We just had the winter solstice at 0 degrees of Capricorn on 12/22/2011. This represents a shift in energy, and the planetary lineup indicates patterns we will confront in the next 3 months. One aspect is that Jupiter, which is the planet of expansion and abundance makes a positive flow of energy to the sun in Capricorn and to Pluto, the planet of power and transformation. This can help us to accomplish our goals.

Secondly, Neptune, the planet of intuition and compassion is casting a benevolent flow of energy to Saturn, the planet of responsibility. This helps us to manifest and add stability to our dreams.

Eclipses shake up holiday season by JupiterInLove

Hi, Everyone,

A lot of action is in store for this upcoming holiday season. Mercury, the communicator and trickster of the zodiac is going to retrograde on November 23rd at 20 degrees of Sagittarius, and it will not go direct again until December 14th, 2011. Mercury rules all forms of communication, anything which distributes information, and all forms of transportation. The sign of Sagittarius rules publishing, higher education, philosophy, ideas, and faith.

Mercury is going to retrograde a day before the partial Solar Eclipse at 2 degrees of Sagittarius; the eclipse fall on Thanksgiving day, November 24th, 2011 at 1:20 AM EST. A Solar eclipse occurs when the Moon stands between the Sun and Earth, cutting off the light of the Sun. A Solar eclipse is always a new moon Eclipse, and Solar Eclipses tend to bring in new beginnings in people's lives. Solar Eclipses are extra powerful new moons, and they bring in hope and new beginnings for projects, relationships, and goals to which we apply ourselves. The fact that it is in Sagittarius is good for learning, starting a new education program, going back to school, expanding one's consciousness, and expanding one's faith.

As the Solar Eclipse is an extra powerful new moon, it is a great time to initiate new endeavors in your life and to manifest new things. As such, it is a great day to do the Law of Abundance. I have found in my study of Eclipses that both Solar and Lunar Eclipses can induce major beginnings and endings,or both at the same time. Often during eclipse times,people experience major life shifts: people change jobs, move, break up, or start new relationships. However, it usually seems that Solar Eclipses tend to bring in new circumstances, new opportunities, and new relationships.

We start this holiday season with a lot of Sagittarian energy. Mercury, the cosmic messenger, retrogrades in the sign of Sagittarius, and the new moon Eclipse also occurs in the sign of Sagittarius. Not only that, but we have the north node of destiny in Sagittarius;as well as Venus, the planet of relationships, money and values. Sagittarius is the sign of truth.

Jupiter, the luckiest planet, rules the sign of Sagittarius. Therefore, it is a very benevolent and generous sign. However, Sagittarians can sometimes be guilty of speaking bluntly without thinking. At this time, people could talk without filters and be too direct. That is especially due to the fact that mercury is retrograding and can thwart communication. Be wary of that in your own dealings.

Everyone is going to feel this energy, as we are in the wake of it now. However, it is particularly strong for Sagittarius and its opposite sign of Gemini; as well as the other mutable signs, i.e., Virgo and Pisces. Because eclipses block light of the sun or moon, they reveal things in a different light. In that regard, they are very revelatory and open our eyes to things we hadn't seen before. Eclipses sometimes bring in very shocking and sudden news or circumstances, as they strike like lightening.

The second eclipse in this pair is a Total Lunar Eclipse at 18 degrees of Gemini on December 10th, 2011 at 9:32 AM EST. A Lunar eclipses occur approximately every 6 months, and it is an extra powerful full moon. Full moon eclipses provoke high emotions and are often relationship oriented.

A lunar eclipse happens when the Earth is between the Sun and the Moon, and the shadow of the Earth falls on the Moon. Lots of wild things happen around lunar eclipses, and one might encounter a lot of "odd" people or occurrences. One positive aspect about eclipses is that sometimes they bring things to a head and bring resolution. If things are askew in relationships, be careful of pushing things too far, as Eclipses can literally eclipse someone from our lives. However, if a relationship has reached its course or is unhealthy, the eclipse might shed light that it is time to move forward.

The sign of Gemini rules siblings, media, ideas, communication, learning, and local neighborhood events and places. Since Mercury, the planet which rules Gemini, is going to be retrograde during this eclipse season, everyone has to be very conscious of how he or she communicates and says things. The next 6 weeks are going to be action packed based on the eclipses and Mercury in retrograde for a few weeks. There is going to be a tremendous exchange of ideas, communication, and investigating due to the Sagittarius/Gemini force at work. This holiday season will be particularly busy, as Sagittarius and Gemini are both very social and communicative. Venus and Mercury dance in Sagittarius

The last few weeks have been quite intense with all of the heavy Scorpio energy; last week's new moon was a way for each of us in some way to let go of something that was blocking us. Whether or not it was imposed on us is another matter, but it certainly was a time of purging.

Yesterday, both Venus the planet of love, happiness and money, and Mercury, the planet of communication, networking, and socializing, both went into the the optimistic sign of Sagittarius. They are exactly together right now in the sky, which is a very fun and social combination. It's definitely a time to try to find time to get out, socialize, and meet new people. Usually, we experience two eclipses every 6 months;but, this summer is a special aberration with 3 eclipses occurring within one month. In general, eclipses, both Lunar and Solar, are a time of great activity:many endings, beginnings, life changing events like deaths and births, new jobs, loss of jobs,moves, breakups, new relationships, etc.

The eclipse series in Gemini/Sagittarius continues;while, the series in Cancer/Capricorn, which began July 7, 2009, comes to an end in July. June 1st marks the beginning of eclipse season with a Solar Eclipse at 11 degrees of Gemini. A Solar eclipse occurs when the Moon stands between the Sun and Earth, cutting off the light of the Sun. A Solar eclipse is always a new moon, and Solar Eclipses tend to bring in new beginnings in people's lives. The last two few years, the emphasis has been strongly focused on the Cardinal signs, i.e., Aries, Libra, Capricorn, and Cancer. The eclipses in Cancer and Capricorn have brought tremendous change to Cancers and Capricorns, as well as to the other cardinal signs of Libra and Aries.

Now, the focus shifts to Gemini and Sagittarius, in particular; as well as the other mutable signs of Virgo and Pisces. The Solar eclipse will trigger many new beginnings for Geminis, as it is in their sign; especially, the ones born within a few days of June 1st.

The final eclipse in the Cancer/Capricorn series, is a Partial Solar Eclipse at 9 degrees of Cancer, and it occurs on July 1, 2011. As aforementioned, this series of eclipses in Cancer/Capricorn commenced on July 7, 2009, and this marks the end of this eclipse pattern for Cancers and Capricorns. Many Cancers and Capricors have gone through major life changes in the last few years. Anyone born within a few days of July 1st will feel this eclipse strongly. Super Moon In Virgo sets off Vernal Equinox

We still are reeling from all of the intense energy from Uranus' shift in Aries last Friday, March 11th. It has been a tumultuous time for many individuals, and certainly worldwide with inconceivable tragedies like what occurred in Japan last Friday. Uranus is the great wake up call, and it's telling us that Mother Nature does not fool around, and we need to find alternative sources for energy and how we treat the earth.

It is also a wake up call that any one of us could be in an incident like that, and we are all in this together. Uranus rules humanitarianism and group activities, so this is the higher form to awaken in each of us. What can we do to help others and to have a healthier society?

The full moon this weekend is a very emotional one, as it is a super moon, which has not been this big since 1983. It's occurs on Saturday, March 19th at 2:10 pm, and it is at 28 degrees of Virgo, which is 28 Virgo/Pisces. This degree is very close to where Uranus was recently at 29 Pisces, the fixed star of Scheat. Scheat represents great misfortune, tragedy, unpredictable events, and people. This full moon also might awaken issues, which were triggered with the last Lunar Eclipse on December 21, 2010.

Virgo is the sign, which rules habits and the mundane routine, so it's an opportune full moon for eliminating bad habits and beginning new healthy regimens. This is even stronger, due to the fact that it is the the weekend of the Vernal Equinox, which marks the beginning of Spring, when the Sun enters 0 degree of Aries. Hi, Everyone,

There is a lot of movement in the sky happening the middle of the week of March 7th, and it signifies huge shifts in energy. Mercury, the planet of communication and messenger of the gods, is entering the sign of Aries on Wednesday, March 9th. Jupiter, the luckiest planet, is already in the sign of Aries, adding to this inspired, proactive, spontaneous energy.

Aries, is a cardinal, take-action Fire sign, and it wants action sooner, rather than later. This shift, which occurs this week, is going to help to give many of us a surge in energy. For the last few weeks, we have had a lot of planets in the sign of Pisces, and this can be very spacey, ethereal, intangible energy. Now, we're feeling energized.

This degree in Astrology, 29 degrees of Pisces,is known as a critical degree of crisis and feeling out of control. It's a fixed star known as scheat, which is associated with the sinking of the Titanic. It is a degree in Astrology associated with extreme misfortune and unpredictability.

I have been hearing from clients and friends this past few weeks of a lot of job loss, layoffs, breakups, and endings, Uranus opens our eyes to what we need to change. When Uranus makes this monumental change to the sign of Aries on March 11th, we will all need to focus on what needs to be changed in our lives and will be more energized to take action in that regard.

People have been acting very unstable and out of control, which is Uranian energy, and we see people in the news like John Galliano and Charlie Sheen showing signs of erratic behavior and chaos. They are public paradigms of what many of us have felt in less dramatic ways in our own individual lives -- feeling chaos, rather than security and acting in impulsive ways. This cycle has trickled down to our own individual lives, where we may be feeling a bit out of control.

This spring, with Uranus in the action sign of Aries, there will be new beginnings for all of us. We will be freed from what is not working, and this will be a time of expedient and rapid technological advancement like we've never seen, and it will be an increasing venue for all areas our lives.

Hi, Everyone,

We have just gotten through a very powerful Lunar Eclipse, which occurred on 12/21/2010 at 3:17 AM EST at 29 degrees of Gemini. Those born at the late part of the following mutable signs will feel it the most: late Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, and Pisces. This Lunar Eclipse was special because it fell on the longest night of the year, which is the winter solstice. This was the first eclipse to fall on a winter solstice in approximately 400 years, therefore it is a special one.

This Lunar eclipse signified a big ending and release for all of us. 29 degrees of a sign indicates that there is work to be finished, things that need to end, people who need to leave our lives, and situations which need to be let go:It is certainly a time to conclude a chapter in one's life. We're ending a series of great changes and challenges, which commenced in January of 2008, when Pluto, the planet of death, regeneration, change, challenge, beginnings, and endings, entered the sign of Capricorn. Capricorn represents institutions of all sorts, and we've seen huge changes in the financial world on a global level since that time; not to mention the world itself in terms of environmental catastrophes, etc.

Pluto has been gravitating back and forth from from late Sagittarius to early Capricorn 2008. This stirred up an on again/off again dance with Uranus, the planet which opens up our eyes, shocks us, causes disruption and surprise. Uranus has vacillated back and forth from late degrees of Pisces, another mutable sign, to the first degree of Aries, a cardinal sign since the beginning of this year. Saturn, the cop of the zodiac has gone back and from from late degrees of Virgo early degrees of Libra since fall of 2009, and this ended July of 2010

Therefore, this eclipse set a fire under a point that has been getting hit by the traditionally malevolent planets for the last two years,and it brought some closure and finality with it, in that we can move forward from what what we've had to let go. The decision to truly let go and move forward from something, which is blocking us in our individual lives, honoring those things and people whom we have to eliminate; as well as loss and endings, which we've painfully had to endure.

The grand cross, which entailed such a harsh lineup of all of the traditional malevolent planets hitting the personal planets from mid June through August, is now moving forward, and this eclipse also said goodbye to the those issues summoned by that challenging lunar eclipse on June 26th, which was also with planets close to the world axis, signifying a change and challenge, which is felt on a mass level.

There is a peaceful release in all of this. Pluto, the cosmic compost, will no longer return to impact late mutable signs, i.e., Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, and Pisces; nor will Saturn, the head taskmaster and disciplinarian, who has really made sure that each and everyone gleaned something from these heartbreaks and difficulties in the lessons of the last two years. There has been a deconstructing and disintegration of the material, of lifestyles, and of relationships, which has been occurring for two years, and now it is closing the chapter on that cycle of destruction, paving way for the new.

As this Lunar Eclipse, the first in roughly 400 years on the magical winter Solstice urged us all to release the pain; this process involves moving towards the new and taking action in the present, as the eclipse was also close to the cardinal world axis. This is the point, which hits us worldwide, and therefore, we all feel it; but, it is also in a cardinal sign axis, which enables and forces us to take action and be effective and empowers and enables us to move on to the very new things entering our lives.

Uranus, which is the planet of genius, technology, television, and science, will be entering the world axis on March 13, 2010 at 0 degree of Aries, the sign of new beginnings. Aries takes 84 years to orbit, therefore, this represents a big shift in our lives, and there will be a lot of action coming this spring, to say the very least. I also feel it represents new beginnings, as Uranus is the trailblazer, and he sets us free.

This is auspicious for all of us, as it can excite innovative ideas to create new business, projects, ideas, etc.The next two years should be very exciting technologically; technological advancements will pervade, and many more people will make a good living for themselves independently. Aries represents independence. Since the corporate structure has certainly changed since 2008, I feel it that Uranus in Aries is going to establish a new paradigm of more and more people working independently and for themselves because of the internet and other modes, which will facilitate this process. Uranus is ingenuity, brilliance, and ideas, as well as communities, groups, the internet, and technology. Uranus entering Aries will create brilliant new ways to do things, and it's a wake up call for revolutionary change. It could be hectic, too, as uranus is completely unpredictable.

There is also a Solar Eclipse coming up on January 4, 2011 at 13 degrees of Capricorn at 3:50 Am EST. Solar Eclipses are a great time to start new projects, begin new relationships, eliminate bad habits, start new regimens, etc. It's perfect that is new New Year's Day, as your resolutions are more likely to stick. Write a wish list of what you really want to accomplish in 2011 and be specific in your desires.

Lastly, Mercury, planet of communication, has been retrograde since December 10th and will station direct on January 30th. There is a lot of nebulous and confusing energy in relationships. As I mentioned, that Lunar Eclipse is more about letting go than normal. Lunar eclipses always signify changes and endings in some way, but this one really has it in its emphasis and intent.

Therefore, search within yourself and be honest if things are irreparable or worth continuing and take it from there. Ideally, it's a time of releasing bad habits in relationships;but, if you don't see changes any time soon, and this has been an on-going situation, then search within yourself for when you're ready to move on in your life to your goals of happiness. The same is true with jobs, life situations, etc. Now is about moving forward and not holding on to the past. Best wishes for a happy 2011. Venus and Jupiter station direct on Thursday, November 18th by Jupiterinlove

Hi, Everyone,

We've endured the Venus retrograde energy since early October. Venus is the planet of love, relationships, and finances, so one or all areas has been askew for many. Venus has, up until recently, been retrograding in the dark sign of Scorpio;so, that added an intense element to all of this re-thinking, re-examining, remembering the deep past, etc. Well, thankfully, it stations direct on November 18th at 27 degrees of Libra, and it will re-enter the sign of Scorpio;where it will remain through January 7th. This is great news for Scorpios, who have gotten hit hard by this Venus retrograde, which happens every year and a half;but, for everyone, it's been kind of challenging dealing with others, or in some cases, hearing from people from the past.

Jupiter, the luckiest planet, also goes direct at 23 degrees of Pisces,on November 18th. Jupiter represents abundance, good fortune, expansion, and opportunity. The two luckiest planets will go direct on the same day, and this will help to bring a positive shift for many. Blessings to you.
