We have many soul mates. This is caused usually by the splitting of a larger soul into sections.
This makes the soul very recognizable and we feel "connected" to it as we are indeed part of it.
We come back through many lives with the "other Part" of our soul ie soulmate to learn lessons through meetings and partings, you can say on some level we are all soul mates one with another, learning and growing.
Not all these lessons are loving or comforting. Lessons in forgiveness and unconditional love are challenging.
Sometimes we are the "victim", and sometimes we are the negative or mirror that shows another soul their light. This is where free will and choice comes into play, how we react or view our relationships. Someone can come into your life and cause you much pain and suffering because there is a soul agreement between you to grow and evolve in love and forgiveness.
This is one perception of karma and the "tit for tat" of the you did it to me Now I will do it to you that has gone on for lifetimes . You break the cycle by acting rather than reacting, by freeing the ego from the soul and learning to love and forgive. Mind you, this does not mean being stepped on as we must maintain some self respect but we may choose (if this is a negative karmic soulmate connection) to wish them well with love and release them.
Our greatest joy and our greatest pain are both conceived in these soul mate relationships, our feelings intensified by our soul connections, whether for good or bad. You can often spot a soul mate or karmic relationship by "love at first site" or "revulsion at first site", depending upon the lessons you've contracted to learn from this soul.
One can live a lifetime in joy and harmony with a resonant soul mate, and this a beautiful, but rare gift.
footnote"
Hi,
Good morning,
I apparantly need to clarify the note on Soulmate=====it states you have more than one---rarely do you find it is your "love partner" and sometime you come together to learn something THEN let go. Move on.
It does not guarantee a lifetime love.

CRANE MOON
There is a legend that making a thousand origami cranes will grant your wish.
Sadako, a young Japanese girl with leukemia starting to fold her cranes but never finished.
Now people from all over the world send cranes to the Children’s Monument at the Hiroshima Peace Park. The monument reads “This is our cry. This is our Prayer. Peace in the world.”
Friday April 6th is a full moon in Libra. It is called The Crane Moon. Let’s work for peace and harmony.
Draw your crane on a piece of paper if you do not fold, take it outside and light it, releasing all negativity while it burns.
Recite the Druid Peace Prayer
Deep within the still center of my being, may I find peace.
Silently within the quiet of the Grove, may I share peace.
Gently and powerfully, within the greater circle of humankind
May I radiate peace.
Prayer provided by Kristin Madden
We are nuts over nut milk these days. Milk alternatives like almond milk, cashew milk and hazelnut milk are lactose, soy and gluten free—perfect for people with allergies or celiac disease. And nuts are packed with essential minerals and vitamins, protein and healthy fats. Nut milks are readily available in grocery stores, but they're easy and cheap to make from scratch. (Plus, you know you're skipping all those pesky additives.)
Got nuts? Gather these ingredients and you're ready to get started:
• 1 cup of raw, organic nuts. We like almonds, but get creative: use cashews, walnuts or hazelnuts.
• 4 cups of filtered water
• A mesh strainer or a couple layers of cheesecloth
• Optional: 2 Medjool dates or 2 T agave nectar or maple syrup
Soak nuts in water for 6 hours or overnight, at room temperature. Drain and discard soaking water. Place almonds and half the water in a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining water and continue to blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Add dates or syrup now if you like your milk a little sweeter.
Strain mixture using layers of cheesecloth or a mesh strainer (or both to get the silkiest consistency) into a bowl.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 4 days. Shake well and enjoy on cereal, in coffee, in smoothies or just straight from a glass!
We lose nothing by slowing down.
That moment of quiet -- or nothingness -- that moment of silence, is when we discover inwardly, we are wealthy beyond measure. We are no longer hung up, but free and flowing, and we joyously realize despite momentary appearances to the contrary, things have been moving our way all along.
Have a quiet moment today!!
Hospital patients with a garden view recover faster than those facing, say, a parking lot or a brick wall. Why? Living, breathing plants boost our moods and decrease our stress levels. Plus, indoor plants purify the air naturally, consuming waste and toxins and expelling squeaky-clean oxygen. So forget artificially scented air fresheners—just bring the outdoors in. Drop by your local greenhouse and pick up one of these powerful purifiers.
Bamboo or Reed Palm: These small reeds thrive in shady indoor spaces and often produce flowers and small berries. Plus, they require almost no work—perfect for those of us with not-so-green thumbs.
Heartleaf Philodendron: This climbing vine plant isn’t a good option if you have kids or pets since it's dangerous to eat, but it's a workhorse when it comes to removing a ton of indoor pollutants.
English Ivy: Ivy sucks ups chemicals from its surroundings—even toxins that may be lurking in the paint on your walls.

Old School Cleaning: Vinegar
Toxic cleaners: aside from the fact that they're terrible for us, our kids, our pets and the planet, they're also expensive and wasteful. We're on a mission to get back to the basics with natural cleaning products straight from the kitchen pantry. We already let you in on our love of lemon. Next up on our list of powerful old school cleaners: vinegar.
White vinegar is the superhero of natural cleaning products. Not only can it replace the majority of the products under the kitchen sink, it’s safe, completely natural and dirt cheap. And if you’re worried about the smell, don’t be—it disappears when it dries and even acts as a mild deodorizer.
Here's how to put vinegar to work in every room of the house:
Fill a spray bottle with 1 part white vinegar and 1 part water for an all-purpose kitchen cleaner great for counters and floors.
Prevent oven buildup and shower mildew by wiping down surfaces with a cloth and vinegar.
Add 1/2 cup to the rinse cycle of your wash for a natural fabric softener.
Use pure vinegar to get rid of rings in your toilet bowl.
Mix 1 part vinegar with 4 parts water in a spray bottle for the perfect window cleaner.
Use vinegar with a higher concentration of acetic acid for a pesticide-free weed killer. (Most household vinegar is 5% acetic acid, so look for 10% or higher at the hardware store.)
Dear full moon friends,
The full moon will be on Tuesday (or Wednesday for some time zones)! Everyone knows the situation to harbour a deep desire. Not something that could be purchased – something, you believe would bring fulfillment and order into your own life. Often, these kind of wishes do not turn into reality for a long time and you can ask yourself why it is like this. It must have something to do with the situation of non-fulfillment, which is of great relevance to us humans, otherwise we would not encounter it in one or the other form. It is probably the fact being occupied with the situation itself that defines us and gives meaning to our lives. When we learn not to form our lives in the future, but in the moment of wishing, the fulfillment will then be part of the presence. Don't let your happiness be dependant on the outside.

Embolic
February second is known as Embolic also as Groundhog Day (when if the gopher sees his shadow winter continues).
Snow is on the ground and it seems as if winter will not end. However, with the arrival of Embolic comes the hope of Spring. It is a time to call upon the universe to warm and heal us. It is a time to be inspired.
There are healing herbs for our mind, body and spirit to get us through. Think of the warmth of cinnamon in the air, the healing of evergreen or eucalyptus. The uplifting aroma of citrus brightens the spirit. This can be used in teas or a small amount sprinkled on a candle to release the aroma. And of course, let’s not forget the concept of cooking.
We need to remind ourselves to use our power and the gift of the elements to balance, ground, and rejuvenate ourselves. Use the color turquoise for healing and poetry to fan the flame of inspiration.
In Ireland and Scotland, the women make dolls from corn husks and carry them from home to home. Her name is Bridget and she is decorated with flowers, shells, stones and ribbons. Elements of the earth to be honored and cherished. The children chant Bridget is coming, Bridget is coming.
Perhaps you could make a similar item at home and light a fire or candle to honor her and the earth.
Work on leaving the winter behind and prepare for a bright, new spring. After all, Spring is coming and with it new growth and a new freshness. Embrace it.
Bright Blessings to you
Sandra

*Halloween had its beginnings in an ancient, pre-Christian Celtic festival of the dead. According to their calendar, the year began on a day corresponding to November 1st on our present calendar. The date marked the beginning of winter. Since they were pastoral people, it was a time when cattle and sheep had to be moved to closer pastures and all livestock had to be secured for the winter months. Crops were harvested and stored. The date marked both an ending and a beginning in an eternal cycle.
The festival observed at this time was called Samhain (pronounced Sah-ween). It was the biggest and most significant holiday of the Celtic year. The Celts believed that at the time of Samhain, more so than any other time of the year, the ghosts of the dead were able to mingle with the living.
The veil between the two worlds is thinnest at this time and psychic abilities are at their highest peak.
People gathered to sacrifice animals, fruits, and vegetables. Cakes were made and tables set to invite the spirits of the departed to visit. They also lit bonfires in honor of the dead, to aid them on their journey.
So on this Halloween, lit a fire, have a feast and some cidar and give thanks to all who have gone before.
Have a safe and Happy Halloween

Halloween Offerings
Kale
"In Scotland, young people went blindfolded into the garden to pull kale stalks; later, before the crackling fireplace, the plants would be "read" for revealing signs of the future wife or husband--short and stunted, tall and healthy, withered and old, and so on. The amount of earth clinging to the root was believed to indicate the amount of dowry or fortune the player could expect from a mate. The stalks were then hung above the door in a row, and each subsequent Halloween visitor was assigned the identity of a vegetable-spouse in turn. Cabbages and leeks were similarly used.
Nuts
"Nuts have been used for magic since Roman times. Some Scottish and northern English people believed nuts were such powerful sorcerers that they called their October 31st celebration "Nut Crack Night"...Chestnuts and walnuts, both plentiful at harvest time, were popular in early divination games. The most well-known game goes as follows: two nuts are named, each for a potential lover, and put on a grate in the fire. She, who wants to know the future, watches and waits. If a nut burns true and steady, it indicates the lover will have a faithful nature; if it pops in the heat, it indicates the man is not to be trusted."
---Halloween: An American Holiday, an American History,
Apples
"In old England, apples and nuts were seen as powerful prognosticators. Celtic folk used them in their Halloween divination games for centuries, and there were some Scottish, Irish and British men and women--people from the northern parts of England--still celebrating All Hallows with apples and nuts throughout the heyday of Guy Fawkes...The night of October 31 was known in parts of the British Isles ad "Snap Apple Night"...the name came from an old game played by tying the player's hands behind his back and having him try to bite an apple suspended from a string...Like their English ancestors before them, Americans used apple dunking to find who will marry first. Whoever could snag an apple from a big bucket filled with water, hands tied behind the back, would be wed soonest.
Folklore
Tis also said===if you take the right shoe of your lover and bury it in the ground, pointing toward the door, he will come to you and continue to return. Likewise if you point it away from the door, he will leave.
I have found most people miss a shoe lol and I recommend an outline of the shoe on paper lol.
Happy Halloween
