I am often asked how one can develop their own psychic ability. There are many ways to develop ones own intuition ,and one of the best ways is through meditation.

Meditation is not something that is very difficult; rather it very easy. It is a luxury and a treat to give yourself some quiet time and to quiet the mind. The difficult thing is having the discipline to do it everyday. But once you start making a practice of it , like brushing your teeth, it becomes part of your routine and you make time for it automatically.
