This recording is best enjoyed via a speaker phone. If you do not have a speaker phone, prop the phone up with pillows so that you can relax your arms at your side. Before calling create a relaxing environment. Dim the lighting, light some candles, use essential oils or incense to set a peaceful mood in the room. Put on loose clothing or undress. Sit in a comfortable chair or lay down on a couch or bed. Do not cross your legs or arms, avoid any pressure on your body that could cause loss of focus on your goal of complete relaxation. Now that your space is complete, call and enjoy the peaceful, refreshing feeling of relaxation.
