the fact by email. when you get cut-off she may give you a

I am very grateful to you. I was very distraught when I called for two very
different reasons, one being that my mom died on this date some time ago and I
am an emotional WRECK! I feel so much better after speaking with you. I'm going
to do what you told me and find the man and then take a walk along the water to
clear my head.
