Simple “Yes” or “No” questions can be handled easily this way, but to get a more detailed and accurate assessment, allow for a bit more time please.
• Save Time by having your questions ready. Remember, well thought out questions that have really been on your mind will get better results than off-the-cuff queries. Many times, the quality of your question will determine the quality of the answer given! I have found it helpful when a caller takes a few moments before calling to write down their questions.
