PREFERRED CUSTOMER RATES:

For my preferred clients: I am continually looking for ways to make my services even more accessible to the clients who are most prepared to benefit from them. Therefore, I have decided to offer a preferred customer rate that is 50 cents (USD) per minute below my standard rate. This rewards my faithful clients who have continued to put their confidence in me, and also makes it possible to speak with me more frequently (and/or at greater length) as your needs dictate.

How to qualify for the Preferred Customer rate: Clients who have shown a sincere interest in working with me (based on a substantial call history), and have a track record of leaving positive feedback, are likely to qualify for Preferred Customer status.

How to call at the Preferred Customer rate: Once you have qualified as a preferred client, you will receive a Keen Mail offering the reduced per-minute rate. (Clients in the USA and Canada may also receive invitations containing free minutes from time to time.) Since the lower per-minute rate is activated ONLY when a preferred client has arranged to call me, here is the procedure:

1. Call me from any of my active listings. This is so you can alert me to activate the preferred rate for you.
   
   
2. State your name and mention (if necessary) that you are a preferred customer.
   
   
3. I will activate the preferred client listing with the lower rate, then ask you to disconnect and call THIS listing.
   
   
4. Call in again via this "Preferred Customers" listing. You can connect via a link on this page, or by calling 1-800-ASK-KEEN and selecting extension 0300339.
   
   
5. Talk for as long as you wish at 50 cents (USD) per minute less than my standard rates!

Note: ONLY calls placed directly to this SPECIFIC listing ("Preferred Customers" if you are selecting the listing via the internet, and extension 0300339 if you are selecting the listing by phone) will have the lower rate. (If you called back in to the same listing that originally connected you, you would still be billed at the regular rate.) This is due to Keen's programming and is outside my power to control, so PLEASE be sure you call back to the correct listing (after the first call to alert me to turn on the preferred rate listing for you) to get the lower rate!

How preferred clients are selected: I have always kept my regular rates well below those of most Keen advisors, in order to be more accessible to people who want my help. The new preferred rate is a bonus offering for those clients who are most likely to make good use of this special service. A preferred client is someone who:

• Has talked with me enough to establish a true connection of trust and understanding.
  
  
• Is ready to embrace their OWN key role in determining the outcome of their life, which means:
  
  
  • Looking for tools and solutions rather than instant fixes.
    
    
  • Seeking intelligent guidance rather than "fortune teller" type readings.
    
    
  • Actively interested in CREATING a fulfilling life, rather than waiting for "fate" or "luck" to rescue them.
    
    
  • Ready to get past any sense of victimhood, and to find or create a better way of being in the world.
    
    
• Is willing to explore and use some of the suggestions and tools that I offer to help them improve their situation.
