Greetings!

I would like you all to know that I have created a new listing that will have a helpful affirmation recorded each week. This week , the affirmation is for something we can all use right now, abundance. If you are not sure how to use an affirmation, you simply state them every day as often as possible, but at least once a day. It is a good idea to tape them to your bathroom mirror and read it out loud to yourself each morning.

I will change the affirmation each Friday.

Be your own best avocate

This morning I was thinking about clients who are in relationships, or half in them, that really are unfair to them, and even harmful to them. They love the person they are attached to, but that person treats them like anything BUT a person they love.

The only thing we can do is set boundaries and be firm with them. We cannot make another person love us, or want to be with us. We cannot force a person to have feelings that are not there. It is a waste of time and energy to put so much into a relationship that will never go anywhere. I tell my clients to set boundaries and to give themselves something they deserve, and this is not a person who treats you badly, cheats on you or abuses you. When a person crosses our boundary we need to IMMEDIATELY walk away...not set another one, when you do that , you really never set a boundary at all.

You can still love them, but sometimes you need to walk away. It rarely is an easy thing to do , but most people, after only a short time of being away, feel like the weight of the world was lifted off of their shoulders. A friend posted this quote today on her Facebook page, it is by Wayne Dyer who is a well respected man, who helps people not only bring what they need to themselves, but to be realistic about their requests.

The quote is: “Love is the ability and willingness to allow those that you care for to be what they choose for themselves without any insistence that they satisfy you.” ~ Wayne Dyer

Think hard and see if this describes your relationship. If it is, that is good, if not, it is time to move on. Sometimes people just do not feel the same way about us as we do them. Sometimes people are on a different track and have no desire to be in a committed relationship. Sometimes people have been damaged or have mental or emotional issues that keep them from having successful relationships. When you look at your partner, that is what you think you deserve. Do you think you deserve a cheater, alcoholic or drug addict? Do you only deserve an abuser or person with sexual issues? You do not , you deserve better. Respect yourself and reach for that which you are. Use Dr. Dyer's quote as a way of gauging relationships, even friendships! be a happier YOU!

The best way to ruin a realtionship

The best way to ruin a relationship is to be insecure. It is the number one killer of relationships with good partners.

Men sometimes do not mind a challenge. But that does not go for every man. When a man has just been in a realtionship where he was used and abused, he will want nothing to do with a challenge.

Same with women. Playing games usually results in a mess, not a marriage. Women need reassurance, not games.

When men feel like you are becoming too much work, they suddenly "disappear". Callers ask where the man went, he went for some peace! He went to find a woman that answers the phone when he calls, not plays him out by letting him wonder why she isn't answering.

The biggest killer of all budding romances is insecure actions. When you are always questioning your partner about where they were, who they were with, or why they didn't answer the phone, you set up a defensive feeling in that partner. "What if they are cheating", you say? Do you think you can badger them into not cheating? If someone is cheating on you, walk out the door.

When people are not cheating and are constantly accused of it, they leave. Some in a short period of time, some in a longer one, but they ALWAYS leave. How would you feel if you were accused of cheating, or of wrong doing at work? How would you feel if you were wrongly accused of stealing, harming a child, being something you were not? You would be angry, upset, and defensive. When your mate catches you checking on them, or when they get asked constant questions about their actions, then they feel angry, upset and hurt. It doesn't take long for them to decide life is not worth living in those conditions and they walk.

There are many people on dating sites and in the world who are insecure about relationships. They pour it on strong to get you hooked so they aren't alone. Then when it comes time to walk the talk, they are gone. Relationships scare them. They are totally insecure about commitment. When a person pours it on real strong, be VERY wary, they are usually afraid of being in a relationship and want want so badly at the same time. When a person has been telling you for years that you will be married someday, you won't. People who are serious about marriage bring it up when they are ready. When he has been promising a ring for 3 years, it isn't coming.

Time is valuable and can never be replaced. Do not waste your time with a person who is insecure and playing you along.

Be very secure in your current relationship. You cannot have a happy one when you mistrust the person you are with, and if they are deserving of your mistrust, why be with them? They won't change.

There are many insecure people out there. Some of whom have had bad relationships, or have not healed form a recent break up. Some are people who have personal , emotional, and even mental issues.

Go slowly, and get quality. Very rarely does a relationship with a person who is already married , ever work out. Make sure that you are getting exactly what you need out of the relationship, or have the strength to walk away.

Never allow anyone to abuse you in any way.

When you know you are insecure, talk about it with your partner, and with a third party. Have them work through things with you, but don't think that means it is OK to check his calls, or drive past his house 10 times a day.

Sometimes it may be just that you need a healing period and need to take time off from dating. Wait for quality, and then when you find it, cherish it, trust it, and value it.

How psychic ability works...the short version.

I am often asked, "How do you get information?" (meaning psychic information). The answer isn't easy. Some people will tell you their guide provides all the info directly (like Sylvia Browne and her guide Francine). Some see things, hear things, feel things or just know things. Some do all of the above. Some do not talk to a guide. Just because they do not talk directly to a guide, or use tools, does not make them a bad psychic.The reverse is also true, just because they use tools, doesn't mean they are not an excellent reader. The absolute best psychic I ever met uses tarot cards to get her answers.

The source however, of all of it, is really one place, the Highest Power. God, Creator, the Universe. It is the ultimate, and it is the only entity that knows all.

There are paths for the information to follow to the psychic. Some are a direct link, some are through guides, some are tapping into the Collective unconscious or Akashic records. Some need to alter their mind and need to slip into a state of near sleep (like Edgar Cayce), or meditate to get answers. Some read energy or auras. No matter what the process, the answer still comes from the same place, the Highest Power. When you ask a psychic a question, you are asking the Highest power in your life. Take the answer and accept it just as if you were speaking directly to your guide or God (Creator, the Universe, whatever term resonates with you).

Everyone has some intuition, but it takes years of experience and training to be able to separate real messages from wishful thinking, adoration, or even in some cases, emotional or mental illness. Some people that hear voices are schizophrenic, not clairaudient. It is sometimes hard to tell the difference.

There is also years of experience needed to know how to interpret the messages. Sometimes readers just see a ball of energy (this is how I see my clients), an aura, or hear a word or two, they then have to interpret it. That is why it is important to be clear and not play games when obtaining a reading. Seeing a lighthouse can mean a trip to the beach, a saving grace, darkness dispelling, religion entering your life, a brilliant idea, or better vision or understanding of a situation. I have found that when you play games with the Universe, it plays back, and then it isn't so playful.

Sometimes we use tools to "turn on the switch", and others may use them to get direct messages to be clearly understood. I am mostly claircognizant (clear knowing), so when asked a question , I just "know" the answer. It has taken time to make the transition happen quickly and accurately.

Sadly people see a movie or a psychic on TV and think that is reality for all psychics. It isn't. The ways of obtaining information are many and varied. I use a combination of clairsentience (clear feeling of someones' emotions), claircognizance, and sometimes use tarot as a clarification tool. There are times when clairvoyance (clear seeing) and clairaudient (clear hearing) abilities enter in, but the claircognizant ability is where most of my information comes from.

There is still another piece to the puzzle. Your entire life is not cast in stone. You have free will, and you have the ability to change CERTAIN things. Your life is just about half and half predetermined and free will.

I was once asked if I knew "everything". Can you imagine all of the information of this world being in your head at one time? You would most likely go insane. When I was three, we realized how much information was coming in to me about strangers around me. I was eventually taught how to shut out all that "noise", and today my tool to opening that door is to have a question asked of me. That tells the psychic switch to turn on. After almost 40 years of channeling information, it happens as naturally as breathing.

Anyone can be trained to develop their psychic abilities, however, like anything, some will master it and some will not. Just like there are starving artists, and there are people like Monet or Rembrandt.

Never doubt nor argue with a psychic about their abilities or how they obtain messages. You wouldn't tell your surgeon how to do your medical work, leave the ways of doing things to the experts. Hollywood didn't teach you a thing about psychic abilities.You could sit with 6 different people who get messages (and relate them back), in six different ways.

Respect the Highest Power that sends these messages. Know that you can make changes in some circumstances. Live life in a positive and open manner, and so much will come to you!

I am sorry that I have not be writing much lately! I have been so busy teaching, and taking part in spiritual and metaphysical events locally. This is an excerpt from a blog I post daily. I hope that you are all well and had a safe holiday weekend!

There is a strong belief in the metaphysical community that ""like attracts like " energy , is even more strongly felt these days. People who are "faking it " are grouped with others who are "faking it ". People who are greedy will be with other greedy people. People who are clueless, will be with the clueless. People who are afraid of making waves will be with others who are afraid of making waves.People who are living above their means, will be with people who are living above their means.

People " who really walk their talk ", will be with the "people who really walk their talk ". Group dynamics are changing, and it is OK to leave a group or a specific person that you feel isn't getting it.

The genre doesn't matter...Christian, Native American, Taoist, Buddhist, Jewish...what matters is authenticity, honesty, and an understanding of there being a higher power, and how to use the Universe's good energy towards making a happier life. It is about learning, growing, being honest, being humble, being open.

It is about following your heart and intuition, not a person...NEVER a person. Harold Camping, James Ray, and others have shown us that Universal message loud and clear the past year or so. A person whom we adore, should not allow us to be bind to their intentions, or to the world around us.

Groups will break up and reform. It will happen on its' own, but if you are uncomfortable somewhere or with someone, then do not feel guilty walking away.There is a more appropriate group to walk to, and you will find them, and they will find you. Trying to force old alliances will only frustrate you and slow down your progress.

I said a while ago that it was time to listen to the real teachers, not the ones who told you what you wanted to hear, but the ones that were tougher, stricter, and more determined.The good teachers are walking away from those who choose not to learn, their energies are needed elsewhere, not to be wasted with people who really don't want to know. It has been happening and still is, the valuable teachers are pulling back. They still teach, but don't "socialize " or work with groups of people, who just don't want to get it! They won't bang their heads against the wall trying to give help to those who don't want to use it.

One of my teachers told me that the tolerance level of "people who do walk their talk", is getting less and less, and they will not suffer fools lightly. She went on to say that there are people who will say, "but you have to love them and save them ". No one is here to save anyone...and loving someone , many times, means tough love. It means walking away from them, telling them they are wrong, showing them the right way... All things your parents did for you! Love doesn't mean being everyone's best friend , that helps no one. It keeps the person stuck, and they cannot learn, and may not even know they need to learn or change.

Condoning bad behavior is the same as exhibiting it.

Walking away from some, landed me in larger groups of so many wonderful people. People I would do anything for and who would do anything for me. They are not just names on a social networking site, but real people. There are quality people out there, make sure that you find them.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all my clients who were patient with my strange hours the past few days. I was on a retreat and honeymoon in the southwest, most notably, beautiful Sedona! Long hikes in the wilderness and psychic calls don't mix well, and where we stay has no cell reception nor computer access (or TV).It was pure bliss!

I am back on my regular schedule, and waiting for retrograde to end!

Please always believe that if you honestly do the best that you can, and are patient, wonderful things are sent by the Universe. It takes patience sometimes, work, most of the time, and a genuine faith and trust...but it happens.

Always be your best advocate

When we sit back and hope for change, it rarely occurs. We always need to be our own best advocate and do what we need to do, to improve our situation. We cannot control or change others, but we can do that for ourselves.

We need to think, speak up, make plans and take action. We need to manifest WHILE we are doing this, in order to bring the Universe into our corner. The Universe is a powerful ally and should never be forgotten when we reach the time of difficulties.

Moving forward in life requires us to take steps forward. Just remember to never harm another with your actions, and never try to take away another person's free will.

"Harm none" are good words to live by!
