Readers bashing other readers -- I've been hit! At first I was in total shock -- the caller didn't tell me their name, or any of the customary courtesies of a phone call -- just demanded to know if I was Singing Cranes. This in and of itself caused me to go "Wha---?????". Then proceeded to demand my psychic credentials... I answered the questions, realizing by now as I came out of my disbelief, this was another advisor wanting simply, to bash me. I never even actually gave a reading for this person, choosing instead to simply and politely end the call -- knowing I'd be taking a hit.
For what purpose, peoole do this I simply don't know -- in my mind, there are more than enough clients, and dollars for all of us on here. Typically I don't give any more thought to a client deciding to slam for a refund, or whatever their reason is, than "oh that stinks". However, I thought I would take this opportunity to clarify what my policies and practices are.
1) I don't hang up on people -- it's a pet peeve of mine, and so I don't ever do it to others. I WILL however, let you know, if I don't feel I can be of any assistance to you, and that I think we should end the call (and save you money).
2) I will NOT argue with any of my clients. If you are wanting to vent, that is one thing, because we all need that sometimes. However, if you are just wanting to argue, and tell me how all your readings have all been wrong, I just don't see the point of trying to read you. I will tell you if I think I can't help you.
3) I AM psychic. My long-time clients (many who've followed me from other sites) can attest to that -- and regularly recommend me to co-workers, bosses, and friends. They wouldn't do this, if I wasn't accurate for them.
4) I HAVE been tested on my abilities in the past -- I was military, and was tested there on this ability as well. This does not however make a certified psychic better than an uncertified one. Certification costs money in most instances, and not all readers who are accurate, can or are willing to pay this fee. Also, Certification is a subjective thing, not scientific. It's based on percentages -- something any lay person can do.
5) I will end calls, and block clients who are rude, argumentative, or just plain negative. I will however let you know the call is over. My job / goal is to help people in their lives, not be a target for abuse.
6) I have no problem at all reading for other advisors. Many of my clients are also advisors, and are a pleasure to read for. And let's be honest, most of us adviors have situations come up in life we could use objective insight on (I know I did when my little kitty cat was lost).
7) My prices aren't the cheapest on keen, but they aren't the most expensive either. If you don't like the price, you may not want to call me. I read quickly and I give out free minutes generously to my repeat clientele, to help offset the price. I, like most of the advisors on Keen, support my family doing this. This is my profession, not just a hobby.

I truly feel sorry for individuals who use the feedback system as a means to getting free readings, or to bash out of jealousy other colleagues. It has always been there, and will continue to occur. I know what I can do, and don't have to prove it to anyone else.
The proof, as they say, is in the pudding -- not in a piece of paper to hang on the wall -- a monkey can make one of THOSE on their computer. :oP
