Well, here I am. I finally decided to blog on Keen.
MY guides say hi, and remember to take out time today to listen to yourself & your guides -- and see how you are feeling, what you are wanting.

Take a step, any step to move into a space of creating a space for these desires to come to fruition.

In other words, you need to carve out 3 minutes today somehow that are sacred to you so you can stay on track.

Make a test list. Pick a few things that would make you feel happy and write them down. Little things for a start. You got 3 minutes! Remember we live in abundance, so you'll always have time to add more, do more. Today it's 3 minutes.

At the end, center yourself, take a deep breath, and ask how you can bring these things into fruition. Hear what your guides say. One word? One sentence? Two? Write down the answer.
