Aries: You have the inner strength this week to tackle anything that comes your way however your physical strength needs some work. Make sure you are eating right and getting enough sleep. Your brain is ready to go but your body may bring you down.

Taurus: Any issues you may have had last week in regards to seeing ALL the options available to you and making a decision are over. You have an aura of awareness. You are focused and you are ready to make your dreams come true. Go for it!

Gemini: If you want some peace in your life you may have to sacrifice something to get it. Peace and harmony will only be yours if you let go, do nothing and ride the wave. Now is NOT the time to voice your opinion.

Cancer: For you to regain balance and control in your life you must take action. Your time of sticking you head in the sand is over. Do something to bring peace into your life (exact opposite of Gemini).

Gemini: You have it in you this week to start something new. Don't worry about conventional methods. Think outside the box. You have the creativity in you to be different than all the rest.

Cancer: Any major purchases should be put on hold this week. Now is the time to keep your money close to you and assess and then re-assess where the money should be allocated.

How to Prepare for Your Personal Tarot Reading

I have been reading tarot cards for many years and I have found it to be a spiritually rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Tarot readings are great to help clarify a situation and give guidance regarding what path to take. Schedule your tarot reading when you are in a calm state of mind and have your questions ready for your tarot reader. It is best to avoid questions that can be answered with a YES or NO as these are limiting. Deeper insight into the situation is far more beneficial than the quickie answer. Avoiding time related questions is also advised as they, too, are limiting. It's better to find out what energy might be blocking or restricting the situation from happening. Be positive. Be confident. Know that the cards will help guide you.

Intuitive Tarot Reading

I started out many years ago with my 1st tarot deck, the Aquarian Tarot deck. In retrospect, it was not a good deck for a beginner and I soon became frustrated and put the deck away. Years later the deck resurfaced and so did my interest in tarot. I bought a new deck, the Rider-Waite, and the rest snowballed to this point. The Rider-Waite deck is great for beginners and I encourage anyone with an interest in tarot to start with it or one similar. There are many books, blogs and websites devoted to teaching beginners the meaning of the 78 cards and many are using the Rider-Waite as a reference. Learning the basic meaning of each card is paramount and once you have that mastered the fun is just beginning. What is great about intuitive tarot reading is the various meanings that can 'pop' out of nowhere and actually make sense to the querent. I love that moment when I 'blurt' something out that I've never even thought about before as a meaning for a particular card and the person I'm reading for is nodding like nothing has ever made so much sense. You might ask; How does intuitive tarot reading work? Does that mean everything I've been taught is useless? My journey into intuitive tarot reading started when I purchased the Mystic Dreamer tarot deck. As I have posted before, this deck sparks my intuition. Reading with the Mystic Dreamer deck has liberated me from the standard tarot card meanings and I have never enjoyed reading the tarot as much. I believe if you find a deck you feel passionate about then your intuition will ignite. Should you throw away all your notes on the card meanings? No! Everything needs a baseline, a foundation to work with. Intuitive readings build on the foundation of standard card meanings and makes each reading unique in its own way. Hello! Welcome to Wendy's Tarot Blog

I am very excited to be a part of Keen.com. I decided it would be fun to do a one card tarot reading to see what energies are surrounding my new start. The tarot card was The Devil-reversed. There was a time where I felt restricted and 'bound' to a certain way of doing things but,as the reversed card shows, no longer.
