About Love

Just as much as joy lies within the bounds of the heart,
There lies pain, So endless and sad and even sometimes awfully bad to a point that we must learn to love -again.

So let us now evolve from this place of unknown fear,
Of a hurting heart and be strong my dear,
For when in your spirit your choice is clear. Rise above the storms,
to live in joy. never fear for love never dies, it lies deep within the folds of our breast.
Just taking a little break. while your heart doth rest
Until you can once more take.
The throb of passion, and feels the joy of life away from strife.
Never fear for then , once again,
True love is here.

I counsel many each day. Some sad, some glad and some even quite angry and mad. They have the right to be. Sometimes even you and I can feel that life has not treated us well. Our lovers don’t seem to understand. ( or so it seems)

This simply happens when our lovers or companions are not in the same frame of mind and spirit with you. It is important to remember that it takes a while for energies to get meshed together. It’s like placing to molds of clay and needing them into place. You don't want them to mix too much for then they will loose their singular color They need to stay apart and yet be as one.
Much like people. You don’t want your love to be just like you. What fun would that be? You would like to be enjoyed loved and adored so you can be the same for them. Ahhh but sometimes that is not what they want. Is It?
Then there is too much of pain. We start to all them names “ Like immature’ or non evolved. ( a couple of the better one’s ) However that is being judgmental. and that is what hurts our spirit most. Yes it is important that our desires are met, however if you can step aside a bit from the emotional saga then it will be easier to see what they have to offer. Then decide if that is what we truly want.

It is like pressing your nose to a mirror all you will see are your big eyes. The whole of you is not seen.I would not like that at all. After all I need to put on my lovely pink lip stick. LOL. It is very important to remember that even though we are drawn to soul connections, and they make us yearn for love in each life time we have to re-learn the connection that is the key. and that needs a little space and time. And sometimes what we find may not be that great. But if you can keep a nice balance of body, mind and spirit you will get the best and give the best and you would have evolved you a higher place without even trying that hard.

Most of the time this is hard to do. But if we can be aware and mindful of these facts it can be done. Alignment of two spirits need to be worked on . Constantly. For we are all changing. Weather that change is fun or no fun is dependent for a large part on attitude. We are only fooling ourselves when we try to change others. That does not happen . But we can change us.

Let us remember why we got involved in the first place. It was to find true love and joy. That we cannot achieve through constant pain. Pain drops our spirit to depression and anger. both of which is not the greatest state to be in. Specially if it becomes a constant.

Talking to the other person about where they are in their attitude towards the romance will help also getting a spiritual guidance reading can at this point be invaluable. However one must then take this knowledge and apply it to life.

If they are not ready then give your self some time too. Just enjoy them. Just the time that you are together. That is the best way to know if you still want to be with them in the future. Sometimes it is nothing to do with love, but everything to do with the circumstances that makes relationships dissolve and not evolve.

If we can understand this in a spiritual way then it will help us to grow within what ever your relationship is.

That is a point of faith and power and truth. So even in the hardest of times true wisdom and growth is absolutely possible. That is the true power of spiritual wisdom. May the wisdom of your spirit remain with you now and always. Take care till we chat again. Blessings D

Use The Power of Color To Attract Love.

Colors have many shades and hues. Many teachers cal it an Aura.Or spiritual color. The candle it self does not create the attraction but the thought process, the color, and the intent in which it is lit is very powerful.
You can Choose your candles to create and bring great energy to you. For the Power of Love Red, and Pink candles are most effective. They speak to us about Passion and the tenderness of love itself.
The Light of the candle is healing. For those who are non believers it may not be that effective. After all as we know it is the power of your faith that is the driving engine in all things.

During the season of color let us think of Love in a deeper way. Remember to feel is primal and to Think and create and be through it all is also important.
Let us handle our lives with a pink candle of Love and Live our life with the passion of Red.

Candles help our spirit to attract, detract and bring many thoughts and energies to us. To bring love to your experience light a pink candle today. In your mind come together in love and then let the thought free. That is your intent sent out to the universe. Now let the candle burn for you.

The Reason for the Season

The Autumn time finds me in a time of Renewing. It is like a butterfly shedding it's cocoon. The toll of the year gone past leaves a little tiredness in my spirit that I am happy to get rid of. I evaluate my self. My goals. My visions and look at areas that I need to re-new.
This last year I was very involved with building, creating, channeling . I finished my website. and with the help of my man got it up an running. I enjoyed the run. It was fun. Now it is time to work my little strut.
So may be you would do the same. These are the goals I am looking at,

    * How can I complete what I started?
    * What are the deeper lessons I have learned from this?
    * Did I achieve much during this year?
    * Have I grown within my spirit with me, with God, with friends and with my clients?

and so on..... I feel the gentle rain that is washing on us during this time is giving us a new lease of life. Welcoming the season of love, reflection, and truth.

Let us Renew our vows, in a stronger deeper way with more awareness and our own truth thrown in with God's everlasting one's.

I work with my angels during this time to bring more spiritual enlightenment to my daily life. I am happy to be here for you and share the messages of light that Liana and your own guide will bring for you.

Let the rush of spirit fill me with deep anticipation.

First dates are always exciting. The anticipation of it all. It is exciting, Is it not? The dressings up and getting ready. Specially for a women. It is interesting how to day things have changed, Your suitors come right in to your door. In fact into your living room and into your office where ever your computer is. . Smiling away on your screens. In fact there are many ( hopefully ) Not just one. This is a good thing. I think . there are many that have found love through these open door and many who have found the basis of a good fruitful family life filled with abundance. Today I want to speak to those who are still out there and searching. There are some of us who have done this before and are comfortable in it’s space and then there are a few others who feel a little apprehensive about it all. Whoever you are I hope this episode will help you . A few things to remember.

A first date is just that.- “ A first date” -It is not about seeing if this is Mr. Right or Mr Wrong. It is about just seeing who the other person is and seeing if you both can share that moment in space with a few laughs and some good conversation. It takes more than the first few dates for people to really get to know each other. Remember that it is not just a emotional thing. Just as emotions are important. It is a factual thing and the persons actions towards you, what they do and what they say and the sharing of their dreams as they go along takes time. and vise versa. It will take you more than a few minutes to share you dreams with another. So don’t make the first date or the first few dates a heavy affair. Make it light and fun. Think of looking beautiful cos it makes you happy to put on your cute shoes or hat. Enjoy being a women.

Learn to share information equally. - Sometimes we just LOVE to talk ( ha ha that is so much me, the women) and we forget that the other person has something to say too. So balance the date. Now if he talks too much and you cant get a word in then you know. That’s not going to work. imagine another women in your house. LOL well that can happen. I have a neighbor who cant stop talking at the top of his voice. Our houses are built fairly well apart and still I hear him. I know his wife never talks ( well I am making that up- to make you laugh) but if you don’t like it there is your Que. to make an exit. Gracefully. Yes remember to be graceful. A women without grace is not very attractive.

If you would like to see him again. Just mention it but don’t make a big deal about it within your self - especially. Remember that it is still the early stages. It is important to have your power and your light shining within. Don’t give it all away at the drop of a hat. Fancy that, at a drop of a hat.

Remember to chose. Sometimes we just forget. We just need to be needed. We don’t even care for what. Remember that you have a choice. Ask your self that question. “From all of them around me who is the best for me?” now remember that it takes a little time to figure that out. Most of us don’t like to wait. We want our relationships to be like instant puddings. Well that is not a really good thing. Instant pudding does not ever compare to hand made one’s. You should know that. Interestingly time evolves things. It evolves things in a conscious way and in an unconscious way. Remember some one told you about “sleep on it” - boy we don’t like that very much do we. Sleep on it ! It is sound advice.

Remember to be Joyful. During the date and after the date. Don’t get stressed out if someone does not like you. Or if he or she does not call you again. Not every one likes every one . God just made it that way. So just by remembering that you are beautiful and joyful you will find your place of happiness within and not just without.

A few don’t on these first dates. Don’t make it all about you .Try to talk about many things.

Don’t hang around for too long. It is good to keep a little mystery going. Let him want to get to know you more. Now don’t rush out as you got there give it time to settle in and then enjoy yourself a little and then depart. Remember again to be graceful. and feminine.
Dress in a way that you are sexy but not distracted with your clothes. wear comfortable things but make is appealing. You don’t want him to keep looking at your chest when interview he wants to get to know you .First impressions are important. You don’t want him thinking that you were waiting to be grabbed. Also don’t dress like a nun. He would think you should be in a convent. We don’t need that. Wear something that makes you look hot but that you don’t have to worry about. Cos then all your attention and not on your out fit.
Don’t guzzle down your drink or drink too much . It will give you a buzz and you wont know what on earth you said . Better to have it under control in public. Specially if he is cute and you would like to hang out again.

Don’t him. In other words don’t keep asking very pertinent questions one after the other. Let the energy flow. share and give some and take some. Make it a fun time.
If someone is not interesting you be upfront ( may be later on a phone call or an IM ) and move on be form but fair. After all that is how you want to be treated.

Lastly. Remember that all that we make today in our life becomes a part of our past and the past is like a cushion we rest on. You can make a lumpy cushion or you can make a nice soft one. The stuffing is up to you. So make sure you put some Joy, Love, Compassion and Confidence into your day and your cushion of memories will be wonderful to snooze on. Dearest Friends,

I hope today finds you well. I hope today the sun will give you some laughter. I know the rain will follow sometimes, Yes it does, for me at least. I live out in Oregon. where there is always some rain and some shine. But There is always a day that dawns with the sun peeking out, and I am grateful.

There are many of us that have our love, safely wrapped up in a little cocoon within our heart. Most of the time “ The feeling of Love” is connected Directly to a person. by being connected with this person we experience, (for ourselves ) this wonderful experience or feeling.

It is rather profound and makes our hearts sing. Like the little sun on a cloudy day. It reminds takes us to another realm of realization and awareness. This feeling of love makes us want to do Good Things, not just for that person but also for ourselves. It makes us want to shop ( that’s me ) Eat cake ( that is me again ) take long walks ( may sometimes, that’s me ) and generally feel good about ourselves.

However just as love can bring joy it can also bring pain. The profound thing about feelings is that we each have our very own feelings. It is truly ours. It relates to all our past experiences and so echoes all our past sentiments. The Feeling of love too bears this sentiment. How wonderfully profound and evolved is that. Each new experience of love or the feeling of it adds to our bring energy and brings to our soul and spirit a new awareness . This new awareness is explored initially through the Heart organ and then the mind organ and then of course the ever evolving spirit.

Sub topic 1 How does this feeling of LOVE help us. ?

It evokes in us an extreme sense of well being that connects our inner spirit to our Bodies and fusses them as one. In one moment of time our soul and body fuses together to give us a brief feeling of what a part of heaven could be like.

The “feeling of love” or “being in love” also makes us closer to what God himself “ the supreme being” - we get a glimpse as to what all that is about . It is true that each of us has a God Place. For the Spirit of God dwells within each of us and so it also reflects ( at times ) the characteristics of God . This is a wonderful thing, this awareness can surely make our spirits and soul rise above this earth and grow in a most profound way.

Sub Topic 2 - How To Truly love Each Other.

Sometimes we end up judging others and feeling a little more than frustrated with their actions. Most of the time it is because they don’t do the right thing or we are just not happy with the way they handled maters. In other words they are NOT in alinement , with us. This can be viewed in many ways.

Either they are just plain ol mean or having some underlying reason why they just cant be nice to us. It could be some control issues or they just don’t see it our way cos their experiences are just not what we have had. In each case it is what it is and to dwell on it for so long can only make you mad. There can be healthy variants of opinions and there can be unhealthy arguments over them. Getting in to a fighting match that will only exasperate and create issues. It is better sometimes to speak your truth as you see it and then leave it. If it has a sense of credibility to it or if it rings a true at a later date it will be thought of and accepted in the mind of the other individual, or you and I have to accept the fact that it is not in alignment with with them and be gracious enough to let it go.
Or they could just not be agreeing with you. Period. So you and I can say. We agree to disagree. Even though in your mind you feel that you are right. You may be so. However we don’t have the right to press that down another’s throat , they must realize this through their own experiences and understanding. And sometimes, just waiting around for them to do so is not a very practical thing to do, and It is better to move on . and realize that we are all very different. Find peace with that.
It is apparent that we seem to judge those that we love more than the stranger on the street. We build some expectancies around our friendships and loves and we get a little upset when they don’t comply or see eye to eye with us.

Then we get a little negative, may be even a little irritated and say that they are just Not being who they should be.Or that they are joust not learning the truth. Remember they will learn only if they chose to or They may never learn.Or they may never want to learn. Or they may just simply have another point of view .

All of this becomes more bearable and realistic when we realize that there is wonder and beauty in being deferent people. and may be that was one of the reasons why you liked this person or loved this person in the first place.

It is always healthy to have more than one point of veiw. Either way it is better to move way from this feeling of frustration and judgmental, for with it all we learn of feelings and desires directly apposed to the feelings of love and our friendships and ties die faster for it. In the end, it is you that is found standing on the curb feeling not so good, feeling rather left out and demoralized, even on a sunny day.

So my friends just as the many teachers have said. Learn to love people for who they are and you and I will be much happier.

What is Mercury Retrograde? and how best to handle it ...

Discussion about Mercury Retrograde. - 6th september to the 29th of september.

Though I don’t professionally work with Astrology it is always a very fascinating science to me. My readings and my counseling sessions are full of energy and spirit and the heavens and the earth too seem to revolve around spirit. gently pushing and pulling and jogging along with and against each other. The planets and their alinements affect our daily life constantly. You can see that in a simple example of the “ rising of the tides” The beautiful roaring sea rises to a higher level each month as the big moon becomes fuller in it’s shape and pulls at the waves with all it’s might. Such is the wonder of the universe and so today we are going to just venture into a little monologue about this mercury Retrograde period that you and I are in.

What is a retrograde.

It happens two or three times a year. The Planet Murcery seems to slow down and then stop. (This is by the way, an optical illusion) like the rest of the planets are moving away leaving it alone. It is like you walking fast passing a person in a wheelchair. If you were to go fast enough it would seem that the person was actually going backward even though they were still moving forward, The backward appearance of movement of the plant is what is called the retrograde.

What happens during a retrograde. How does it affect us humble human folk.

Mercury is the planet that rules communication. So Most things to do with this goes all over the place. Your e-mail may get lost of go to someone else. Or your website will just keep crashing. Or a card you have sent a friend is still on it’s way. I myself have had a few instances this last week that I had to use all patience to stop pulling my hair out. After all I did not want to be a bald diva. LOL

How Best to Handle this time

This time is best spent looking at life and matters of the past. It is not a time to invest new things but give a “finesse” to matters that need attending to. It is a time of rest and deep contemplation. With the daily bustle of life there are so many things in life that we don’t pay attention to. Our relationships, our projects, Reading, meditating. So on and so forth. It is great time to look at your life as a whole in terms to new spiritual growth. We all have our dreams and our goals. Rest Relax and look at them for what they are and see and envision how you can improve them.

What not to do during this time.

It is said that it is better to leave new projects as well as new assignments till this period is over. Especially legal documents and agreements. it is said that if you do sign an agreement during this time or start a new project of some sort you may have to revise it all over again. It will be double the trouble. So why go there? Enjoy this time with peace love and joy and remember that all this in creation needs to grow and rest and gather their strength. Recognizing this and embracing this will heighten your awareness and create in you a new spirit to move forward with Love, understanding and prosperity. Throw the "MONKEY" out of your "HEAD"...

A vessel of gold is my mind,

Holding the treasures of many a time,

Reflections and shadows dwell,

and like the mighty sea does swell.

To greet the morn in radiance, and once more I say,

Keep your mind fresh like a new born babe,

For where you spirit doth gently lay,

There your mind.

Does humbly rest and stay.

The bus stops, A car door opens. A mother drops her child at school. The day dawns again. Fresh and new. Bathed with the morning dew. We each awaken, our bodies our souls and our minds to embrace a new beginning with the rising of the sun.

Yet how many of us make a definite decision to be mindful ,- of your mind? How many of us chatter away inside that wonderful place we call a brain. Constantly talking. Most of the talk is somewhat negative. Most times it is only when we are angry or look back at something that is bothering us that we go into this “ Monkey Chatter Mode” as I call it.

Now you get the good chatter. Which is an evolving of your thoughts in a good way. and you get the negative chatter. Just as I mentioned before. Mostly scolding someone in our head. Do you know that thought patterns like these can be very harmful to the mind and our own body. It generates a negative vibration that is the beginning and end of a rather dissatisfied day.

Why do we do that? Is it because we are not accepting of our selves. Or others. Or is it just because we don’t have our own way.

Well what ever the reasons are lets just get rid of that monkey . Throw him out. Tail and all. It is not worth you and I sweating over the small stuff. Instead realize that the mind is where your soul dwells. Why would you want to give your soul a bowl of goupe to live in. No make it a shiny castle of peace and good will. Every one has issues.It is a part of learning . How we handle our selves during these issues is what makes us spiritually and emotionally evolved. All we have to do is to recognize our trends of thought and change it.

Ahh so I see now a whole lot of monkeys running around on the street. They have all fallen out of our heads. it is a fun sight to see and with that Vision I will leave you today. It was as usual wonderful to visit with you, even for a little while.

Greatness Lies in YOU

Today’s world can be rather competitive. There are many who like to tread on toes. Just because they can. Most of them don’t even like to discuss matters. I have learned through life that ” Nothing is for free” Someone has to pay for it. Now we can look at this on a spiritual level and understand a few deeper truths.

To be blessed with talents and gifts is a wonderful thing. Ever since I was a child I was told I was very talented. Now, it was all in the arts. I could not throw a ball to save a soul. I enjoyed my work and was involved in many creative ventures. I studied Architecture, Design, Music in the Royal schools ( Trinity ) and Voice. Even today I use all my gifts over and over and in doing so I realize that they don’t really show my greatness but the greatness of my creator.

There are many who have tread “on me little toes” many a time, but I have got up, looked them in the eye. Forgiven, and moved on and mover up to better things. Today I use my talents to write to you . To create. Most of this graphic work is created by me. But as you can see Architecture is Not my profession. Helping and healing is, and back in school all that was still to be had and felt. It was an adventure all of this and a good one !

However to get here I had to go through many courses of training and it has all helped me to develop my own skills in business and understanding people. To be more caring and loving and patient. It has helped me to value talent and help those less fortunate than I. This is powerful for you and me, if we take time to look at it. Your talents can be used in various ways. They don’t have to be just used for work. There is a combination of you than no one ever has. So don’t let the world with ” Lowly” little people take it away from you. Your Glory is The Glory of God himself, and when we recognize our gifts and use them wisely then we will be led into paths of greatness and you too will be one of the great people that helped to heal the world and shine your love.

Shine your light for all to see,
Under the shady lonely tree,
Do not be afraid that none would see,
For God himself resides,
Gently neath the leaves so green
So let your light shine
Even in lowly places,
Where your greatness is only felt,
and not really seen.

For greatness truly lies within.

Making and Keeping your wealth through these hard times

Some Few Pointers.

Lets look at where we are at. Keep it real.

This is sometimes hard to do, we don’t want to open the bills that come in the mail. However it is better to get in touch with those that request our attention, and let them know in a few short words the situation that you are in. Sometimes if you don’t feel like talking at least send them a written note. It is better to act than not.

See within your spirit what you would like to have and what you would like to get rid off.

During our lifetime there are many things that we acquire. Some materiel, Some emotional, and hopefully some spiritual. Through our life we go through many changes, however without even our knowledge we still carry all the load with us. When it comes to stuff. Yes just look in the garage. There may be a heap of things that you can put up for sale. Get rid of it . If it is not doing you any good and it is taking up your space. There are many places now on the internet that you can sell your good’s for free. If you don’t have the skills for it. well then look on line for a computer sales geek that will help you. There are even companies that will sell your stuff for you on e-bay.

Have a yard sale. If you are depressed and don’t feel like it, then involve a few friends and ask them to help you. That way you can get rid of the ” lonely feeling”

Getting rid of a BOSS

Now this is a little harder to do… It is better that you make the change. At least be thankful that you have a job. Now it is time to get a new one. Take time and connect with a head hunter firm. The important thing is to be exited about your change and not be in a almighty hurry. Hurry causes too much worry.

If your Job. Then don’t wait till your unemployment runs out !!! It is better to get something going as soon as you have taken a few days off. A little break to revive the spirit. When you loose the momentum to work it is hard to get back in. Maybe you wont get that perfect job -pronto- but that is ok. Try getting a part time one at least that you will like. Remember to create good thoughts and energy, for you will help to generate more of the same…

How To have a BETTER LIFE
That my friends you and I can talk about. The best way to come to better conclusions is to just be able to talk to your counselor with a sense of openness. Sometimes that is hard to do since our “wealth situation is very close to our ego and privacy. Sometimes you can work through this particular time with correct form of thought. Or even the way you condition your mind towards a situation will help. Sometimes we have to let go of some situations and people in order to rise above the hard time.

A good life does not mean loads of money. Here we talk about the quality of life. How you spend each day. Is it with joy? do you have less ” Stuff” to take care of? Can you give to another of your time and Love? It matters to your spirit and to your well being. Sometimes in order to be happy we need to understand that recognizing and embracing what you truly love is the key.

Don’t Procrastinate

Do what you have to do now to make your life better. There is nothing better than the present time.

Remember there is always a “better” way. Finding it is the key. Each of us have our own special talents, if you have not discovered them by now then it shows that most of the time you are thinking about what is around you and not “You”. That does need to change.
Think bigger than what you have. Dream Big and Feel your dream. connect with your dream on a daily basis. Think it in your mind and see it in your spirit.

Always remember to talk to God. Don’t shut him out. but don’t use prayer and a convenient vehicle out of a situation. We were all born to do Great works not just good works, and this is to be done at all times. Specially if things are tough.

Don’t listen to the nonsense of the media. Now some of it is good and there are many that keep the truth alive. But most of the time there is a lot of “Doom” and Gloom” out there. Much worse that it truly is. We were making these wrong investment choices for nearly a decade. It is normal now that we have to change our ways. It is inevitable.

Money without responsibility does not thrive for long. A beautiful 5 bedroomed home can become a huge burden. a sports car can easily be towed away. Yes we have to pay for some of the silly choices a few have made. But remember, if you were blessed once you will be blessed even more when you believe in that blessing. Do not think it is an end. It is only a new beginning. and understanding that NO ONE cane take the true wealth of your spirit away from you, this is the key to real success.

Having Strength through adversity.

Life can be a little tough for us all. These are hard times. the world is rocked like a babe due to all the financial and economic drama. The news comes blasting out at us, like a monkey with it’s tail on fire. It does not help. But keeps us still wrapped up in the clouds of human deception.

As a counselor I am humbled and privileged to be involved with people’s lives at a very deep and effective level. To me, it is apparent that some of this chaotic energy is causing to filter into the personal lives of people. The loss of Jobs, Wages, Homes and personal stability is causing many of us to rack around in our own personal relationships and our own personalities. There is not a time called “ Satan’s Time” but I am sure that he is having an ice cream fest to celebrate our misery....

During the last week my spirit has been drawn to many spiritual aspects, one of which was “ Letting go of problems, and having strength through adversity”

Life is not without problems. Life will always have them. For we are imperfect creatures generally trying to make good of messy situations. So it this is the case how does this help us in our daily life? and where is God in all of this? Why does he allow such difficulties to prevail?

The answer is simple. God did not create these problems. We did. However God helps us through them. He uses them to create strength of character and a deeper spiritual understanding within us. Sometimes it is that we have forgotten our own spirituality and we are just going about our merry way. In the mean time our ever wondering soul is suffering through the grind of day to day stuff.

Or, we simply ignore that we are spirit filled beings and just go on looking at our earthly surroundings. Forgetting our higher purpose of this lifetime. Now ask your self. What do you remember most. Joy or Pain. Most of the time it is pain that makes us realize how we can do better the next time around. It is pain that helps us reach our higher self and ask God for his forgiveness. So it is all these troubles that finally connects us to our inner spiritual being, more than any of the grand wonderful things this world gives to us. Well of course there are good things such as love and joy that also instill the presence of our spirit, and God within us. But that is for another story for another day and another time my friends.

This is so true. Sometimes we cannot control how other’s are, or what they will do. We place our faith and trust in them, we expect great things from them. We assume that they would do or treat you how you would treat them. Only for find out that you are let down. Now you can go on and be angry, hurt, and revengeful, or you can just let go of that and open your arms to better things.Remember when one door closes seven more will open. Remember you may not be able to change the situation. But you can change YOU!
Also we think that God should and would answer “ All “ prayer. Well that is true. He does. However how can we hear him when we are disgruntled and upset and having all these angry voices in our head. How can the still small voice of God come to us. We shut ourselves with angry thoughts....
That is when we shut out the light. Don’t shut out the light. Remember “ All things work out for the Good when we trust in God” and I may add in the power of our own higher spirits. So even if someone has let you down. You can turn that wrong to right but doing a few of these things.

Pick up a good book that you think has some spirit filled materiel. Chose the author carefully. It has to be someone that speaks to your soul. Focus on reading and take your mind away from the problem.
Pick up some scriptures that speak of the promises of God, and put them up on your computer or somewhere you can see them regularly.
Play some sweet music. That will heal your soul.
Speak in spirit, to the person that has hurt you and say that you forgive them. Mean it ! then ask your higher spirit and God to help you let go. Let go and Let God.
Remember it is your path that will lead to the final destiny. So handle it with respect. Handle it well. Keep those promises to yourself and God.
Remember that TIME is essential and a man that delays and lingers on is like an old rag that is caught by the storm. The colors fade dies down.

Create a better space in your spirit. Knowing that each new day can be a new beginning. Stop complaining. Start Living. Enjoy everything. Give Praise in All circumstances. For all things will work for the greater good when you are truly in the light.

May the many miracles of life remain with you. and remember never to stop working for them.

The Harvest Moon.

Oh harvest moon, you hang so densely among the clouds,

How The SPIRIT MOVES...

There are many questions we have, when it comes to all that the universe has to offer. However most of our questions lie in what we are not familiar with. Today one of my old friends asked me if I read palms. I had to disappoint her. Like many other sciences I am sure that palmistry has it’s own wonder but I never really studied it.

I do believe that God was the greatest scientist. I am also pretty confidant that the spirit of God dwells within all things. How beautiful is that. How profound. Sometimes these mysteries of creation not only fascinates us but also gives us the “ Chilie Willies.

Now I may not know it all, though I act as if I do sometimes, however my learning about the spirit world increased tremendously once I started to really practice the art.

The interesting thing is that, though practice makes perfection in this case “ perfection” seems rather endless. I think of myself with the backdrop of the universe. There is so much constant change, the important thing is to remained in what I call “POSITIVE ALIGNMENT” with it. To be able to have many life times, learning in great humility, and being open to a better sense of growth, that is something I do look forward in doing, and have enjoyed in special moments in this life lime.

Today I want to share with you my experience in the psyche. Now this is my own vision and I cannot speak for the many. It is interesting that each spiritual gift has it’s own color and timber. Many of us are not wanting to speak about their own gifts let alone talk about or even acknowledge another’s. However I am sure they have their own special gifts themselves and God given talents. Blessed be to them…

It is a sad thing that today many people exploit the psyche, or the “ spirit” as I call it. There are many readers that profess to tell the future and offer spells and all the woo doo - mumbo jombo. That is sad. The power of God and the power of the “word” is not performed through a craft. But dwells in the here and the now. Within and without us. It is US that create or path. We chose to use it, or loose it. The earth and the universe simply supports the podium of life that we create. In times such as these it is good to remember that we were born to perform “ Good Works”. So cleaning up, a little of your own goop is not going to hurt at all. It will simply help us to do a better job next time.

As reader I do charge for my readings. I have made this my life’s main profession, though singing and directing of music comes very strongly behind me. Jogging a long with great confidence. All aimed at the path of healing.

Also my spirit filled writings help to harness all the little and profound lessons I learn in the journey of my humble life as a counselor, an adviser, a lover a singer and a friend. I hope that they help you in some small way……

To me the messages of spirit come in a very very gentle way. Like the whispers of the trees as the wind blows. Somehow attached and detached at the same time. How kind the spirits are to be sure. The feeling of love and caring constantly shroud these moments, It is like hearing and seeing another human being through a waterfall. It is channeled through the minds eye, and it floats just over my head. So to speak.

However I understand our need to know the future. To feel more secure, to plan, and to grow wisely. For the most part it is based on making good choices today.

As I constantly say. “ It is the path that leads to the prediction” So let us all be more mindful of our paths. It is also a fact that we were born to go through some physical experiences, moreover to do good, kind works. In the humm drum of society today ,this desire and need for spiritual growth has been a little stunted. We are hanging on to the freeway, bumper to bumper but we are hardly moving!!!

Let us so remember why we are really here. It is to grow more beautiful, in the image of God. To do good kind works and share our blessings. In the mid of it all, to be open and aware of our surroundings, for when we hear the voice of the father we must be ready to answer.

He calls on us to prepare. Not for the now, or just for the physical, but also for what is more felt and not seen. If you can imagine the presence of great teachers “hanging out” with us. Like the Buddha or Ghandi or Archangel Michelle. They are all here. In what I can best describe as “ a state of being” . It is like when you are dreaming. You are in your body and yet not. You know you are in a dream but you still are in more of a”state of dream”…. That is what it is about. You can see feel hear and yet you cannot touch. For the dimensions of the spirit are not held by the body. and is essentially not caught by space and time.

Some of us have spent our lives learning and taking time to share these lessons. Others chose to live their lives making the daily choices as best they can. We need both these types of people. Those who are the workers and those who are the thinkers. and then amid them the spirit dwells and loves and helps us to become more like the Great light of God.

Making Life Happen...

Follow me through paths of the endless mind.
Until eternity in this life I find,
and as the roll of the years pass,
I hear the wind in the trees and the rustle of the breeze,
never forgetting why I was here,
It was to be with you dear.
and Learn to Love through hands of time,
Be as one with the essence of the soul,
Has made me see heaven on this earth, and made me whole.

Many of us travel in this lifetime of the "sixth gear mode" taking life as it come.That is easy to do. However with all that is to have, and to take,- comes all the " not so nice stuff' -too. and unfortunately we end up swallowing it all up. One big kaboodle of joyful mess.

This is ware it is important to be definite in your mind, body and spirit. Sometimes making the right choices can be hard. since it is like seeing yourself in the mirror and making a self assessment. that sometimes is too hard to do. however inviting a friend or your counselor to give you an outside perspective will always help.

The important factor is recognizing these great pivotal points in your life and making the " best choice" you can make at the time. Sometimes our options are few or great . but there is Always the choice. and the POWER to choose.

yes it is easy for me to say " chose wisely" when there can be hard choices. Specially when you are dealing with those that are close to your heart. Sometimes we don't want to hurt them and end up hurting ourselves. Be careful . Think wisely. kindness and compassion is important. Starting from you.

I always believe that wisdom comes from inner understanding and contemplation. In times that I have been involved in making hard choices I have sat down and prayed, asked for guidance from God and from my own divine guided angels. yes you could say I am a lucky one, that I do have my own counsel. But so do you. All of us should have our own mentors and our heavenly father. If you like to call him the supreme being. then do so.What ever makes you comfy.....

Wisdom is like a mustard seed that sits PLONK in the middle of this waste mass called the brain. It crepes through the crevices and dances in front of our eye's. Don't shut your eyes to it. It can come tickle your skin. Don't ignore it. It comes with the nagging feeling of . I should turn right when my feet are turning left. Stop . Listen . change course. and if you still made a " not so good judgment" remember this.

As long as you are in the body you can perform great works. and till your task on this earth is done you will have another day for a better course. Time is never lost. Just make the best of your life now. and make it mindfully . with love for others and for yourself. God Bless you and keep you safe.

Time’s have changed, bringing love to us through telephone lines and computer screens. Dating sites flash wonderful welcoming pictures at us all the time. Life is good. Love is good.

There are many that have found ” true love” through many of these wonderful places. however there are others that seem to be struggling with these ” virtual ” love affairs. Even though this form of connection may appear to be distant and disconnected there are many who have made a heart felt commitment to some wonderful man that has swept the off their feet. Experiences connected to a screen of a computer. The feelings that develop through these intimate conversations are as real as those who are in the same room. Even though one could say that the fantasy lives on, it is indeed a very real sort of fantasy to some, and not to be taken lightly.

This is all well and good, today we are indeed blessed with more opportunities of meeting ” the one” However it is important to bring this love to light, bring it to the open, bring it to reality. Some times we don’t really want that . for the ” fantasy somehow has a better feeling of love, than actually going through the motions of meeting the man or women and then having to learn who they really truly are. Often enough many people come with baggage and you end up having to share the load.Not fun at all. Incomes the Load and out goes the Joy !!!!

So we are left with the Good and the “not so good” aspect of these vibrant ” loves” It is always better at a early stage to encourage them to meet you. That way, even though the fantasy dies and reality begins, your heart has time to decide if this is what you would like to explore.

Now let me not burst the bubble for those who enjoy Cyber-Talk. If this is indeed an enjoyment factor, please continue !!! However, remember to be responsible to your heart. If it is the thrill and the joy you are seeking, then go for it.If it is the love and the companionship that you are looking for then, take that cyber love,and make it real. Go meet the man. Go meet the women. Take it to the next level. There is nothing sweeter than finally saying hello.

Try not to have GREAT expectancies, but be open to learn and share what truly is real. there is a lotta love out there and there is one just for each of us. So there is nothing wrong in seeking, finding, Loving and resting. My wish for all of you, is to seek that better love that lies within all of us.

How do you deal with Sharing your Man !!!

Love does not define boundaries. It speaks to us through many many situations. It is not an easy thing to be in love with a man, Let alone sharing him with another. Life is complicated as it is and to handle all that takes a lot of wisdom and some courage.

Some of us have been placed in this rather compromising position. Some of us are going through a hard time wondering when you will hear from your love again. yes i have counseled many during these hard times.

Most of those i have spoken to have had great spiritual connections with their partners. he could be a past life connection and you feel your heart connecting with him almost immediately . and before you know it you are involved.!!! This is sometimes the case.

The past life connection is a hard one to let go. You may have tried, and woken up feeling lost and depressed. I understand. The important fact is that you work through it at the time.

To most people being in love is a wonderful intense experience. and it should be. Most of my clients who ask me this question. The important fact is to understand where your man or women is coming from. Look at his background . Once you have understood the circumstances then we can look at the emotional aspects of the relationship.

Most of the time people have a great sense of duty that surrounds them. if you are a mother or a father the duty as a parent can over come the desire to be with a lover. So sometimes you end up feeling left out.
It is hard dealing with these times but it is also important to understand the kind of connection that you have with your lover. Him being unavailable does not mean that he does not care.

Most of the time people push aside the feelings of love, because it cam take up a lot of their energy and leaves them feeling a little impractical. Specially when situations demands one to- " just get things done".

It is better at the time to focus on positive thoughts and remember the good times. Even though life may not seem very fair to you at the time, getting grouchy about it will only add to the energy separation and spiritual distancing. .

Now I don't mean you need to go out and party!! No, it is better to find another area that you feel happy being in or doing some thing that brings you joy. Don't make your feelings the central focus of your life. If you do you are in for a lonely ride sometimes.

Remember that sense of duty, and time to love, is most often kept separate and so you have to stop hurting your mind over the fact that he has not called you in a few days.
It is not for me to tell you how to live your life. but we own the most important spiritual gift. Making good choices. So if you do care very deeply for your lover at this time. Look at it for what it is. believe in your own feeling and make good choices for your future.
you will know if he loves you, You will feel it when you are with him. take those times to be special and understand them for what they are. In other words. " call a spade a spade " Life is about working the path. We have all wanted to walk the path of life and so how we do it becomes our own choice.

Walk it well. Protect your choices and understand that love is sometimes sacrificed for duty. It is better to live your life well and let this relationship be an enriching factor to your life. Placing it in the center of your being may not be the best thing to do, If he is still involved with another. Even though LOVE is very essential, your investment in love also needs to give you some returns.

The best way to do this is to give yourself a timeframe towards your relationship. Or else you may be find yourself constantly being " the other " women. Now if this is OK with you then so be it. Life and love is precious. Don't waste it...

Be mindful of how important your daily life is. Imagine it filled with love, and set your goals to achieve it. Time spent can never be regained. So spend it will, wisely, effectively and with purpose. May the Love of the universe be with you now and always.

There are many today, that will say that man has developed greatly. What with all the new technology and the buzz of the media. It has indeed become a smaller place to live in that is for sure!

Recently I was in a conversation regarding man's evolution and how we have advanced through the ages. Particularly during the last hundred years. Could it be that we would create life through all this nano sciences and development of the gene ??? A part of the discussion rode on the fact that computers and the new evolving robotics would some how one day over take humanity and maybe even destroy us with their clear thought and logical wisdom. The fear of our own destruction was not far away in the discussion.....

It is very apparent, that in new ways of thought that we are indeed somewhat all knowing. How ever the more I dwell on it the more it dawns on me that man is only getting "fat " in knowledge and not " Tall' . what we are doing is sticking to physical realities, much of these advancements are connected to the physical world.

However if we look at the universe and many other galaxies, ever circling this earth, I end up feeling rather small after all.( But not in a bad way) Suspended in this space of time it does seem endless and our rather egoistic tome that we could even try to overtake the mighty creator or even begin to comprehend the waste essence of space and time.

I then realized that as we seek to find new truths that surround us to day it is very important to gain inner wisdom of the spirit.the best way to be is to have it go hand in hand. One without the other somehow does not seem to suffice.

True growth for me comes from one on the greatest sayings made by Socrates" I know that I do not know" This sets our minds free to explore the many possibilities of the spirit,as well as the body.

Even though man has created, and will continue to do so in the future there is one element that cannot be fulfilled. the breathing of the soul into the body. That belongs to each of us, stemmed by our own desire to be re-born and Gods grace in allowing it so. Let us never become so full of fatness that we forget this amazing occurrence the giving of true life and the reason for it.

the body is born to do great works, kind works productive works. Let us not forget our purpose and truly look within as well as without to grow in strength and inner wisdom. Growing tall comes with it all. For the Spirit of life will always hover the oceans never to be caught only to be felt and given. I am thankful for this life time may God in his mercy grant me the wisdom to handle my life well. In accordance to his will, and never to get too fat in my own greatness. Amen.
