Letting go of the past releases you to enjoy the here and now - If you're still not getting what you desire/want out of your life, then it's only because you're allowing yourself to still be trapped in a set of negative sprial waves. When you're sending out negative waves to the universe, then that's all you'll get back to you. the Universe knows what you're desiring in your heart - It feels your vibration. If you feel unworthy of something, now is a time to quickly change that vibration if it's not what you want to achieve.

Do not let anythings pass you by because of fear, doubt, jealousy, or laziness. Be your own captain of your life's voyage. Take control of your future, stop allowing those incredible opportunities to pass you by. Let go, and let yourself free. The solar system guides you and it's in perfect position for things to change, turn around, and be fruitful - but not if you wait. If you miss these opportunities, they may not come around for another 10-25 yrs; Some may never come around again in your lifetime. So take advantage of them, reap the benefits, and enjoy them.

Did anyone realize yesterday was 6-7-08 ?
That's a numeric value of greatness - Did you spread your wings and test your new found gift(s) or knowledge?

Did you get out to breathe the fresh air?
Did you get one moment to yourself in peace?

I hope so.

Sunday is here - this morning if you're having a troubling time, please hold on until about 10am - when I feel the waves shall cease and things start to emotionally feel a little less tense. Just hold on if you can before making any nasty, irrational decisions. In anger, things are not always as they seem when mentally sober in thought....so take heed and stand strong.

YOU ARE STRONG - you can not be beaten down - Only knocked down, and then you get back up again - OK? Seriously, if yesterday or this morning early was hard, let go of it and refresh yourself - your soul - let your hear beat for itself and take a breath, and then start over - I don't care if it's 4pm in the afternoon when you do it - Restart your day - ANY day you want - Whenever you want. Who says you can't?

If the 6-11am was hard, today or any day - let go and restart.
And how about 8am Sundays? Let go later that day and restart.
Act in your soul as if you've jsut mentally woken up, feel great with lots of vigor, and ready to conquer things in a more professional, productive manner.

It's only a moment you're going thru - NOT your whole life all at once - It's just one moment in that "TIME".....so walk thru it, or hold hands with someone you trust to get you thru it - but know it is only temporary and shall pass, just as the last moment in time did a second ago when you started reading this.

Play Nice

PLAY NICE is my lesson for today.

Do you REALLY know how? Most are not taught to play nice at an early age - Most are told to treat others as they treat you. I was not taught that - i was taught treat others are you wish to be treated. So all these years I've spent letting folks walk all over me?? Not true. It's only "walking all over me" if I allow it to be.

I saw something beautiful the other day. On my way to take someone to work, I saw a jeep, pulled over by the side of a backroad with the passenger door open. There was a woman running back to it with something in her hands. I looked twice becuase I was in schock - IT WAS A TURTLE!! She had Stopped her vehicle to go back and pick a TURTLE off the road. She saved his life. I thought I was the only one who did things like that where I live so I was in awe. (Once I had a butterfly hit my windshield and I went back to get it, and brought him home. He lived!)

God only gives us POP QUIZES - no preparation for His tests/challenges in life, right? Well, think about this....That woman getting the turtle off the road knew he was different from her, but didn;t care - she went out of her way to help him anyway. Not even the same spieces and she took time ou of her busy schedule tostop and help him - not jsut yell about "stupid turtle on the road - doesn't he know any better? He's going to get hurt!" (Have you ever heard someone say these things or said them yourself when you''ve ancountered a similar situation?)

It's only takes a moment to change someone's life.
ONE MOMENT.
Think about that.

I've been "keeping tabs" around keen since my listings were shut down a couple of weeks ago - taking notes on others spell doers i've known thru the years - One actually had deleted ALL their listings (I'm upset about this) - and the feedback from some before they did was not nice....not nice at all. The fact that they are there, not bothering anyone, waiting for a client to call and trust them to help them, and then to get "pooped on" by same person - well, "that's enough, children! Quite Enough."

Seriously - If you got work and your boss said "work for free today" you've leave, right? So stop asking your psychic to read you for free - seriously - do not take them for granted. The person who deleted their listings - well, i've known them for 9 years almost and they're good at what they do - actually, there are 2 that I've seen that are in similar situations. They didn't put a gun to someone's head and say, "buy my spells". And when you goto a small shop down a corner street, and pay $50 for a palm reading ro cards to a gypsy lady (or whomever), if your'e not satisfied, how many times have you EVER goteen your money back? NONE I bet! Because it's ignorant - you paid them for a job, and they weren't your best - so what? It's called "entertainement" still in this country - not seriously looked upon - so tell me what the reader owes you really?

What you expect is good service - I agree - but the compassion, love, caring, support, etc I've seen my reader friends here at keen display to the clients is unsurpassable - You won't find any better, or more dedicated, or loving - of that i'm sure. Your reader here at keen loves and cares about you usually, and if they don't, well, my advice is that you don't like them then you switch to someone you do.

If you complain about them - it'll come back ono ya - Someone's going to end up complaining about YOU in YOUR LIfe - just watch. A nasty neighbor - a friend - a Co-WORKER, etc. And you'll get 4 times back what you sent out to that reader person. So you're not happy with your reading - either give them another try (maybe there's a reason you didn't get out of a reading what you needed) or you find another. But attacking (as I've been watching many do to those who do spells right now) is not productive.....It's COUNTER PRODUCTIVE.

I wouldn't get a spell done (personally) from anyone unless I trusted them and their abilities - I wouldn't choose on a whim. Secondly, you had the choice to say no spell and NOT call/email them, so it was YOUR decision. and frankly, many times a spell gets messed up from the negative vibrations of the client and not the spellworker/witch. Negative vibrations from the client - doubt, fear, anxiety, etc - REALLY mess things up. And what energy you have when putting a spell together STAYS with that spell.

I just wanted those who do spells to know that I'm watching - like a "watch tower" - at the changes afoot, and am lighting you all a holy white candle when I either see or feel an attack coming toward you - I know it's like a witchHunt from the early days - but I have faith that this too shall be overcome. One with I used to know here at keen - NINE years, and took listings away. Not fair in my eyes - not fair they got atatcked the way they did, not fair they agve up thousands of star-points for some "meannie" - Just not fair.

But in a not fair world, I have many prayers going.
Peace be with all witches and spellworkers at this hard time.
Keep the "fires burning".
We shall prevail, and the sun shall shine again.

But please, everyone- Play nice! It's too hot in most places (or cold on other side of world) to be mean, attack, and retalliate against others for no particular reason other than you had nothing better to do with yourself that day. Because in all honesty, most times I've seen attacks on readers, it's because the person was unhappy within themselves to begin with and it had nothing to do with the witch, spellworker, or their spells.

June 5th, 2008 - this week feel better about yourself

Hi Everyone-
Such an outpouring of love - thank you for everyon'e support. I really appreciatre it - MORE than you all know. We are a family here at keen - ALWAYS first and foremost - And that's how I feel. Things are different here at keen than when I started back in the late 90's. And times - well, we need to "roll with the punches" some days, right? I am not here to upset anyone - I am here to help folks - emotionally, mentally, etc - As a friend, advisor, collegue, comrade, Or whatever - not s phycician, though - I'm no alternative to regular medicine, of course.....but I am here to be helpful.

And Yes, I am here to work, and not necessarily make friends - but making friends is nice, and unavoidable when you have a personality like some - right? We're jsut "friend-makers". Plus, there's alot of negative energy flying around - so "duck and take cover" when you can and have to - Find shelter from the "Anger Storm" that abounds - Find things to make you and others happier in times like now when things seem bleek, scary and sad. This is going to be another hard week for many coming up - I can feel it brewing.

So - this week do these things to help me, Mother Universe, and yourself:

** Find one thing about yourself that you love about you, and write yourself a note about it - stick it under your pillow or in a safe place.

** Do one thing nice for yourself - whether or not you deserve it - Treat yourself to something you enjoy - as a treat.

**TAKE AN AURA CLEANSING BATH-

** Take five minutes before end of next week, sit alone in a comfortable chair, and turn off everything (music, phones, etc)...For that personal FIVE MINUTES, I want you to seek out love within yourself, and send it out into the Universe - thanking Mother Earth for everything she gives us every day (food, water, etc)

** Write a note to someone telling them you care about them

**Lastly, write to someone telling them thank you for helping you in some way - they might not even know they helped you or how important it was to you - Show them it was important and you did appreciate it

Now...can you do that? At least one of thsoe things?

To Protect Yourself Against Evil Influences

To Protect Yourself Or A Loved One Against, Or Remove Evil Influences: For Yourself First, you must bathe your entire body in salt water (black salt is best). Do not use soap or bath additives. Then, go unclothed into your ritual room. Use one of the following incense: Bayberry, Frankincense, Mulberry (best), Myrrh (best alternative), Vetivert. With the same oil as the incense you are using, anoint under your eyes, on your lips (do not ingest), diaphragm, navel and thighs. Light three black candles on a table. Hold up a goblet and breathe into it three times. Raise the goblet over your head and breathe deeply in and out three times. Then, bring the intent, influences or enemy to your mind and say Eko, Eko, Eko, Gaia, Goddesses of protection, I offer to you my breath of life that you may protect it. Eko eko eko. Then, take any herbal element and burn it in the goblet, that the evil intent or influence may burn with it.

To protect or remove evil influence on a loved one, have the person bathe in salt water, then lie unclothed on their, or your bed (or your altar, if it is sufficiently large and durable. Place three black candles on a table next to their right side diametric with the navel. Use the same incense and anointing oil as listed above. Summon Gaia or the Orishas as you anoint the person in the manner previously delineated. Voice which evil influence you wished to have banished from her or him (i.e. drug or alcohol use, habits, wayward life path, peer pressure) or the specific "hex" you wished removed, if this is the case. Or you may ask the person be protected from all evil. If you are Christian, you may also invoke the Triune (Father God Yahweh, Jesus, Son of God and The Holy Spirit). You will find no conflict, since Gaia is the Greco-Phonecian named Spiritpower protector created by God; the Orishas in Christian terms would be " Guardian Angels."

The Roman Catholic Church performs the Exorcism rite which commands the evil influence, as or from the Satan-Lucifer, to come out of the body of the possessed in the name of the Father (Yahweh), Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. Pure water consecrated by a Priest, Holy Water, is used for the anointing of the subject. By edict of the Holy See), only an ordained Priest may perform the Exorcism ritual. In Wicca, Santeria, Voudon and The Elueshera, other rituals are used in the stead of Exorcism. In Santeria and Voudon, virgin chicken blood is used for anointing and a martyr Saint (Philomena, for one), as well as the Orishas are evoked. Wicca, the Golden Dawn and Elueshera utilize strong banishing powders and oils with intense mantra which you will learn of as you advance. The ritual is, in Eleushera, Exoclesis. If the protection rituals are not working and a situation seems to warrant an immediate remedy, for now consult a Seventh Level mystic. Know and be confident that all evil influences and intent ("hexes") can be overpowered and overcome.

If today was your last known day in this lifetime, with what type of people would you surround yourself? What would you say to the people you care about? What personal gifts would you make sure you imparted to humanity and the earth? Live each day as if it was your last, and you will be living in a state of light, love and unconditional contribution.

4. Meditate/Pray.

You open up a direct link between yourself and the spiritual realm when you meditate and/or pray. Meditation and prayer can be used to bring you closer to your creator energy, raise your vibration, bring you peace, clarity, joy, and connection, as well assist you in experiencing a perfectly balanced state between your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

5. Suspend judgment.

This world is laden with judgment, irresponsibility, and finger pointing. One judges another to feel less guilty about one's own misgivings. Judgment energy is dense, dark, and heavy. On the other hand, unconditional acceptance is light, free, and accepting. Let go of judging and criticizing yourself and others. Everyone is on a different path, and some appear to be further ahead on their path than others. Neither path is better nor worse than another. Raise your consciousness to one of acceptance.

6. View every experience as a GIFT.

If you look back at occurrences in your life, you can easily see how even the worst situations you experienced in your life ended up teaching you invaluable lessons and therefore ended up putting you in the perfect place for your continuing development. When you view every experience, the good, the bad, and the ugly as a GIFT, life flows more like a gentle, inspiring breeze.

7. Stay consciously aware of all of your thoughts and feelings.

Until you raise the consciousness of the entire human race, it is extremely easy to fall back in to all pervasive negative patterns of complaining and feeling like a victim of society and a victim of your life. To stay out of these patterns, check in with yourself your present thoughts and feelings several times a day. When you catch yourself in the Negative zone, don't feel badly about it and beat yourself up. Simply choose to switch your consciousness to one of gratitude and positive thinking. Remain conscious.

8. Treat your physical body as your temple.

Your body is the only vehicle you've been given for this ride called "LIFE." The better you care for your body by eating a healthy, balanced diet, and by implementing a regular exercise routine, and by giving your body the rest it requires, the more you will experience increased energy, vitality, joy, and freedom. Honor, love, appreciate and take extra good care of your body, and you will be raising your energy and your consciousness.

9. View the world through the eyes of a child.

Observe a baby or a young child. It won't take you long to notice that young children are constantly totally enthralled by the process of observing and experiencing the wonder and beauty in every single thing, color, texture, and person they meet. They can't get enough! Look at every tree, sunset, cloud, and human being as a child would and you'll be in a constant state of wonder, joy, surprise, acceptance, and enlightenment.

10. Give LOVE, LOVE, LOVE from your heart.

It's all about love. Do you remember the feeling of being in love for the first time? Why was it so wonderful? That's because love is the highest vibration. Allow yourself to receive love unconditionally from others. Give love from your heart unconditionally to yourself and others, and you will experience the highest state of consciousness possible.

The distance between the light and the dark side in the world is growing rapidly. But wouldn't we all like to be surrounded by light and love? As the Earth is purifying itself with water, wind and rain so do we need to purify ourselves to prepare us for our own individual transition. As the Earth 'hurts' itself, so must we realize that we might feel 'hurt' if we dare start this process of purification. Get rid of old habits, so-called programs, we run day in day out without realizing it.
