Taking it to the streets!

Amazing how we can get all spiritual and stuff in a church or spiritual event but then lose it when we enter into our everyday life!  Do you know what I'm talking about?  ..... maybe it's just me...laughing! 

That jerk over in the next cubical!  Or, the person who just cut in front of you whether it's in the lunch line or traffic!  X?!*#!!  Ya, now we're talking!

So how do you maintain the space, called holding your space, when you were in that great wonderful feeling spiritual space?  We do so by feeling and experiencing all of those resisted irritations. 

The Buddhists have a way of doing so by imagining themselves being a window screen and allowing it all to just pass through.  By practicing this or other techniques one gets better and better at it and the spiritual growth and blissful potentials are exponential. 

Guided into the "CenterRing" meditation is a way of moving into core experiences quickly.  Call me through Keen to experience this process.  It's AMAZING!

Happenstance!

Do we create our own reality or is it all just happenstance?  Are we involved in etching out our lives or is it all preset?

This is an incredible paradoxx but first we must understand from what perspective we are looking at all this.  From a much broader viewpoint, maybe higher viewpoint, the answer is yes!,  We created everything!  when we are stuck in the middle of a situation that seems to have no answer to we can feel, really feel like we don't! 

Why is that? 

Well if you and God were walking together, feeling all loved and cozy, and all of a sudden you got distracted,  stopped walking and God walked around the corner...  where are you?  where is God?  He's left me!  I'm all alone!  There is no such thing as God!  God doesn't love me or I wouldn't feel so left out!  I don't know where I am!  I'm Lost!  There's no one to help me! 

(psst! He's around the corner!)

Perspectives are funny, interesting, magical things!  Like On / Off switches!  Binary language of reality.  It is / or it isn't!  What you see is what you get.... or not!

So choosing is important.  (or not)

Have fun with this!  Notice your perspective about something, then think of other ways it might be viewed.  You could even pick a different view and entertain the idea that "it's really like this!" 

Here's a little secret...  If you convince yourself of a different viewpoint it "could" eventually change!  At least you've opened the possibility!

The Dreamed Dreamer Dreaming

Are you dreaming?  Or are you awake?  How do you know the difference? 

Have you ever had a dream in which you thought you were actually awake and it was real every day life?  Have you ever had an everyday life experience where it was "just like a dream come true"? 

Many different cultures throughout time have believed that our everyday life is an actual dream, just as much so as the dreams we have in sleep.  Is this true?  Could it be possible?  And if this is true is it possible to change our dreams, both when we are asleep and when we are awake?

Yes!  Emphatically so! We can change our dreams!  And we can change our Realities! 

How so?  By using "The CenterRing Technique"

Breathing, Living, and epanding in the ecstatic state

We are always living.  (ya think?)  Breathing.  (probably not as much as we should)  But what about expanding the ecstatic state?  Living and breathing in the state of ecstasy is where we always are, at one level or another.  Why not explore the ecstatic state more?  The idea that we are always in a state of ecstasy is subtle at first, but just like putting our attention on a hurt toe after we've stubbed it, it increases the pain!  "Energy flows where attention goes." - Surge Kahili King, "The Urban Shaman"

Remember the last time you felt estatic, in a state of ecstacy, re call it!  Re member it!  Just imagine what it was like when you were in love for the first time, or whatever the most ecstatic state you've ever been in!  Close your eyes and enjoy the moment until you are at the peak of the memory of the experience.  Then put all of your attention on the feeling you are having right now in the memory and when you have it fully occupying your attention, gently open your eyes and hang on to the feeling and bring it with you into the present moment. Now allow it to surround you and expand from you and affet

One Pointed Focus and the Reason for Being

Expansion and Integration.  Creation and Experience.  These two sentences each describe existence to our waking mind.  It can also be described as inhale and exhale.  Yet in everyday life, or our everyday "dream" we don't see these two rhythms.   Normally we just go about things as usual.  But if we stand back for a moment and catch where we are then we can decide where we are . . . next!

Who decides for us?

How sad that governments should govern spiritual things.  I always thought that keeping state and religion apart was a good thing.  I guess in order to stay with the times I will also use this caveat emptor saying. 

Of course the buyer should always beware, although I think that it's just common sense.  I think we naturally review what we are buying or we find out it wasn't what we thought and don't buy it again. 

On the other hand, , , shouldn't we beware of giving over authority to anything but ourselves?  A resourceful, comming from source / awareness, individual can always choose to be free.  Freedom.  Self Referal.  Not buying the news or the media or the TV or Radio or News Papers, or Books or Magazines or any other input of information from the "outside".  This way we can create our own experiences.

So do we need advise then?  Do we need a psychic / intuitive counselor?  For comparing notes with our own inner guidance from our higher selves.  And only if that is a game in which we enjoy playing. 

Are they really "The One"?"

Ask your self, "Are they really"The One"?" 

Even if you are just on a date.  Even if you are already in a relationship.  If you are in a relationship and you really want to be with "The One", then be honest with yourself, , , Are they really "The One"?  This doesn't mean sudden changes if your answer is no, for you may have not really decided that they were when you started the relationship.  You may have gotten involved for other reasons and that's ok too!  Many times we do get into relationships that aren't "the one", because we would like someone to be with in the moment.  And that's ok!  AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDD, they could actually become "the one" over time!  You never know! 

The most important key here is to allow Love to be your guide.  Feeling loved first by loving yourself, then secondly sharing in a relationship that the getting and giving love is a fairly equal exchange.  And remember, nobody loves the same way, but of course you can be with someone that loves you the way you like to be loved.

"Amazing" something = an incredible skill!

One of the most powerful tools we have is that of "amazing".  Of creating awe and wonder or just finding, noticing, and appreciating it!  It all just depends on your viewpoint.  We can look at the sky and say what a cloudy day it is or we can "amaze" it by noticing the different patterns, pictures, shapes, colors, textures, hues, brightness / darkness / contrast, etc..  What an incredible power we have!  We can do the same thing when we see someone.  We can become criticle, judgemental, and defining, or we can simply become amazed.  We can even wave our own magic wand and amaze others by pointing something out in an amazing way!  Wow!  What a magic trick that is!  We can even become amazed at how unamazing something is!  There is no end to the power of amazement, and that's amazing in itself!  Practice it, try it, and see how it changes your life in to an "amazing" one!
