This is a wonderfully easy recipe for summer time. Great for the family table or the BBQ party. Stays well if there are leftovers and is a yummy snack all by itself.
Tips:
Try different dried fruits, cherries and apricots are a different twist.
Apple cider will lighten the tangy a little bit if you prefer.
Dress it up with herbs. What are you growing in your garden this summer?
Who are we:
We cook. We love to cook. We love to share our recipes and our enjoyment. We're not professional chefs, but we have won several contests including one for our spicy honey grilled salmon in a popular and well known California magazine. We are professional eaters and we do look for the relatively healthy with a diabetic in the house. Though we are known to sin.
We frequently look for the easy meals to toss together as we are a working family. So if you see it here, likely it's quick and easy and yummy.
We're asking relatively little for our recipes, (we're charging the minimum allowed) mostly to cover the cost of using a cell, we are mostly looking for reviews of our recipes so please please, leave a review. Many of our recipes have consistently gotten 5 start ratings in other locations.
