I am also an ordanied minister and published columnist on many psychological and spiritual issues.
Prayer and meditation help
bring the sacred into whatever we are facing in life.
I will hold the space to lead you in a prayer or meditation, be there as
you pray and meditate, or enter into prayer and meditation
together.
In my life, prayer and
meditation have been an important part of my spiritual practice for as
long as I can remember. In 1984, I became trained in various
formal meditation practices, and have taught meditation since that
time. And, I have a book on meditaiton in print. For six years I taught meditation and had a column on America
Online. I have also had two years of training in Spiritual
Direction work in relation to my minister's training. I understand the difference between prayer and meditation,
numerous types of prayer and meditation practice, how they offer healing, and how to approach
prayer and meditation in a sacred manner. If you wish me to enter this sacred
space with you, I will offer my support, compassion, and love.
