So, in actuality timelines can be altered....we have free-will.....the Tarot can show us a possible future if we remain on our current path.....or offer us an alternative to veer in an entirely new direction!!

Every time I see the Knight of Wands representing an actual person in a Relationship Spread, I cringe. The best interpretation is that this person is not yet fully invested in the relationship for many reasons...possibly they are cautious and waiting for the right moment to commit.
However, more often than not the Knight of Wands shows me someone who has been hurt in the past and as a result of this pain, does not trust love. This person has one foot out the door the entire time, and can run a little hot and cold. This type of lover is very confusing to deal with because you don't really ever know where you stand! They are always on the verge of moving on...talk about flighty! If you can calm this skittish Knight, more power to you...more often than not they need time to really mature....and heal.
I will say though, that if you get this Knight as an outcome to the relationship it can be as simple as saying you will be moving on and leaving this union....
However, if this Knight describes your lover as a person...then it's a separate ball of wax....
In my experience, this watery Knight is all romance. It remains to be seen whether he can back it up with long-term commitment. However, there is nothing inherently flawed with his wooing process. He is a dreamer and a charmer, and not in a negative sense. If you haven't been swept off your feet in a while....this is the man to do it.
I had a client who had this very Knight of Cups appear in her spread when she was asking about her schooling and we wondered what he was doing in such an academic question! Well, lo and behold the next week this woman met a phenomenal man who ended up relocating from California to Oklahoma to live with her within a few months! They currently have separate places, but are going strong! Very strong! :)
If you see this Knight of Cups in your spreads, I would be on the lookout for a romantic interlude that could very well be ...well.....life altering.
