bring your inhale to as much of your body as you can and hold the air inside for about 10 seconds. Then do a long exhale of about 10 seconds, expelling all the stale air. Repeat this breath cycle 6 more time. At the end of your breathing practice, you’re breathing should feel more expansive. You should also feel refreshed, and more focused and peaceful. These Spirits are eternal and wise so activating them in your life intentionally will always pave new ways for you, leading to inspired events, circumstances, people, places and things that only ancient Universal forces could accomplish. ~Explore deep needs with spontaneous writing.~

Spontaneous writing can help you get an immediate sense of where your emotional body is at, as well as clues to your unconscious needs. Sharing what you learn from this technique with a light worker can lead to deeper insight about yourself, as well as getting support for your truest needs. Spontaneous writing is as easy as picking up a pen or pencil and writing. Preferably without thinking, editing, judging or interrupting the process. To delve really deep, set an alarm clock to time a 5 minute writing session for you. For more awareness about your unconscious and its motivations, try doing writing sessions first thing in the morning or after meditation. RELEASE NEGATIVE ENERGY WITH MOVEMENT.

Moving your body helps release anger, fear, and anxiety, which will make it easier for your Spiritual advisors to tune into your core self and higher purpose. Before a consultation, try to go for a long walk in the morning sun or under a beautiful moon lit evening sky. Walk in a soothing place like the forest, along the water, or even your neighborhood at a quiet hour. You could also put on some favorite music in your yard, in your living room and let your body move to the rhythm of the song. This is great for getting any blocked or resistant energy moving and helps feelings that need healing to surface. Brightest of Blessings!!! Dear Friends;

In certain men and women normal human feelings such as shame, fear, pain and anger are so magnified that these beings are almost always in an emotional state marked by anxieties and feelings that may be irrational, dysfunctional, and or “crazy”. Such beings think they should be able to make those around them happy, and when, they can not (usually because the other one is far to finicky), they are left to feel less than, unworthy, or undeserving.

These beings often find themselves in a hypersensitive or highly reactive state all the time. To everyday happenings, experiencing feelings far more excessive than the circumstances evoke. In example, when something fearful happens, instead of a degree of normal fear, they experience panic or anxiety attacks. Every fiber of their beings thrown into a disarray, off center, out of balance and completely disorientated. Some of our clients have such heavy feelings of suffocation they have passed out. These attacks can also occur for seemingly no apparent reason.

When some of the changes just associated with living life come their way they may immediately feel deep depression, despair, hopelessness and even have suicidal thoughts and feelings, or behaviors. On the opposite end of this same stick we have the beings that suffer in outrage or uncontrolled anger. When a situation arises that would ordinarily provoke some genuine appropriate anger, these beings explode into a volcanic rage. And during these extreme emotional experiences they are thinking to themselves, “Why does he/she/they treat me this way? Doesn’t he/she/they know how anguishing this is for me?’ But they can not control the emotions because of the severity no matter what end of the stick they are on.

So, dear friends if this sounds like yourself or someone you love, know that there is help and that if you seek it, it will indeed find you! For it does not matter so much what you are doing, it is what you are BEING that is truly important. We are so very blessed to be on the leading edge of such advancements over the human conditions. We are Now, in this wonderful Time/Space reality seeing many alternative practioners, modern medicine advancements, cognitive therapists, counselors, teachers and light workers emerge. Scientists accept the Truths, now proven data that the body of mankind is moved by the Mind, that all its functioning is governed by a ruling thought, whether that thought is subjective or objective, whether it is conscious of unconscious. Those who study the mental faculties find that all the conditions of the body are created or caused by the Mind. It is know that creation in any and every form is governed by and subject to a law. So when one misuses, inverts, or violates a law, this mistake is called a transgression. A transgression is a mistake, a misunderstanding, and or a misjudgment. A mistake is falling short of, or going against the nature of self, and thus, of Source. Correction is a very effective method of adjustments or of redeeming the benefits of any mistake. Forgiveness is a practical, proven, beneficial means to alter and correct the mistake. This is a means that will enable souls to become in accord or in harmony with the Source. Forgiveness of transgressions against oneself or another means that we must forgive, forsake and forget that thought or person or condition which prompted the transgression. Brightest of Blessings to all of you, Dear Friends;

Jesus, in Ancient Wisdom teachings, literally a Healing Master, openly taught that if we forgive transgressions the effect of such an act/emotion of forgiveness would become infused with natural and healthy ideas much the same as the blackest of night is infused with the dawn of light. The blackness disappears and the light of day shines upon all alike. When healthy and natural ideas fill the mind the body takes on a like condition, for you cannot have one without the other, Mind/Body is ONE. So many progressive human Beings currently are turning to a broader field of study and that are effecting healings through mental and spiritual processes are not giving us anything new. They are merely catching up with the facts and tools of the Great Masters of Ancient Wisdom teachings and are beginning practicing those methods and teachings more liberally. When things seem way out of control or quickly headed in that direction, make your own private “Spirit Spa” appointment. In your appointment include 5-10 minutes of meditation. Just breath. This relaxes the mind/body and allows release of a variety of different resistances within the mind/body. Also include at least 3 items, events, places that you enjoy. Promise yourself that you will allow these simple pleasures. It could be a scoop of chocolate ice cream, a 15 minute walk in nature, on the beach, in the park. It could be a hot bubble bath lit with candles, a glass of wine, a chapter in that favorite book, or even a 20 minute afternoon nap. The possibilities are indeed endless. Just pick a few and as you enjoy and partake in your choices remember why. Say to yourself, or recognize that you give this to yourself because you want and are meant to be happy and feel good. You are intentionally and deliberately conjuring or evoking the essence of joy and happiness. Your natural state of being. Make these little “Spirit Spa” appointments often and watch with awe the gifts you will be giving of your truest self. A simple formula that works wonders every time. Before you can build anything worthwhile, you must first create it in your mind. The mind is not constrained by physical limitations or boundaries. In the workshop of your mind, you can visualize things that have never been. It is said that Albert Einstein visualized how the universe might look if he were riding astride a beam of light through infinity. Then, and only then, he worked out the mathematics to support his theory of relativity. You can use the power of your intellectual factor of imagination to visualize solutions to difficult problems, to develop new ideas and to see yourself achieving the ambitions you have set for yourself. All Being’s experience rare moments when a blinding revelation or inspired thought, feeling or action comes to us, when we suddenly are “aware” differently than we were before. Usually, however, we learn the “truth” about ourselves, gradually, margin by margin, over long periods of time/space. We are all Spiritual, but some of us have learned to tap more effectively into the greatest strengths that resides in the spiritual portions of ourselves.

The Spirit is not boisterous and noisy, unless you have not been “listening in on yourself”. Then it can and will be quite that, dynamic manifestation in severe negative feeling thoughts, emotions or actions. Getting in touch, indeed tapping into your spiritual self requires tranquility and solitude. Allow yourself 5 to 10 minutes every day to just breath, speak self loving affirmations as you relax and allow the highest aspect of what is you to curb the out of control rampaging negativity. This very small action, as you take a mind journey actually squelches it! If you love yourself you are willing to try just about anything to bring back your sure footedness. Without a clear intention for your life it is easier to follow the course of conditioning, to go with the flow, to drift with the current, be victim to external influences with no particular coherent desire in mind. Having a clear intention for your life greatly simplifies the process of making hundreds of daily decisions that affect your ultimate success. When you know where you want to go, or be you can quickly decide if your actions, thoughts and feelings are moving you toward your intentions or away from them. Without definite, precise intentions and a plan for their achievements, each decision must be considered a vacuum. Definiteness of intentions and purpose provides context and allows you to relate specific actions to your overall intentions and life purpose. The brain when it fires its thoughts is like unto the landscape of a thunderstorm. Firing electrical impulses when presenting a coherent thought over different quadrants of the brain. Yet with all the medical research and study so far in subject to the brain, no one has yet to see the “thought” the brain is thinking. The brain is made of tiny nerve cells called neurons. These neurons have very tiny branches that reach out and connect to other neurons to form a neuronet. Each place where they connect is integrated into a thought, memory and or emotion. This is evidenced in the following; the brain builds up all of its concepts by the law of associated memory. For example; ideas, thoughts, and feelings. The absolute most sophisticated pharmacy in the Universe is constructed within your brain. The hypothalamus. In the midst of all the brains neuronet, a mini factory that assembles certain chemicals that match certain feelings/emotions. Emotions are based according to the thoughts your thinking. Those chemicals are peptides. Small chain amino acid sequences. The body is a carbon unit that makes many different amino acids all together to formulate its physical structure. The body is a protein producing machine! Every single cell in the body has receptors on the outside studying and observing its environment. Looking for a suitable peptide. When a peptide docks on a cell it literally attaches to the cell and sends a signal to the cell which influences the state of the cell.

So the next time that you feel that your thoughts have been thinking you around by the head of the hair… know that in a real way they are indeed affecting and influencing every portion of your Being…. If your not in the state of mind, body and or spirit you would like to be in… do not feel lost, abandoned or give up hope… the most beneficial way to approach this is simply course correction! It is within your reach, closer than your own skin, and begins with the thoughts that you are thinking… it is, and always has been, dear friend an inside job!!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL MOTHERS

Webster defines faith as “a confident belief in truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing, a belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence”. Faith is an intangible, abstract idea, a willingness to accept something that has not yet-and may never be-proven. Having faith that you can accomplish something will not achieve your objective, but it will give you the courage to do what you must to reach your goal. There will be times in your life when you cannot prove that your faith in yourself is justified. You must accept the fact based upon your own innate intuitive feelings that you are capable of goodness, greatness, or wellbeing. No doubt you will be disappointed in yourself when you fail to live up to your expectations. But if you do not have faith in yourself, you will never begin to reach your potential… because simple enough you will be unwilling to even try.  And as always this message comes to you with the spirits of peace and wellbeing and the very brightest of blessings!!! Someone once said, “There are no truths; there are only perceptions of truths.” Whether or not you accept this statement whatever you believe to be true will become part of your experience, your own reality. Your subconscious mind will believe anything you surrender to it, most especially if you repeat it often enough and with any conviction. When in life you are faced with a daunting task, circumstance or situation you have never attempted before, focus primarily on the potential for success, not upon the possibilies of failures and misfortunes. Break it down to smaller segments or elements and tackle each one separately. The only difference between success and failure is your mental attitude towards it. A postitve mental attitude finds a way it can be done. A negative mind looks for all the ways it cant be done.

Many of the successful patients/clients I have known are not the same people that they were at the onset of whatever physical, mental, emotional, or Spiritual aliments they originally came to us with. Their search for healing or restoration made them self aware that they needed to make significant “course corrections or adjustments” in their lives; changes in toxic relationships, jobs, places of dwelling, diet, habits, behaviors, thoughts, and so on. In hindsight they see these changes as gradual steps that were necessary to personal growth and wellbeing, but at the time the process was anguishing. Change is always difficult, even thought it is the most natural occurrence, major change can be wrenching. Physical, mental, emotional and/or Spiritual aliments often force us to look at core issues and conflicts in our lives that we have ignored in the hope that they would simply disappear. Continuing to ignore them may block possibilities of the bodies natural spontaneous healing and restoration., while willingness to change may be a strong predictor of success. Inspiration from Source is the catalyst of full and absolute healing and restoration.
