Thank you for the information. Some things have changed in what you have said
about the situation and others havent. I know that speaks to the emotions
changing all the time. We are both so messed up and even for me what I think

She was very quick. Most everything felt generic. I was
hoping for something that might be specific to hold on to,
but everything was very general. Perhaps if I had stayed
on the call longer, I would have gotten that. I wasn't
able to add funds. I give her a high rating, because she
was kind, and worked fast. I feel I would have gotten more
information had I stayed on the phone.
