When a customer call an Advisor Think is this person for me can I pay 2.99 or more? More money do not make the Advisor any better then some one that is .99 cent less or more. IF you the customer has to ask for your money back then may be you should talk with some one that is less then 2.99 a minute be fair with us you choose to call' yes the economy is not at it's best .
IF I end the call in the FIRST minute I am saving you money .NO ONE*** I WILL SAY THIS AGIN ***NO ONE CAN DO A READING IN ONE MINUTE. You the customer pick the Advisor and all Advisor are not for everyone that is why there are many to choose from this dose not mean they are not good.
And if you have a good one stay with that person For when you go from person to person the next Advisor may not be for you. I will tell you now I am not GOD, I do not no everything ,I am good at what I do for the right person. You may call me and I have no cnnection with you I will let you go .
I also do not do Time Frame* AND TO SAVE YOU MONEY EMAIL me ask what is it I do? this way you do not have to ask for refund please. This is a job we are here to help, Stop all the bashing you no who you are, There are some that can not go out to work .IF for some reason your Advisor not on you pick the next Advisor ( free will ) if you think this person not for you hang up end the call.

I would like to talk about free will & destiny ,If for any reason you do anything different then your reading will change this is call free will. When I do a reading i analyze the reading to see if Destiny has a hand in the reading,You may always change your reading the choice is yours.Unless destiny play apart .

I also think it is very nice of keen to give First time caller free minutes to call and see what keen is about.My only wish is that if a caller calls for the first or on free minute time They would have to put equal or more money on the call be for the call can be RATE. NOT JUST PAY 3 MINUTES on a ten minutes call.
If a call is 10 minute and free that fine, NO RATING should be given, to rate just because that person add for one to 3 minutes. This dose not help when someone comes along and give you a BASING.
