You were right, we did settle out of court, and as you said, don't hold out, and I got the amount of money I asked for. As for the other guy and his fears; yes, you've told me he'll text, and he does, and I will be patient on the rest of the story. I do believe, after so many times your predictions have come true, you truly have a gift. I say it every time I talk to you, "you were right, you were right."
