When you shift your focus, your world changes..

Your view of what your world is, changes completely. As you journey, your days become years in this space and your memories represent who you were. Keep in mind that all you are, all you become, is the person you choose to be.

In the past you could have been powerless. You could have been someone who had no idea about the inner wisdom and strength you have. Now that you have been made aware, you have been presented with a choice. Choose love. Choose to love yourself and claim your power.

FBI Issues Warning: al Qaida Makes WMD Threat

The FBI issued a bulletin to 18,000 law enforcement agencies recently warning that al-Qaida has made new threats to use weapons of mass destruction against U.S. targets.

ABC News also reported that intelligence sources have confirmed that al-Qaida plans to release a new video on the web sometime tomorrow. U.S. intelligence believes the terror group will advise its "jihadists to use biological, chemical and nuclear weapons to attack the West."

An FBI spokesman confirmed the threat "calling for the use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) against civilians." The U.S. has no "intelligence of any specific plot or indication of a threat to the U.S.," the Bureau spokesman said. Still, the FBI has taken the precautionary step of alerting other agencies of the potential threat.

Such threats are not unusual for the Bureau. Earlier this year, Dr. Vahid Majidi, the bureau’s assistant director in charge of the WMD Directorate, told Newsmax that the FBI gets at least several dozen cases a year involving weapons of mass destruction.

The Bureau takes such threats seriously.

In a separate interview with Newsmax's Ronald Kessler last year, FBI Director Robert Mueller said Osama bin Laden and his terrorist group were actively seeking to obtain nuclear devices with the intent to explode them in American cities.

Mueller conjectured how al Qaida might acquire one or more nuclear devices. "One is to obtain a nuclear device that's already been constructed from one of the former Iron Curtain countries, and the other way is to put together the fissile material and the expertise and do an improvised nuclear device," Mueller said.

"And there's no doubt that al Qaida, if it had the capability, would go down either route to get a nuclear device."

Mueller also had little doubt as to al Qaida's likely targets.

"It would be someplace in the United States, in most likely Washington and or New York, depending on how many devices they have. Or both cities," Mueller said.

Lifting in vibration is advancement of the you from yesterday..

The person you were is not the person you are nor is it the person you will be tomorrow. Look at every opportunity you have to allow the real you to shine. When you look at those opportunities and jump on them, you will raise in vibration effortlessly. You will launch yourself forward towards your goal of embracing the real you.

This is much easier done when you can embrace those around you. Look at your neighbors and find the love they have, then allow yourself to love.

Take part in the creation by moving in a fashion that produces physically.

Within you is the ability to restructure a whole new society. Remember, you have the power. You are the creators. Those who believe themselves to be the power will be. Give your power to no one.

You cannot create for another..

However, you can certainly influence them by your own vibration as well as the example you set. Others have their own creative abilities. It is for them to create for themselves. This can be challenging when it appears to be clear, from your perspective, as to what that person could be doing in order to have a more joyful existence.

Many times it is very challenging to allow for them to do what it is they need to do on their life path. Allowing is especially difficult when you have judged their situation. It is for you to observe others and reserve judgment, for the vibration alone is a statement. Your vibration is influenced by your thoughts and you thoughts of judgment are hurtful for you as well as for them. Allow yourself to simply observe and love. You can be supportive and available, but allow for them to create as you create for yourself only.

Suspending judgment is the first step to allowing..

This is when you know in your heart that you can do anything -- be anything. All is available to you at all times. When you make the decision to give up your doubt and your distractions, you will know this to be true.

At just the right moment, the way opens up to you..

Whatever it is you so desire finds its way to you in a synchronistic way. It's like magic. You can call it what you want, but it is the way of the Universe is in direct relationship to you and the vibration you have set forth. This is how manifestation works.

You are creating constantly. You are creating at a continually higher rate of speed. The higher your vibrations, the quicker you bring towards you what it is you are focused on. Keep in mind that as long as you have your focus on the greater good, the greater good will be served. Events may not always be as you think they should be. You may not experience what you want in a way you imagined it to be, but you will get what you have focused on. This is a reality in your physical space.

Practice the shifting of your focus back, and then shift it back again. This takes practice. But, soon it will become so easy.

You won't have to spend much time bringing yourself back into alignment -- you will be there..

Distractions are healthy when you are in a place that you need to step away and recharge..

It is when they become your main focus that you need to reevaluate what it is you are distracting from. Living your life can be something many of you are not doing due to the distractions you have created.

Illness is a distraction. Sometimes it's easier to be sick than to manage this earthly existence. This is what happens when you give up your power to distractions that are not healthy. Distractions can be anything; TV, sports, food, drugs, alcohol, etc. Anything that causes you to take your focus off of what you really want. This is not who you truly are and is blocking the greater part of you. Ask yourself what it is you are so fearful of.

It is just you and only you -- the most powerful creator you know..

All is as it is now and will be entirely different in the very next moment..

This one thing we can promise you. Change is inevitable. Allow those changes. This is growth. This is life. Allow yourself to live and accept those changes, for you are asking for them.

You may not realize it but, when you ask (with your thoughts) for something more, something different from what you are experiencing now, change will occur. This change may not come the way you want it, or the way you expect it, but it will come. Accept what is and know that it will not stay this way. You are creating. You are very busy creating. This is your job in this space of physicality and you are very good at it. Now simply step back and allow.

Resist not what you want so very much..

Set your intentions and then and let them go..

You are not abandoning your deepest desires, you are setting them off like rockets. Look at it this way, you can play a game. Think, intend, set it free and lift off. Allow those intentions to soar. Put your heart into your intentions, (your desires) and simply let them go. When they return and they will be joyful experiences flooding into your life and your experiences will be what you have intended. Look for them.

Let them go and then play the game. You will not have to look too hard, they will appear to you. Your love and your joy will boomerang right back.

You are a powerful creator..

All your fears can become your reality. This is what creation is all about. You get what you focus on even if logically you don't truly desire the outcome in your physical existence.

This can become complicated when you are cycling around and around with your thoughts. The patterns appear so you can look at them and say, see! I have done a remarkable job creating, now what is it that I want again? Oh yeah, it wasn't this. Shift those thoughts then. Ok, it's time to try it again. You are so powerful; you are the creator of all.

We are with you. Ask for guidance and go back to those thoughts -- those desires for great health and harmony with your body and mind.

With your allowing, we are able to aid in your journey..

It is you who gives us the ability to express what we so desire for you to know and understand. You have chosen love and healing in this experience you have come here for. We so delight in your experiments in love and healing. We would like to express that assisting others is the way of the light. You may have heard this many, many times, but it is our desire to express it again for we see you as forerunners.

You spread light at an infectious rate. We find your allowing to be more and more every day. We would like you to take a few minutes of every day and focus just on this aspect. It is ultimately your free will choice, but we know what is in your heart and we know you desire to be who you really are.

We would like to give you this exercise. When you see that your life is not showing you what you want, stop and breathe. Breath and reflect on the situation and know we are with you. Take the time to create your day, your reality and include the thoughts of allowing.
