Terrible first call. Very unprofessional. Was rude.
Sounded grumpy. She hung up on me becuase I asked her If
my wife and I would have another child. Plus she said some
very rude things. I'm not sure why Keen has these rude
advisors working for them. I read her Bio and she seemed
like an educated professional. Would never call again.

I had a difficult time hearing Speicalwoman and when I
did, she was very rude. I found her to be very unfriendly
and spoke to me like I was a little child being
disiplined. I will not call back. -D-
