More than likely the problems you are experiencing did not develop in 3 minutes, and therefore, if you are looking for a workable solution, it will not be found in a 3 minute consult. Certainly, simple "Yes" and "No" questions can be handled quickly this way, but to get a more accurate and detailed assessment, please allow for a bit more time.
