What A "Good Friday", Everyone.

How Will This Full Moon Effect Your (Love) Life?

Happy Wednesday, Everyone?

We are now just two days short of the Full Moon which this month comes at a time of heightened planetary influence. In addition we are now only hours short of the Vernal Equinox, which this year occurs at 05:48 GMT (00:48EDT) on the 20th of March. As if this weren’t enough the Moon is also aspecting with numerous planets in quick succession, and is currently directly aligned with Saturn whilst also being in opposition to both Venus and Mercury.

The proximity of the Full Moon is guaranteed to produce tense and anxious moods that will be filled with increased nervous restlessness that could make it difficult to settle. Indeed those vulnerable to sensitive atmospheres may find this present period to be highly challenging. This also holds true for those susceptible to panic attacks, or sudden emotional upsets, as the next few days will be particularly sharp and penetrating.

As with any Full Moon setting feelings of aggression, irritability, or anger will never be very far from the surface and it will be easy to succumb to needless arguments or flashes or temper. Indeed for some there may be a definite liking for confrontation, even if only for the sake of it. However it should be warned that this mood is capable of turning exceptionally nasty and where arguments develop there may be little restraint in what is said or done. This will be especially likely where there is the consumption of alcohol whose effects will be particularly magnified at this time.

Another principal feature of this time is the alignment of the Moon and Saturn. The two will remain conjunct until around 21:00 GMT (16:00 EDT) and likely mood traits include a more restrained, limited and disciplined influence that will act as a balance against some of the harsher Full Moon characteristics. Unfortunately this alignment can also lead to severe lack of confidence or an easy sense of disappointment or discouragement. In addition there may be a tendency towards pessimistic moods laden with apprehension or fear; all of which will be heightened by the proximity of the Full Moon.

As mentioned above, both the Moon and Saturn are now in opposition to Mercury and Venus, creating a highly complex mood situation with contrasting moods that may tend to cancel each other out. As it is the Mercury/Venus alignment will likely instil more agreeable thoughts and emotions with added charm and friendliness that will at least add a degree of balance and control to what is otherwise a very tense mood environment.

Despite some of the more negative aspects of this present mood scene there is the potential for energy laden activity that if channelled correctly will act as a firm boost to productivity and output. This period may also be pivotal in setting in focus a way forward for the future, and although some of its traits tend towards easy disillusionment there is also a cool and calculating aspect to this mood that will allow for an unusual degree of reasoned thought and deliberation.

Be careful, My Darlings. Watch your impulses. This full moon will bring dramatic change, but you want it to bring positive change, not negative. Our full moon Friday will be in Libra, effecting relationships of all kinds. :)

Happy Thursday Everyone,

The energy has started building towards the coming full moon in Libra. Can you feel it?

This years Full and New Moons will be made all the more powerful because each one of them coincides with the Moon also being aligned with either Mars or Uranus. This is guaranteed to result in a particularly tense run up to each of the New and Full Moons of the year, especially so since the Moon will also be aspecting with numerous other planets at these times.

Another special point regarding 2008 is that for the first time in numerous years there is not a single day that is not subject to the influence of some major alignment. It means that this year, whether for better or for worse, will be conditioned by an immense celestial signature that will mark the year out as one of considerable significance. A true Psychic or Spiritual Worker doesn't need to solicit you or threaten you for business. You go to them when you need them. A true Psychic or Spiritual Worker will not tell you that you should send money by Western Union or ask you to give them your credit card number or ask you to buy them exorbitant gifts (via wish list) as a form of payment. A true Psychic or Spiritual Worker is not afraid to have you make your request and payment through a credit card or mediary payment service. They stand by their work and are not afraid that you may ask to have your money returned. And they will return it, if you are not happy with the work.

Is Your Mood Unpredictable?

Happy Weekend, Everyone!

The Moon is now in opposition to Mars and will remain so until around 13:00 GMT (08:00 EDT) on the 2nd of March.

With regards to moods and emotions this is likely to create an atmosphere of increased zest and tension. In addition there is likely to be a more forceful, energetic and self willed attitude with restless and impatient emotions. Also apparent may be quickly aroused passions with a keen sense of like and dislike that may dispose towards impatience or intolerance and invite arguments and confrontation.

One of the more cheerful aspects of this period is the continuing alignment between Mercury and Venus. This has been influential for around ten days now and has contributed towards making the overall mood atmosphere more cheerful and agreeable than it might otherwise have been. It can also give rise to powerful nervous and mental stimulus with a more harmonious disposition that will tend towards feelings of charm and gentleness. In reality of course the actual mood atmosphere will be a mixture of each of the above mentioned traits and inclinations and as to which of these predominate may largely be a matter of personal circumstance.

Either way this constitutes a rather complex emotional situation where feelings of a more aggressive nature sit along side those of an altogether more sedate disposition or a mood atmosphere that may veer towards an appreciation of the finer things in life. Feeling Tense?

The primary source of tension is a Mars/Pluto opposition that is in effect for the next several weeks. Mars symbolizes physical energy, Pluto signifies power, oppositions tend toward tension, and when these two planets face off, even the air has a brutal, confrontational edge. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself irritated by any and every little thing. And anticipate you or someone you love seething with indignation or outrage over what would normally be a minor incident, not even worthy of an arched eyebrow. Try not to swipe, snipe, or gripe just to let off steam. Remember, pointing a blaming finger may provide instant gratification, but it’s not likely to change the situation. It could actually make matters worse.

Fortunately, the ongoing Jupiter/Uranus sextile continues to provide at least a modicum of relief from the stress. This positive alliance offers the potential for creative solutions, not the run-of-the-mill, standard, or quick fixes meant to put a band-aid on a serious situation. Jupiter is philosophical and one of its best qualities is its propensity for a broad perspective. Uranus is always interested in change, and when Jupiter and Uranus work together, we experience the ability to embrace a new take on an old pattern.

The very best news is that a Sun/Jupiter sextile provides the potential for joy even in the midst of madness. This sextile is funny. Just be careful to avoid the sort of cruel sarcasm that could easily give vent to the brutality of the Mars/Pluto opposition. Laughter at the expense of another will only exacerbate the tension. Why You Feel The Way You Do. :)

The alignment between Mercury and Venus is now coming to a peak. This has now been active for around a week and likely mood traits may incline towards feelings of charm and gentleness, along with a more agreeable and harmonious disposition as well as better inclined expressional abilities. However this alignment can also stimulate powerful mental and nervous activity with heightened moods and feelings that occasionally may just be a little too strong for comfort.

Venus and Mercury are also two of the closest planets to the Earth, hence their energy will be all the greater. Sometimes when this is the case the characteristic traits of each individual planet, which in this case should produce more agreeable emotions, are offset by a more generalised burst of zest and energy that can incline towards a more aggressive side of the emotional spectrum. As well as anything this can produce simmering resentments, anger, or feelings of hostility or superiority.

In the next few days we shall be entering a period where the phase of the Moon will be conducive to calmer and more tranquil emotions, although this may be at the expense of some melancholia and depression. This Weekend Was An Emotional Rollercoaster!

Happy Presidents Day, And Happy New Year, Everyone!

I say Happy New Year because astrologically January 1st didn't move us forward this year. Mars was retrograde, then Mercury went retrograde and all our big plans went for naught. Any progress we made was hard fought and left us exhausted. So, give yourself a pat on the back for making it this far. :)

Hello Everyone,

If you listen closely, you’ll hear the hum of the great engine of 2008 getting ready to finally move forward. Mars, the muscle of daily life, direct since January 30, is gathering momentum and is poised to spring into action as soon as Mercury, retrograde since January 28, goes direct late in the day on February 18. Which means by February 20 we are entirely free of astro-inhibitors for the first time since the start of the New Year. Unfortunately, this week we’re still enslaved by retrograde details, detours, and delays, a position that translates into testy tempers, short-fused frustration, and all variety of backaches and headaches. Still, the week can be used for preparation for what lies ahead. So keep putting one foot in front of the other and expect that soon your baby steps will turn into giant leaps.

Today’s emotional outlook is very similar to that of yesterday’s. That is a period of that is broadly coloured by the alignment between the Sun and Neptune, which is the sole alignment of any note at this time. As a result the characteristic elements of this alignment will be more sharply felt than usual and this will mean a contiuning period of sensitive and impressionable moods with powerful self refining impulses.

This is also a period that may tend towards idealistic or impractical ideas as well as ideas for grand schemes and ventures. However emotions will be strongly vulnerable to criticism, setbacks, or disappointments and petty fears and apprehensions may cloud judgement and contribute to a degree of mental chaos or confusion. There may also be a tendency towards deceit or self deception with an intense desire to retire from the tensions and realities of life through escapism in its limitless forms.

Under these circumstances this may all too easily take the form of resorting to drugs or drink or even eating more than usual, and those with an addictive personality should be warned that this atmosphere may be prone to test their restraint to the very limit.

The sensitive nature of this period means that even though this is not an overtly confrontational atmosphere there is still the possibility of sudden conflict as feelings may easily be upset or stirred towards agitation by a perceived insult or feelings of personal censure that may at other times have remained totally unnoticed. However it is likely that any flare-up of temper will be of short duration only.

Once more this period offers a chance for enhanced spiritual or mystical insight, and the opportunity to open up new avenues of personal discovery or the chance to set in focus ones current course of developement. There is also the potential to excel in activities of a strongly expressional nature with an added boost to imaginative powers that will be perfect for artistic and creative exploits.

For some days now the Earth’s atmosphere has been buffetted by strong Solar winds that have led to varying degrees of geomagnetic activity. As well as attractive displays of the Northern Lights this activity can also have subtle effects on moods and emotions. These may tend towards irritable or restless emotions with a poor sense of focus and concentration.

In addition there may be neuralgic aches or pains and the possibility of headache, toothache, dizziness or palpitations. However once again it should be stressed that if these are a result of geomagnetic activity symptoms tend to be of short duration only and if they persist for longer than a few days are likely to be of some other origin.

Coming days should see a diminishing in the intensity of moods and emotions but this will be at the expense of some melancholia or depression.***
