Be at peace with this moment, just this moment.  Yes, easy to say, I know, but it is important to remember that in this moment you create your next.  If you do not like this moment and resist you will not like the next moment and will resist as well.  Before you know it you are resisting life itself. 

Stretch and breathe…breathe and stretch. You will marvel at how much easier life is if you remember to breathe deep full breathes.  The breath allows you to be limber like a cat so you can land on your feet in all circumstances.   Stretch and breathe…breathe and stretch.  

When the energy bursts forth from the seed it requires great force, yet it is the pull of the sun, and the draw from the earth that encourages the seed to break open its hard shell.  You are seeds ready to bust out with new life and vitality. Try to remember this when you feel challenged and breathe and stretch so you can break open the hard shell that surrounds you.  Within the seed is the blueprint to create the tree, and the fruit.  As such, within you is the blueprint with the answers of how you can solve your current challenges.  Stretch and breathe…breathe and stretch into the moment so you can find the answers you seek.  They are within you but only you can retrieve them. 

Be not afraid of the truth.  As the truth is hidden to preserve your secrets, those indiscretions that are committed, you unfortunately begin hiding as well.  You begin hiding your truth behind the illusion.  You then live the illusion, as if it is the truth.  You begin aligning with the illusion as truth, and you then wonder why you are experiencing deception. 

The solution is simple yet so challenging...just be true full...

Be at peace dear Ones.  It is hard, yes we know, but it is important to be mindful and aware of where you’re going and where you want to finally end up.  Many of you have lost track of your thinking. You are allowing your minds to drive your life’s vehicle and many of you feel lost and out of control. This is similar to allowing a toddler to drive the car while you sit in the passenger seat.  This isn’t prudent.  It causes accidents, pain, and suffering.  Once your mind and attention is under your will you will begin to see the magic.

We would encourage you to just watch your thinking. Just for a day.  Just for this ONE day, place a bit of your attention on your thoughts.  You’ll see what wonderful creators you actually are once you are aware of the thought that has created your current reality. It is there and you will see this.

I remember what it was like to be home. It was

a lot different than here.  Everything was beautiful. 

I loved everyone and they loved me back equally.

How come it doesn’t feel like that here?

“And the children shall lead us” isn’t that what the Bible has told us for ages?  Can it be possible that this is actually what is happening in our world today?   But how can we hear the children if we don’t know how to listen?  How can we guide our children if we don’t know who we’re raising? 

Perhaps your life is like mine. Frequently in my parenting, I felt like I was trying to navigate a clipper ship around Cape Horn with two conflicting paradigms continuously colliding, ya know what I mean?  It didn’t seem so difficult when the sun was out but once the rain, wind, and waves hit, panic and overwhelm set in too.  In raising my kids, most of what I believed to be true, my indoctrination, no longer fit in with my mothering. The books all seemed out-of-date, the “experts” often fell short in their advice, and little by little the truth of my children’s extraordinariness began to be revealed and my worldview changed forever. 

The “new kids on the block” also known as the “Children of Now” are highly evolved beings with exceptional gifts. They’re trying to wake us up to the truth of whom we are by stretching us in our thinking, expanding our viewpoint, and urging us inch by inch to step out of fear and stand in love.  Not always an easy feat however and many of these children are exhausted and frustrated.

“The New Kids on the Block” are highly sensitive, and intuitive.  What they hear is not what they feel, and they can detect deception.  If you’re like me, I had the idea that what was in my head was only known to me, and…I hate to admit this, I had so little control of my mind that I didn’t even know all the thoughts, many of them negative, in my own head.   We are amplifying like radio antennas and these children are receivers.  I started to wake up when, at three years old, my daughter told me, “I know when you think I’m annoying and don’t want me around.”  Ut oh!

We can no longer deny that there is more to life than meets the eye.  “Seeing is believing” is passé and we must understand that believing is seeing.  Currently we don’t have the technology to measure the subtle fields of energy or the high frequency biophysical energy fields that these new Children carry.  Today, from a scientific or medical standpoint, if it can’t be quantified then it must not exist, right?  But this is not the truth, and it’s time to trust our hearts and not our heads.

"Life is good", isn't that our contemporary mantra?

But...it's funny, don't they also say, "Life is like a roller coaster"? So, which is it? 

Recently, I was in a gigantic growing period, one I was resisting.  I was pondering how I was feeling and I realized the emotions felt exactly like a roller coaster ride, but not fun.  Then I remembered, WAIT A MINUTE! I LOVE ROLLER COASTERS!  So, I've just decided to relax and  enjoy the thrill.

What about you, do you like roller coasters too?  Can you imagine, loving the ride on the biggest roller coaster ever...LIFE? 

So...now..."Life is Thrilling” wouldn’t that make a good tee shirt?  I called it first!

All children know to STOP, DROP AND ROLL when they're on fire, but have you ever considered when  frantic with fear, and reacting to the world rather than responding, that STOP DROP AND ROLL is also good advice?

STOP - stop right where you are. Don't move an inch.

DROP - drop into your center, drop down to the ground and pray, meditate, or use whatever tool you've collected to help you quiet down.

ROLL - now roll ahead, or roll on the ground giggling, it's time to move forward with inspired action, not reaction.

When we are reacting to our life's story it often feels like we're on fire, and sometimes we act that way too.  Do you know what I mean?  So, STOP, DROP AND ROLL! is a wise move.

We are all gathering our tools that help us through the challenges of life.  I really urge you, if you haven't done it yet, to find what makes you raise your consciousness from react mode to a more heightened awareness. Bring yourself back into the NOW, this is where the unknown becomes known!

What can you do to drop into your center?  Deep breaths are good, counting breaths are great, inhale for a count of 5, hold for a count of 5, then slowly let it out for a count of 5.  I began by listening to just one bird at a time. That was amazing!  Explore, experiment, and be curious about what makes you tick and don’t forget STOP – DROP – AND ROLL if you feel in the hot seat!

There is good in everything even that fly that you see flying around!  Do not judge and rate the value of something based on the purpose it has in life.  You must understand that all life has a purpose and all life is worthy, regardless of its size and standing.

I just got back from The Avatar Wizard's Course in Orlando Florida!  There were 3000 people from all around the world attending and many of them brought their families with them, so it was a very amazing, mind opening experience.  As we are at war now, it seems so odd to say this but I can really see that World Peace will be a reality, after spending two weeks with such dedicated people with this intent in their hearts!

 I wanted to share this inspired information I received on October 23, 1998 in the hope that it will bring peace into your life... it did for me today...

 Good morning Dear One,

 How you struggle!  You're not able to see your blessings through your worry.  You would do well to sit in nature surrounded by all the beauty, go up to the "church" and you will find peace, you will find directions and you will see the light.  You're not seeing the direction, or the intention of your being on Earth.  You're clouded with Shoulds, and Shouldn'ts, Wouldn't, and Couldn'ts, and you're not seeing the path of ease.  Your not seeing the liberation of each move you make.  You're clouded with fear, worry and limitations.  You feel so tied up, you feel bound, you feel imprisoned, but you have the key to the cell.  You don't feel the key in your own hand, feel how cold and heavy it is?  Do you know what the key is?  Live, Love, and Laugh!  Find the humor, find the intentions, and Love as you've never loved before. You feel closed up, you feel trapped, you feel so burdened but you can leave these burdens behind, live on the peak, jump from peak to peak. If you sit in the quiet you will see how easy life is, if you'd sit in the quiet you will see the light. If you sit in the quiet you will see the wisdom of your ways. You would do well to sit or go someplace alone. You need to sort out and "discreate" all that you don't want in life, you believe if you just had a burst of energy you would just jump out of the pit, you can ask for a hand, you know, you don't need to make the climb alone. We would gladly take your hand, just ask!

Your Life is like a Big Pot of Soup!

This message came to me on 2/2/99 and I wanted to share it today…

“Now what I would like to speak to you about is to allow your children to be.  To teach them, and this isn’t just your children, but all children, to BE.  They have so much inner wisdom, but they’re not given the chance to use it. They’re always being told to do this, to do that, they’re being shuffled here, and shuffled there. They’re not given adequate time for reflections, listening within.  We urge you to slow down, and bring your children to your side, sit in the quiet with them, breath with them, embrace them, just sit in the quiet.  Listen to the birds, listen to beautiful music. It doesn’t have to be long, but what is required is to synchronize your breathing. This is a very powerful thing to do, when you sit and read to your children, especially at bedtime. You’re able to breathe at the same rate, your breathing is in harmony. You can sit in the quiet when a child is sad, angry, and disappointed and just breath, your breathing will soon be in harmony.  The problem right now is that so many of you are in a hurry, you’re not valuing the simple life empowering aspects of your day.  If you can’t see the results, if you can’t hold it in your hand, then it isn’t of value, but you will see great results if you try this.  Read to your children.  Sit down, don’t be in such a rush, nothing is as important than sitting with the children, all else can wait.  When they are older make a pot of tea and sit at the table, make time for quiet activities with your children. 

Chances are your children are already guiding you in this department.  You may want to fill them up with activities but they just keep saying no, you may think they have no interests, but they’re wanting you to come home again.  BE quiet, BE home, BE quiet, BE in the rhythm with the day, with nature, with life.  They don’t need to fill their days up with activities, they’re happy. WE ARE COMPLETE”

When we first went to Washington I wanted to take my kids to the Olympic Peninsula, to the rainforest.  When we got to the west side of the mountain, between the Pacific Ocean and the mountain, I became very claustrophobic.  I was surprised by my response; trouble breathing, anxious, and jittery.  When we finally drove south, beyond the mountain, I thought, “thank God, now we can go home”.  But you see “home” was in Connecticut, even though I was staying at my sister-in-law and brother-in-law’s and had been there for only 2 days before setting out for this little adventure their home had become my known – i.e. home.  I realized I was homesick.  

My spirit guide explained to me that being “homesick” is a common unconscious feeling that many hold.  Not necessarily homesick for a physical dwelling but for their spiritual home, heaven, the light, whatever their idea of this known location of love, comfort, and peace.  I understood that many people make choices that aren’t necessarily life enhancing perhaps to hasten their time on earth.  This isn’t a conscious action, of course, but my hunch is that most addictions stem from this unconscious desire to “go home”, “to blow Dodge”, “to get the heck out of here”…

Remember how you felt at summer camp?  It was fun and all, but in the background of those quiet moments was a longing to be back in the comfort of the familiar.  As much as many of us have the desire to live, to be alive, we also have the resistance to living, to truly being alive too.  

This morning I woke up with such enthusiasm.   I haven’t been excited to wake up in years.  I have felt lost and confused for so long, that I felt exhausted even before my feet hit the carpet to begin my day.  What changed? Let me try to explain…

From my blog entry from yesterday ~ Groundhog’s Day ~ I quote “Many of us are hiding away like the groundhog in a darkened cave.  Hiding our full potential from ourselves and from the world.  Afraid of our own shadow, we hide away in the dark, so we can no longer see it.  What would happen if we recognize that our shadow is merely a reflection of our own self-illusion as we stand in the light of love?” Ummm

What I realized this morning was that I actually lived with my Shadow Self.  Imagine that?  Most of us live with our Shadows.  Our shadow is whoever pushes our buttons the quickest, whoever we run away from, whoever we criticize, blame, and judge, whoever makes us squirm in their presence. When we stop and face our shadow and recognize it as a “reflection of our own self-illusion as we stand in the light of love” we can let them go, and as we let them go, we let ourselves go and all that is left is love…ummm!
